Is There Ever Too Much of Luping's Basil?

(Zone 5b)

if he's legless he won't make a very good messenger....he'll need wheels.

(Zone 5b)

and Molasses could amass biofuels

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

But that is the scary part...a legless messenger that gets there...but we could surely come up with a snazzy set of fire spewing wheels...grin

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

To power the fire spewing messenger wheels....lol

(Zone 5b)

Kassy can your chicken ride a unicycle?

Marinette, WI(Zone 4b)

Ok Lynn, watch for this to happen to it, then you will know that it is sorghum ^_^
Would love to stick around, but my bed is calling me.

LOL, I'll ask him the next time I see him................He may fly to the moon if he isn't nice!

(Zone 5b)

Eeek! I think I saw Malakai!

a flying legless chicken, it could work....

I don't know where he will be going for advanced training. He still has five more weeks at Paris Island. (Dave)

You girls are getting a little wierd. I guess I'm going to have to practice up on "The Exorcism Rites."

Glad to have fresh blood, Trina. I can see right off that you fit with bunch of misfits.

Moon, I was reading a thread on the tomatoe forum and I was so proud of the information you were giving. I was thinking, by golly, when you want to know something the gang from the basil threads have the answer. I was just fixing to post and let you know how proud I was of you. Took a second look and it was "Moonglow," not Moon howl.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Hey Jim...when it comes to eating tomatoes, I AM a champion...grin. It is nice to know though that you felt that way. grin

I think it is more a matter of obsessive escapism rather than possession Jim...where else could we be so silly and not get in trouble...

Flying legless chicken alert....is the chicken's name Alice? To the moon, Alice, to the moon. grin

(Zone 5b)

lol maybe that's Moon after her margarita *grin*

Jim your grandson & Trina your son just have to stay safe, I send up prayers for those kids over there all the time, I've sent many many care packages to soldiers. My own family has a long tradition of service to our country and I know these soldiers are just some of the best people you could ever meet, their sense of duty is humbling.

Jim you can try, I fear it's too late for us...

(Zone 5b)

I'm not sure if sorghum is a big crop here in the East.....

O.k. Kassy you need to post the pic of your legless chicken again. He's our new hero. Maybe you could put a cape on him first.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

It would be Moonhowloutloudandlong rather than moonglow...grin

We are the same, Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines and Army Nurses Corp...every conflict since the Civil War...when will we ever learn? My uncle once said he didn't think anyone under the age of 40 should be in the service....no sense in killing off our children....he may have had something there.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Who was that masked chicken and how does he walk?...Love it Ican.

Night Kassy, sweet sleep...have a happy night at work in spite of management.

Keaau, HI

Excuse me Jim, Paris Island is Marines, Ft. Bliss is Army.

I hope all these young folks come home soon and in good health. I wish the people of the world could get over their differences.

well so far I have managed to mess up the computer and the TV....good thing my husband will be home in a few minutes!

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Now if you can manage the stove, it will be out to eat tonight....grin

(Zone 5b)

they have leftover meatloaf, no chance of that!

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Guess it is peanut butter for you...grin

I didn't receive any of Obama's bail out funds so I guess I'll raise what I eat. Cabbage, Broccoli, Califlower. Not much there yet but give it time.

For really hard times, Collards. Red-Neck soul food. Just need a little more growth and a good frost to make them sweet.

Hi everyone and welcome Trinawitch.

Icanfindroom, I like your palm. Dave so good to hear you got your P.C. cleaned of those virus's. Kassy, I would be interested in hearing what your son has to say as far as "free anti-virus" protection. I ran AVG on my work computer for almost a year and was a very happy with it but, I am alway's "ear's" when it come's to other's that have first hand experience using other program's and yes my system is Window's XP Professional. Jim, nice veggie garden's you have going on there.

Dave, loved the Jimi Hendrix quote....very true statement and hoping all that have son's/daughter's fighting for our country make's it safely/healthy back to their home's. I have a good friend who's son is in the Marine's. When he re-enlisted for four year's she was devastated as to the thought's of where he may be stationed next. She called to let me know she was feeling alot better after hearing that he will be stationed in Hawaii for two year's.....she even had a tone of excitment in her voice......ha, wonder why!

I just noticed this and had to share. Kassy's Lilium longiflorum got bloom of the day on August 21st. Congrat's Kassy!

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Isn't that cool. Those were her Mom's lilies, and it was special for them to be chosen. She had a poppy chosen the week before.

I agree Jean, very special!

Hows'it Folks.

I arrived at an understanding with the Yam. I can't get the Yam to play the kazoo. But if we all agree to let 'em play the blues harp, the Yam will stick around!

Tell Yam Harpo we would love to have him hang around with his harp.....grin

Good evening everybody!

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Hi Trina. Gotta find you a rock name so you can join the marquee....grin

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

Rock name? as in mineral or band?

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

sorta both....Ican is Icanrock. Lynnie is RockSteady cuz she is steadily collecting rocks for her landscape. Jim is Rock of Ages cuz he's our elder and retired (semi) minister. Rachel is Loverrock cuz she's from Virginia and Va is for lovers, grin. Kassy is our Rockat cuz of her kitties, babeegirl is Pebbles (baby rocks), Dave is our very own Chocolate Plant Lavarock Rebel (long story grin). and me.....Moonrock cuz I'm kinda orbiting out there. grin
