Yes it was. If you enjoy gardening its the place to be. So many people who were there today were saying they're tired of the snow this year and needed the flower show. It has a way of energizing everyone. They come from all over all the world to see it. In past years, I've seen people from Italy, Ireland, England, Scotland, Brazil, Canada, Mexico

It's the largest indoor flower show in the world.

This was cool Kelly. Outside the pink housewas this statue of the child holding the basket. The basket contained pink ribbons and beside it was a cooler of water bottles.

Awesome pictures Mitt, I wanted to go to that one this year but we just got snowed in...again. We have a big show in Rochester NY north of here week after next, love to see this stuff.

Whew, busy, busy weekend. Built a new vegetable bed. It is going to be used for a three sisters planting. Hubby is super excited. Went to the Master Gardener's Sale and came out poorer for the experience, but got two blueberry bushes, two tomato plants, and two pepper plants. Also took the kiddo to the zoo and to his grandparent's house. I came to work this morning to rest. LOL.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I am such a weirdo that I bought lemon balm for my garden because the latin name is "Melissa Officianalis" and I could not resist a plant that had my name in it. :D

lost my zzplant too much water from aleak in the roof gona do new roof this year. going to put regular roof this summor and use lights to leep things growing not going to fool with the plastic anymore it just isn,t wind proof might have worked better if we had thought and put some weight up on top of ithave no patients with things like this. the older you get the less.patients you have.nettie

What is a zzplant Nettie? I have lemon balm it isnt silly makes tea, keeps the bugs away and it smells wonderful...you can cook with it just like lemon thyme, chicken fish lemon balm cheese cake, good for upset stomach anxiety gosh the list goes on and on and on....

aj zz plany is a house plant yhe leales grow punny on it. ill get over the plants that got to much water they turn to mush like they have been frozen.very nastyand slimy yuck . the object was to get it done and get out fast fast fast, done and gone.

enid i will tell you one on my gransfather he was near 7ft tall he had a little cane bottom chair he sat in atthe dinner table he had cut ahe legs of of it the grand kids liked that chair real good it was easy to sit in if it was not at the table when it eas time to eat he would sit in the floor would make my grand mother so mad she would yell at who ever took it to bring it back they were in big troublebeen their done that she had a switch year round we kids thought she raised them somewhere in the back yard.

I have been all show offy about it and everything because I thought I had with help of course solved my Brug killing problems. Well not so good....My beautiful Brug from five minutes ago that Seray sent me. Shh she sent like six of them but one of them was beautil and I have pictures to proove it. I know have five leaves left. It is shameful. Hanging my head...heading out.....

I have some burg cuttings that are rooted and growing. They are still in water. I don't know the colors, but could be white, pink or yellow. If you want some I can mail you some. I have three I'm keeping for myself and that leaves 4 that I can send to someone.

I wrote her a letter, haven't heard from nettie. I didn't know if she wanted cuttings, even got a few seeds she can try. I have a beautiful Noid, I believe it is Frosty Pink.
Just has to let us know.

Well, I can do one better than that, I don't even know what a burg is, so there! The way my day has gone, if it isn't some type of liquor, I don't want it anyway. I have decided that if I stay drunk until this baby is grown, I won't be any the wiser. An 18 year blackout is what I am looking for!!!
It is kinda sad around here, the lawyers office called today; since I haven't paid my bill, I have to buy the beer tonight. Now, how does that work? Obviously, the lawyer and his assistant are friends of ours. Mike takes the assistant for "motorcycle rides". That's what THEY call them anyway. LOL They would beat me to death if they knew I told people in multiple states what goes on around here.

So, how's everybody doing today anyway?? Me, life sucks today - well most days, but more today than normal.
How's Caleb doin', when I remember how he is suffering, it kinda makes my problems seem pretty small.
Ok, I have babbled enough, back into my little world of vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning........
