Surgery date is April 20th! They made a mistake on the date!

Audrey, my home computer was down..my apology, did want to comment on your scheduled operation...praying for you 'sweetie'..you'll be doing the hop/skip and jump I'm sure not long after the 20th...do you have someone to stay with you when you come home..you'll need some spoiling....

Audrey just think you'll be healed enough to kick up your heels by the 4th of July..

Lisa just called to say Caleb and Braedon's teacher just notified her by phone (answering machine) that both boys made the oral competition at their school and in order to possibly moving on to the Region Finals..know when..yep Tuesday, Caleb in the a.m. and Braedon in the p.m. that would mean we'd have to leave Monday to head back..I'm not happy about it but what can you do..won't get in a tissie, she said she'd call the school just after we spoke and see what can be done..unlikely anything..I'll find out I guess in a few hours...

To make matters worse, Braedon got hit in the head with a baseball, came home shortly after lunch, she says he's find, just keep an eye on him...

wonder why I would like to use some unlady like words...

oh well..take each day as they come right?

Betty that's horrible about Braedon! I hope he's ok. Kids seem to have hard heads.

That sucks about the day they have to be back, but it's great they made it in! Now you have something to celebrate while you're gone.

I know you'll have a great vacation, nevertheless.

Lisa said I'd have to listen to their oral presentation over and over again, giving them ideas as my job as Recreational Co-ordinator required me to do a lot of presentations to general public... hmmmm..... let's hope when I get to NewMarket to pick them up something will have changed...

I will get lots of pettin'! I have the best neighbors in the world! Bill drove me there Mon. and was back Tues. morning at 9AM, sat there till they let me go while I slept! He's done grocery runs for me, too, just tickled to death to do it!! Wanda will go with us on the 20th., if her mother is doing OK. I'll be in good hands!

I'll forgive you this time, I'm pretty picky about my Hot 'n Sour.....only one place in town that makes a passable one (unless you count my son's house that would make two).

Doing okay I suppose....not particularly up, not particularly down....just sort of "AM"....

:o) Trish thats exactly my response to people when they ask how I am....most of the time I just respond with "I am." not up, not down, just being. Today is one of those days for me too. Still looking for a job, but the market here is really, really bad :o( trying to not let it effect y mood, but thas hard! specially with spring here and no gardening money! ugh!

Hang on - Tubby left me wide open - I've GOT to have the perfect response....back in a bit.....

Just waiting for Insurance to kick in......out of my meds.....they are cheap, but the appointment I need to get a new prescription isn't when you don't have insurance.....in fact it wasn't cheap With insurance :( It's okay as long as i don't get stressed....but with two relatives in critical condition, on top of the everyday stuff it isn't easy.....

Know what you mean, the job market is the pits around here too......DH's boss had to lay off a lot of the high school kids......no one else in the companies know anything about bikes and a bike shop so at least DH has job security for now....

hello,not easy to type on this laptop..kids trying to teach me...it's like driving a future shop around...got this, ipods,ds.s,dvd players...we're in touch with home already..reporting on our whereabouts...beatiful room here in BUFFALO only 3 months old..picked up something to eat,watching a movie enjoying these boys...

they are growing up, Caleb the youngest is so like his dad..they were asking if there is a pool at the DC hotel,said I knew there was a fitness centre..Caleb says great, watch the pretty ladies sweat, nice to look at...hey this kid is only 10..sure I'll get an education lol

What I meant Mary is my son makes some of the best Hot and Sour Soup around.....we bought some good Chinese/English cookbooks when we lived in Taiwan.....he found a good recipe and tweaked it a bit.....yuummmmmy!

Well - I'm already "past my bedtime". I feel like it's a "Friday" today...but I do need to make it into work tomorrow......

The kids are off from school tomorrow....possibly why I feel this way.... :)

Sage has been out of school all week for spring break.....we have her tomorrow night....

They got our BIL off of the respirator today....they move him out of CCU to a regular room Saturday or Sunday.....

The latest on my Uncle is he has some good days and some bad days....just taking it one day at a time.....
