OH GAWD... I can't think about triple digits right now...
If I can ever get everything back in place after the walkway, maybe... just maybe, I can see a little daylight.

Tia, don't put them in the ground now, not if you have that cold of temps, they will freeze for sure. It should be above 40 when you transplant them, and make sure you have no more frost coming. Just the shock of them moving in the cold could do some damage. You best wait a few more weeks till you transplant them.
Yep, too cold right now... wait till your nights are in the 50's Tina Tia.
Hello All,
Well things are going pretty good here.. I sent my sons dog home as she is all better... It got up to 80 degrees yesterday and is 75 now... We are suppose to get colder by the end of the week...
I still have been stressed and I am going to the head doctor tomorrow afternoon... Just talking sometimes it helps... This is a new doctor as my old one moved and where she moved I don't feel comfortable at so new one is due... I have not had to go in ages but I hate when I stress over nothing and that is how it is going now... This is why I grow plants as it takes my mind off of stupid stuff...
Well I am going out side to play for awhile.... I hope all are doing well.
Hugs,
Sue
I'm back!!! What? More cold weather coming--please tell me that isn't so!!! Then again, we always have a cold snap just before Easter no matter what time of year.
I am crossed eyed, tired and cranky!! Well Kim says I am cranky. Ha! she would be too if she hadn't been able to get outside the last few days. Beautiful weather--80's, bright and not really hot--just perfect.
The birds are out full strength in the early morning chiipping and singing. So nice to wake up to their sound.
The worst part of my job is finished as far as I am concerning--now we move on to the laying out and marking of booth spaces and the actual setting up of the vendors. Of course the usual last minutes problems that come with that. Tin k, when are you coming to help me. Cookie backed out!!! Bummer.
BJ what an undertaking! Wow--you are standing on top of a tall pedestal in my book. I would like to have a tiller to work up some areas but that will have to be later. Also need to find someone with a chipper to come cut up all the limbs that are down for path materials. All in due course of time. BTW, did the Foxtail fern survive?
Anyone heard from Kathy. She has had more than her share of illness this year.
Waving to everyone. Trisha, I know Laura is happy to finally have most of the move behind her. What a job.
Tia, tina whatever, keep it up with the no smoking. We are here to support you--one day at a time. Just keep those hands busy.
Well off the rotate my laundry.
All work and no play makes anyone a cranky person!! Demand some help if you're still doing this next year Maid M. This is too much for one person to do... I believe in the word "delegate"!!
Did I say I'm gonna spend some time outside? Well... it's beautiful out there and I'm going.............*poof*
I do have a vendor coordinator but she works full time and doesn't want to take over the database operations. Thus, it is mine still. Trust me I do delegate!! The other members arranged all the materials in the program I just submit and edit.
Yes, Marion... the Fox Tail Fern is still alive... not very full... but it seems happy.
Just ate some lunch, and now I'm going back out to plant something else... haven't decided what yet... but something.
Right after I get Don packed for his trip.
Went to JoAnn's, they have got some of the cutest yard stakes. Some flamingos I would love to have for my yard, they are just too cute. And 30% off sale is on until the 28th. I WILL BE GOING BACK come Tuesday when I get my check yipee^_^ Didn't find anything that said Spring but got some ideas ^_^
Hello everyone!!!!
Mama Jaye, thanks for the laugh. It is always good to laugh when i talk to you on the phone.
Well for now i'm going going gone.
WOW!!! We don't know what we just saw....I was washing the patio doors when this extremely large white bird flew over.....dont know if it was a swan or a snow goose but it was beautiful and not something we are used to seeing....was too fast to get a picture of it!
Back to the cleaning!!
Cool! How pretty! Was it's neck medium length or way long?
It could have been a snowy owl?
Ok thanks will wait a little while longer. I am getting some much needed weeding done. Gonna make a new flower bed up against the house, didnt before because our deck was suppose to go there but that wont happen for a while. Knowing my DH he will want to start the deck after I get a flower bed going there. Got the front yard cleaned up from all the winter junk that accumulated. I just might do a container garden there, when we first moved here in the 5th wheel we had gravel brought in and it is all over the front yard now. Big gravel rock 1 inch to 2 inch rock. Gosh it is HOT!!!!!
Back out side
Hugs
Smoke free still!!!!!!!!!!

Bird - y'all have storks out your way don't you?
Jaye, I too have heard camellias are the worst to propagate. But watch out for those irises - they have something called the "iris virus" and it's highly contagious.
Quilting ladies, check out my interest finder on a 12 Month Quilt Block Swap for this year.

I am truly a qlutton for punishment but the one done last time sounded like so much fun and I think you can practice different techniques and really get to know people when you are together for an entire year.

Cody, laughter is the best medicine! And Rob sure got a good deal on that palm tree. You might have to plant it in one of those giant barrels.
Susan and Donna, how are you both feeling tonight. Donna, I hope you're not catching anything serious...
Sue, let us know how it turns out with your new doctor tomorrow. And if you need a place to unwind.. this is it. In the meantime we'll pray for healing for you.
Congrats Tina-Tia... Judy and Deborah for sticking to your promises of a smoke free life! So proud of you all!
Cindy is certainly doing so well with her diet, and pretty soon, she'd be as willow as Heidi Klum!
Bonnie.. are you talking of the mosaic virus? Now educate us on this..
You all ladies have been very creative coming up with stuffs starting with your initials.
Maid M.. when are you gonna try?
Janice.. on my way!

Heidi Klum!! LOL in my dreams or I should say Rick's dreams LOL. And ya know what they told me at Curves this morning, those machines the tension gets harder the stronger you get. Oh man I thought they'd ease up after so many times. I will be getting in the Smart club come Wed. I will be able to see my progress on strenght and such.
We are seeing BEAUTIFUL sunny days in the mid 60 and up to the high 60 by Friday.
Strength!! I definitely need to get on that program!!
So Cindy, you'd be not only trimming the fat, but developing muscles!
See me later ladies.. gonna fix a late supper. Oh to push those buttons on the microwave and later the dishwasher..
We're having beautiful weather now too. I know we'll get anither cold snap though. We always do.
Hey there Deborah.. so true.. Warnings were rang out at the nursery when I talked of planting something soon!
LOL!!!!!
LATER GIRLS
ugh... if we get another freeze... I'm in so much trouble...
I haven't planted any of the tropicals yet... but I have put seeds in the ground... and some small trees and shrubs... and, I've uncovered all the beds of their winter mulch...
It's the plants that have been in the ground for a couple years that I might loose... since they think it's spring already with the weather we've had... I have stuff coming up that shouldn't be up yet. Heck... I see some of my neighbors already have iris blooms for a couple weeks now... doesn't usually happen till April.
RAIN... that's what I need... PRAYING FOR RAIN... NO FREEZE, PLEEZE.
Night night, everyone... tomorrow is the big day that the crew shows up to lay the pavers... I'm beside myself with excitement... hope I can sleep tonight.
Night BJ, get lots of rest!
LK
