DH had his MRI yesteerday and they told him probably 2 weeks before our GP gets the results. I was like WHAT!!!!!! That seems to be an unreasonable amount of time. But on we muster.
Fell yesterday again in town - hoping this is not a sign that my eyesight is in peril again. I forgot DH had left the trailer hitch out on the Escape and I was rushing around getting groceries in the vehicle so I wouldn't be late to pick up DH. Rammed into the hitch and down I went in the parking lot. All I was worried about was dropping the watermelon in my hands. A young fellow yelled out "Good save" but then he was sweet enough to come over and peel me off of the lot.LOL It is a good thing I can laugh at myself. Cracked my noggin again so do have another but different type of headache if that makes sense.
Still no storms not even a sprinkle here. Will have to water today for sure. Still haven't got my beans planted and I am not sure I will - although I do love purple beans.
Time to get outside before the humidity gets too high.

Best/Worse/What I did learn today? Chat with friends..
OMG Dianne, your equilibrium must be off, could you have ear infection? or, is it simply that you are rushing about much quicker than you should??? How lucky you are that you've no broken bones!!! Purple beans are delicious...love the vining..
Hmmm they were going on that this area could break the 1950 record for heat on this day..also went on about how weather pattern is in line for tornado, nothing like you guys further south but still a worry! They are investigating storm in Hamilton last night, figure one or two touched down..
High heat alert has been issued, government offices open their air conditioned doors for those without a/c to come and chill out..I think it's a wonderful thing they do..
Mary that sounds good! I'll be right there to jump in your pool! LOL!!!!
Huh, I use Orbitz.com for plane and car rentals, hotels.com to find hotels.
Dianne you better be careful girl! I bet that hurt!!
Betty poo you two didn't win at Bingo! It's been over 100* with the heat index everyday so no I haven't done any planning of the garden. That's going to take a long time to not only plan but to build it. I'm in no hurry.
Well I gots to get to work, so I'll see y'all later!
Morning everyone! Dianne, best you go get those eyes checked, and please slow down! You must be so sore from all those bruises. But glad you saved the watermelon!
Looks like were all getting some heat! Still no rain here, and none in the forecast for quite some time!
Sorry you did not win the bingo last night. Maybe next time!
Hey Crissy, how is it going at work? Have you turned in your application yet?
I'll send you both my rain come weekend time..calling for rain tonight, now that would be the way to go, rain in the evenings and sunshine during the day..
Going out at lunch to pick up pond liner, know I don't need another little area in the gardens to look after but it will keep me out of mischief while I dig..
Waiting for Jeff to give me which evening we can meet up to load the e-reader for Jim..
Mom just called, went to see the specialist that operated on her knee and he was absolutely amazed she said as to how she healed, so she was on a high!
LOVE the pink ones Bev...are you not infested with lily bugs this year
Bev those are gorgeous!! I need to get some Asiatics.
Oh Bev, Those Lily's are splendid, what a wonderful profusion of color!!
Good morning, Good Morning!!
Debbie, Sending you gentle Arm wraps. Sorry the PT was awful, but i guess if it's to be helpful...When I was taking Karate lessons, My Sensei always said if it don't hurt it aint right! So hopefully all the pain you are having is for the best...I hope your daughters MRI comes out clean, but give some sort of answer to all the headaches.
Mary, Sure love that Belle has discovered the pool, how cute to watch her first experiment. Woo hoo, if Thunder and i get together, wow it will be wonderful...LOL, Thunder put book in bag now, lolol. Just yesterday i was thinking how nice it would be to sit a read, been ages! So...I will wait patiently till the 30 when Thunder arrives in IL...
I am so excited, i can barely think...lol, it's starting to look like I am still having gatherings this year, only mini ones and that is just too cool!
Betty, i am not going to scold you, just know that We all are wishing you get to doc for followup and wound, doesn't sound too good.
Sorry to have skipped yesterday, I got all involved in a little project for the RWB swap!! Worked in garden early and good thing as it got to be 102, yikes, well then mide as well proceed with housework, etc...Geesh, I need to strike! lolol.
Oh How wonderful Mom is healing so well, nice to see she is is in such a wonderful mood too, big happy smiles.
Thank you all about Sabrina's graduation, We are very proud that she held her head high and pulled through all the mess.
Now, Here is what she has told me this morning...Monday morning she is heading to Police station and slapping a restraining order on that not so nice word of a girl. She is still getting txts from her and or her friends. I told her to talk with our lawyer. She is waiting till then, because she will be 18 on Saturday, It will be her first real act of being grown up.
