Super quick delivery and good germination. $3 shipping charge can't be beat plus a surprise bonus packet. Excellent selection including hard to find items. I will definately use Baker Creek next season.

I received the seeds I ordered very promptly! They arrived in my mailbox on July 7th, 2011. I Ordered them online on Sunday, July 3rd. There was someone in the office who filled my order out on the 4th of July! Her name is Jeannette. Thank you Jeannette! My order was complete and no substitutes, just the way I had asked for. Thanks for the extra packet of seeds too: Parisienne Carrot. I'll try them next month as fall crop going into winter.

I got seeds for Lovage, a rare plant in the US kitchen, last year. I have tried seeds from some others and those never grow, but this ones did... I am very happy and for this reason I have ordered more this year to make them gift to my friends... we love the fresh Lovage in our soups. The orders arrived very fast I also got free seeds and the seeds catalog which I love.

I ordered, as I usually do, another batch of seed from this company, since they are so reliable and carry not only rare and unusual old heirloom varieties, but also because I know that nothing I ever receive from them will be either GMO or a hybrid variety, (useless for seed-saving purposes). This order was a rush order and the kind gentleman at the other end of my order (Louis) did his absolute very best to ensure that I rec'd my seeds in the speediest manner possible. There was a slight communication issue, but it was due to my lack of providing him with my cell phone #, and since he was therefore unable to reach me, he made the best decision on my order that he could, with the information at his disposal. I will continue to order from this outstanding company, and give them my highest recommendation for products AND customer service and satisfaction...
Aside from that, they strike me as durned nice people to do business with, -a rarity these days.

Baker Seeds accurately filled my order, were not out of stock on anything I ordered, I received the order very promptly (within a week). Great service, and I will post again after germinating. :)

Excellent company! I have seeds from last year I never used and started germinating them. They popped up in no time! Placed another order last week. They always give you an extra "freebie" pack of seeds. Received my packing slip with hand signed thank you note from Crystal. Will continue to use them. Great customer service. Ordered seeds and received them 2 days later. Thanks!

I ordered the following seeds: Kiwano, Ground Cherry, Catalogna Puntarelle Dandelion, Dwarf Jewel Mix- Nasturtium and Mexican Mint

The Kiwano is growing nicely already. Sadly my Ground Cherry seedlings did not survive my clumsy efforts to transplant them. The other seeds will have to wait til next season as I already have a lot of stuff growing in my garden.

Before I forget, they sent me a bonus packet of seeds for 'Parisienne' Carrots. I thought that was such a nice touch! I would definitely order from them again.

Thank you for my seed order. Was disappointed that we didn't get Feverfew and Blessed Thistle seeds - we'll have to order earlier next time around.

I have ordered vegetable, herb and flower seeds from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds for the past two years, placing two to three orders each year. They send generously-sized seed packets in a very timely fashion, and their prices are quite good. I am grateful for their work to make heirloom varieties available to us. Planthugger

They have great customer services. I received a note saying sorry for the delay which was three days. If that's a delay I will take it. Not to mention a free packet seeds which was unexpected. Will always get my seeds from them.

Many choices available in this catalog and shipping is prompt, the descriptions are very helpful.

Great customer service!! I emailed this Co. looking for a certain tomato seed. Quick response and was given the name of another Co. to ask because they don't carry it. I was told that if no luck, they would help further. Hard to find that kind of service anymore :)

Both orders received quickly, even though they said there was a delay due to a large number of orders. Also, received a free packet of carrot seeds for both orders I placed. Not bad, ordering watermelons and pumpkins and getting them plus carrots as a bonus. I haven't had a chance yet to plant the seeds as I just received them, but am pleased with the order.

Placed my first order with Baker Creek this year.
Received seeds in a timely maner and I've had good germination. Shipping costs were reasonable, especially compared with some other firms.

I had a 2009 catalog and ordered from it. I wanted to order one of everything but reduced it to 70 varieties. I instructed that substitutions were OK and I receieved my seeds, with about half a dozen very appropriate substitutions, in what I considered to be perfect timing. Very excited to recieve these beautiful seeds! Can't wait for the season!

This is the first time I have ordered from Baker Creek and it won't be my last! I now have four flats of beautiful tomatos under grow lights ready for Mother's Day! I ordered a lot of different seeds from them. It was hard not to with such a great catalog! Can't wait to see how the radishes, turnips, okra, tomatillos, corn, cucumbers, eggplants, beans, peas, gourds, pumpkins, watermelons, sunflowers, melons, and squash do this year!!!

I travel through Central Missouri on occasion and have previously stopped in at this establishment several times.

The management of the store is friendly. I have nothing but good experiences with them and a willingness to help out. I have had one or two occasions where paid help in the store was less friendly. (In one instance, though the doors of the store were open, an employee told me they were closed. I mentioned that I needed only a couple of items and would not be able to return as I live several hours away. The employee essentially told me that it didn't matter. Thankfully, I was able to speak with management and was able to make my purchases.)

Last year, I planted 8 berry brambles that I purchased from this company. Five survived. This year, I purchased five additional plants. All have survived. (I was unable to get a refund for those that did not survive as I am several hours from the store and cannot drive back to return $15 worth of plants!)

I have enjoyed many an excellent packet of seeds from this company. Most have had a reasonable germination rate. ONE packet of hot pepper seeds was a notable exception. Upon several test runs using the same methods with which I germinate other types of peppers with a near 100% success rate, not a single seed germinated. This is unfortunate, but thankfully, I was not reliant upon this item for a food resource.

Overall, I give this company a positive review based on helpfulness of management and an excellent variety of seeds. I cannot comment on shipping as I have never mail-ordered from them.

I love being able to go to one company and finding all the varieties i'm looking for,just received 4 heirloom varieties of squash wow impressed,and had them within 1 week with free flower seeds to boot,LOVE THIS PLACE!

I have had excellent luck with my seeds germinating so far. An added bonus was the free flower seeds that were included in my order. Despite the fact that mine was a relatively small order, the company was nice enough to throw in a packet of free eggplant seeds. And my order was shipped and received by me faster than the speed of sound. Wonderful! Seeds arrived very quickly, and I was surprised at the note of apology for possible 'delays'. Despite bad weather back in February my order arrived in less than a week. The free packet of seeds was a pleasant surprise. What few plants I can start this early have sprouted nicely, and I can't wait to start the rest!

Baker Creek is a great company. I love there support for non-GMO varieties and their selection. I have ordered from them for the last several years and never been disappointed with the seeds or the quality of their product and service.
