mekos those are about the neatest thing I have ever seen.

Mekos if those flowers had green around the edge instead of purple they would look like watermelons!

Well Mindy they were suppose to be the bushel gourds but they just didn't get as big as they were suppose to but still big enough to do what I want with them. The biggest one I want to make a flower pot out of then maybe the smaller ones I'll make bird houses out of them.

Just got back from the hospital, my friend Faye with the heart attack is coming home today, so going over there to see about her and take some food for later. May not be on much tonight but back later. Thanks for all the prayers. She is much better.

Flower we grew bushel gourds last year..Some were bigger than basket ball.might help to pinch off end of vine..Make the energy go to gourds..Maybe even pick off the small baby gourds..Just my 2 cents..LOL

MY biggest one is probably the size of a basketball and the smallest the size of a volleyball.

goodmorning all .. My computer crashed so now im using my sons and its an enter at your own risk sort of deal in his room...He'd rather I not be in here at all, ha but I cant go without feeding my addiction to DG... I have loads of ornamental gourd seeds if any one wants some...I have a huge gourd vines(mixed) growing on my porch with gourd hanging everywhere... Ill see if can load my camera software on his computer so I can share them with you...If you want gourd seeds dmail me...Im having a harder time with his computer than mine I wouldnt want to miss anyone who was interested...theres white one's green and yellow ones(we call these john deere gourds cause of the color), green and white ones, solid greens, some bird house house gourds...Any way I got about 10 different daylily varieties planted yesterday between the rain...that a neighbor shared with me...Ill be glad when the rain stops here...lol we either to dry or to wet...

That was a cute cup and saucer plant..I have 5 seeds now I cant wait to plant them see how they look when blooming...

oh wine cup... that may be different from the cup and saucer...

huney your gourd vine looks about like mine did. but I broke it back as it started covering my hostas and the porch. It just got huge and was covering everything LOL.

Good Morning guys! I feel so lazy, I slept in this morning! I know, where the heck has everybody been? Gonna have a busy day today, sorta.. Today is my son's actual 18th b-day and we are taking him to look at this truck he wants. I will check in with you guys.. HAGD

Hey you guys, just got on here this morning, got to go get in the shower, now and off for a while. All my buddies shoud know by now, as soon as me gets blooms, me buds will all get seeds. Me not forget ye. Just sowed the last of my seeds a few days ago and they are sprouting now. My venusta and metalicblue puya is also sprouting along with white kaka beak, many hardy hibiscus-different colors, My Jade vine is growing up a storm, it is putting on clusters of leaves all over. It made a Y shape and has 2 vines going up. it's the emerald color, of blue/green, can't wait for blooms. I think my ylang ylang vine has sprouted. Here is a picture of my baby brug. She is growing SOooooo fast. My princess and her earring tree right behind her to the right in the black pot and some flame vine sprouted in the orange striped pot and pink jasmine at the right edge of the picture, my jade vine running up a stand by the big4x4 post on the left side. I have about 50 pots out there sprouting. (Might be big enough to survive santa's big bag around Christmas.) Have to think about that one- maybe a christmas themed auction LATER on. Lots of goodies out there. Well, back later.

Believe it or not, I do believe there is something falling outside that looks an awful lot like rain.( Shhhhhh don't want to scare it away.) more sprouts.

Almost time for me to go to lunch - yeah!!

HI Everyone. Caleb is home and happy to be there but now his Mommy is feeling unwell may have caught it from him. Miles has to go through 2 more tests today they think one test was contaiminated so making sure on him. Daddy says he's doing well though and just happy as can be loves to "talk" to every nurse who comes by his bed.
Well tried to do the paperwork this morning for mail delivery. NO GO. Postmaster was either busy or about to leave for lunch and must have told my SIL to deal with it. SHE says have to look into it even though lady at the window told her it was ready to go just needed the paperwork. GRRR Lady at window said Postmaster will call us today about it I'm giving him until 3 to do so then if he's not called by then I'm calling him. That particular SIL is not one of my favorite people at any time though I adore my niece from her.
Oh well, I got seeds and cuttings in the mail today so that makes it better.

Mindy- call another post office and ask for your post office manager's boss. Go OVER his head if you can't get him to cooperate. There are others who can get the ball rolling for you.

I'm assuming she doesn't know we already went through all the hoop hoola and got the OK Friday that it was official yesterday.
Mekos I'm going one better lady at window gave me a change of address form to fill out and it says I can do it online at their site. I'll wait and see what the magistrate says when DH calles him. He's in school or at work right now so have to wait to call him. Whoever answered the phone told me to go ahead and fill it out and use our 911 physical address for the new one.
