mekos - I had tons of pics of that slipper flower I wanted IDed too until my 'puter crashed and I lost them... It grows wild in the streams and wet areas in Maine. Robin should know what it is!
New Bees 8/23/10 friends - new and old...Come in
I got it IDed as Jewelweed, and the red is Lobelia, and the purple is Ironweed-vernonia. I love the yellow/red ones. They are just so cute. They are hardy here and growing everywhere around our pond area with the others and some white flowering stuff.? and the early clematis, white wild stuff. There is a lot of stuff really pretty out there but it been too hot for me to go out there that much and today I went walking and looked at all the flowers and took some pictures. :0)
Jewelweed it is!

I agree. Sounds like you have a great relationship with Parker and I'd say you both are very lucky to have each other, really blessed. Have FUN! :0)
Okay - Here's one for you folks. I've been told that a certain research scientist actually managed to breed himself into his own creation, the popular New Jersey strain of tomatoes. Evident in the photo below (using a little imagination) you can see a silhouette of his two arms, two legs, and a head. I have noticed similar images in several of my Rutgers tomatoes when sliced crossways, so I know it's not just a fluke in this particular one.
I know you girls think I'm crazy about this, maybe the poly fumes are getting to me. I'm not quite into therapy over this just yet, but I may be getting close. Please tell me that I'm not completely nuts.
Al
If you're nuts Al then so am I cuz I see your little person too;o)

You folks are a lot more understanding than the people in the Tomato Forum. They all thought I was nuts from the start when I posted the same thing there. Some folks really took me too seriously, I guess you guys know me better.
