I have been growing brugmansia for about 10 years, all unnamed varieties that I picked up at garden centers. Last year I bought a Charles Grimaldi since it is more heat tolerant than many. It bloomed beautifully last fall, and now has flowers and more buds coming, the first time for any to bloom in the summer for me. It gets full morning and mid-day sun and plenty of fertilizer, but the flowers are splotchy. Is this a virus or some other kind of problem that can be fixed?
