I cannot imagine celebrating Christmas twice.... all that work! LOL
you can keep the alligators and all the other nasties (like water moccasins etc) to STAY there, I have NO need to share space with them! LOL
Best/Worse/What did I learn today? Chat with friends old/new, all welcome!
Thank you Marilynne, Those are my Tennessee three. So trying to get moved there. Trying not to be to hopeful but we have a party we are talking to who wants house.
Good luck with selling the house Karen.
Just to let you all know, Judy's daughter in the hospital, in labor. She should have a granddaughter soon.
On pins and needles for Judy's daughter. Hope it is soon.
Can't get over how the kids grow so fast Karen.
Keeping Lorna in my prayers and hoping her shot worked.
I wouldn't want to be near the alligators either Pat. Not my thing at all! But I'm glad you are enjoying it Betty. Rest when you need to even if it means skipping an event. Your health must come first....
Still no baby, Little Lily is taking her sweet time.
First babies have a way of doing that sometimes.
Morning all, pouring rain here this morning so a no rushing kind of day..might go to aquarium when we get ourselves together.
No hangovers from Bourbon street lol, didn't danceontables but did dance on stage with the young ones lol
Hurrah Judy, just know the tizzy she is in right now..anxious to see first photo baby Lily.
Oops girls want to go for breakfast, beback in a bit.
Here's hoping little Lily makes her entrance soon! I hear that they usually take longer for first babies.
Betty! alligators....... I think they're scarier than bears!!
We had a wonderful dinner. Our guests were lovely and helped with dishes!Susan couldn't of course, with her crippled hands (feels nervous handling delicate china and crystal which we used a lot of tonight).
Here are some pics
Glad all went well for the dinner Susan, looks lovely ..
Checking for Julia news, and/or, the arrival of Lily .. praying all is well .. took me 2.5 days of labour to have Murray, which is why he's an only child .. exhausting business.

Morning all,
Congratulations Judy, what a beautiful baby Lily is..can just imagine how happy you must be!
Sharon, birthday greetings
Lindakay, 109, Lordy not that hot in hell im sure, no going outside kind of day I'm sure.
Did Graceland yesterday, downtown Memphis today..overcast , hoping no rain.
Good Morning Everyone!
Thank you so much, what an incredible meeting.
Giggled out loud at your Cheer Barbara, I was doing the same thing, come on Lily...
it was the strangest thing. My Girl labored 36 hours. at one point contractions 1 minute apart and gosh if Lily just didn't want to come out, lol at least not the normal way so they had to take her C-section. Sharon Oh goodness, Happy Birthday to you, sorry I'm late, I hope it was a wonderful day.
So as soon as we Grandparents found out we all raced to the hospital. Literally arrived just as Julia got back to her room...only long enough to meet/hold our Lily take a few pictures. Today I am going over for a little bit.
Awe and let me tell about Breenie Girl, she stayed with them through the whole time, keeping us informed of everything, right up to the minute Lily was born.
She was unable to go in for C-section...
Hopefully everyone is rested.
Betty, looks like your all having a great time!!
Waiving to everyone, big happy smiles and lots of armwraps...enjoy the day!
Sorry to hear she had to have a c section, but she will heal quickly.
Lily is so precious, and I love the photos. Keep them coming please?
Julia will be back to normal in no time. My last was a C too but back then they made you stay in the hospital for over a week! First two days can't even sit up. Then a week of dangling your legs over the edge of the bed. Finally a shower at the end of a week! Walking with help for three days and walking on your own for two more. I like the way they get you right up and going now. It gets the body parts going and doesn't give them a chance to slow down any. Much healthier.
Can't wait to see more pictures....
Morning,
Judy, you've all had quite an experience,,imagine you and Steve grandparents..enjoy your visit today.
Barb, now after operations it's up and at it, not like days of old..how is the kitties coming along?
Starting our ascent north today..anxious to get home tomorrow..
Off for breakfast, making a stop today to Hrricane Mills,tn..Loretta Lynn dude Ranch for Suzanne, then it's straight driving, homeward bound.
Went to a grotto yesterday and went on only self standing elevator in pyramid, awesome showcase for bass pro..wasn't sure about walking on glass floor peering over 350 ft below..pyramid taller than Statue of Liberty
Beautiful photos Betty. Please drive safely going home.
Those look yummy Susan.
Did Susan make it home safely?
Looks like it was a wonderful trip Betty, Safe home.
We were downstate for grandson's grad party. Always enjoy getting with the family. His theme was Star Wars and my youngest daughter made his cake and cupcakes. They were awesome good.
The little girls had to dress up as princesses, and play with a baby garter snake they found. Becca was loving the bubble machine.
Who made that awesome cake? Looks like the kids were having fun!
Betty, I hope you are home and sleeping. Looks like you left New Orleans just in time, they had 8 inches of rain, and parts are flooded.
The last few days our air quality has been awful, smoke from far away fires throughout the Northwest. Between snorting Nasacort and sucking on inhalers at least I can breath in & out deeply.
the pics by all were enjoyed, so much going on!
Take care Pat. Smoke is so debilitating.
What wonderful memories your family has to share Karen. Looks like another wonderful cake for your daughter's portfolio.
Safe travels home Betty.
Morning,
We area up and at it, hoping to be home late afternoon. Hit rain yesterday, made for lousy driving, suppose to run into same today.
Love the cake, such fun family memories.
Pat, not good about the fires, must listen to news tonight and catch up on what is happening
Lordy lindakay, so glad we were able to enjoy nice weather although last day it did rain heavily off/on
My daughter is so very talented when it comes to cakes. She can create just about anything. She's made upside down wedding cakes too. Her recipes are awesome she create any flavor people ask for. She's getting busier all the time. Her paintings are in demand too and are carried in a gallery on OBX.
That is awesome!