Dianne, Gentle, Gentle Arm Wraps, So sorry you took such a spill. I hope the aches and pains do not last long, so glad tho you didn't break anything...Yow it is along time for MRI results, but i will keep in T&P's come back clean.
What a great story about your Tasha, I love that you taught her to do the flip, how cool is that!
OK...Betty, thanks for reminder!
This little girl is Brandon and Nicole's little neighbor, forgot her name tho! Anyway, she escorted their dog Faith.
Now Faith was abandoned wandered into their lives several years ago...She is such a well behaved dog, one wouldn't even know she is around she is so quiet.
The Ceremony was probably the fastest wedding I have ever been to!
But it was Wonderful. The Maid of honor and Best Man officiated the Wedding.
They each got a one day certificate to perform the ceremony...
They each had written up their promises, I don't think their was a dry eye in the Audience.
They were just beautiful...
Judy lovely wedding photo's..in each picture I was looking at the flowers matching outfits and want to say you've done an excellent job once again..
The groom looks a bit older than the bride???
So lets go back, I'm still trying to get my mind as to who is who..how are you related?
Ahhh those are the best gatherings Judy, those that are impromptu and one on one, or two on two..three on three lol
How is your gathering coming along?
Judy, they do the same here, say 'please welcome for the first time, Mr. & Mrs. ......................! Is a nice touch.
Awe Judy. Looks like it was a beautiful day for the wedding! Thanks for sharing.
Betty, so glad to hear your Mom is healing good, and feeling better too!
Bev, your gardens are so pretty, love those blooms! The colors are so vibrant.
First dance Judy, don't you find that's one of a weddings 1st. most special moments, that and when the bride dances with her dad..
Thank you Betty...The floral got a lot of compliments, I was very pleased too.
Joyce is Brandon's & Heathers mom. They are Steve's Cousins...
Grandma Jean is Steve's mom's Sister, our Aunti.
As far as Sistah gathering...Hmmm, doesn't sound like it going to be a big turn out.
With health issues and out rageous gas prices...
I know Liz is Coming for sure, and I was thinking you are too...Jaye is trying to work it in, And you know me, I will be happy happy to see anyone who is able to join us! And of Course i am loving the unexpected surprises such as meeting Barb and now Thunder!!
We won't be going to the House that weekend, as we rented it out for the Fourth of July! I think we are going up for Fathers day...Going boating!!!
Thunder sent you a d-mail...
I love this photo of Brandon and Grandma, think it will be the one to frame for the gallery wall,
The Family comes from Cypress Greece!
Originally they were going to have the wedding there.
But something happened, plans were altered.
The wedding was pushed up to now, since everyone in her family was coming to see her Graduate.
She received her PHD in Marine Biology from Harvard 3 days before the wedding.
They did this traditional dance...
LOL, forgot what it was called and I was busy taking pictures!
Lovely Judy, where was it held to have so many gardens???
Wise that they do the graduation and the wedding at same time, although getting married in Greece would have been a thrill..
Judy very beautiful bride and just love the flowers. What great memories.
LK we just replaced our ink in the printer and I am thinking like Betty, it may have been cheaper to get a new printer.
Barb hope all went well today am sure you are resting. Just know we are thinking of you.
Where are we going for the pool party???? It is so hot outside and no rain in weeks. 98 degrees right now.
Nothing from the garden may get tomatoes in a bit. The squash bug is eating everthing else.
Hope all have a great weekend. We leave tomorrow be back Sunday.
We will come back on Friday for my little- mans graduation then head right back to camp for DD2 birthday weekend.
So if anyone doing the rain dance .....any day but Saturday please.
Bev amazing colors you have in your gardens.
Laura, it's about the same temp here..we've been lucky though few days sunshine, few days rain..perfect for gardens..not so much for those who love laying around in the sun..
My neighbor took this week off..put up a gazebo, clean the corner of the yard (thank goodness/was hard to look at from my side) did some chain link fencing so their grandaughter couldn't get out..hard at work in such heat..
Have fun camping this weekend..oooh another graduation, pictures please.
Ahhh another 1/2 hr. and I'll go walk Garden Gallery and also see all the pretties they have for sale..not that my garden needs more pretties..already looks like a jungle lol
Oh Betty what is one more flower. You will make room for it I am sure.
Saw a beautiful cone flower in deep red..$9.99 for one little plant..thought I'd wait until I go back re pond liner..
Did purchase a piece 4' x 10' to do the downgrade on a little water fall, thought I'd best wait until I dig up the main area so I know how wide to go..guess how wide will be determined by how tired I get digging right? lol
Don't over do it Betty. That cone flower sounds pretty, but WOW, $10.00?
