Sounds good to me.
My favorite omelette is lobster with Swiss cheese, on Cape Cod, with a view of the water..
Other Peoples Gardens
cut it out
I'm on a diet
I'm gunna unwatch the thread.Look at all that fat!!!!
But then you wouldn't be hungry until dinner time!
I cant remember dieting this hard and not seeing the needle move for two weeks.
Thanks geriatric horemoans.
Winter isn't a big help.
Must go walking now, do not enlarge food photos....resist....
Avocados 12 for a dollar, oh my. I would be in heaven. They really aren't all that expensive here. Walmart sells the for 69 cents, and they do keep pretty good.
I love them in omelets. My favorite is swiss cheese, avocado, and Tony's creole seasoning sprinkled on top of the avocado.
JD, doesn't the avocado tree belong to anyone? No one minds if people pick them? I wonder why they are not more widely grown, even realizing they are not great landscaping trees.
Jo Ann, at our age, I think we need to cut carbs to lose any weight. have you tried that?
my carbs are limited because of the diabetes. My meds dont helpeither. Bloodpressure medication makes it hard plus the insuline.
I'm just going to hng in there for another couple of weeks.
I feel much better thats whay counts.
Definitely, if you feel better, that's the main thing/
Does blood pressure meds make you keep weight on? I didn't know that. I know isulin does. My daughter had low blood sugar, and the Doctor put her on Metfomin. She actually lost a little weight with that. Are you on that one?
Polly: That avocado tree is growing inside the confines of an apt. bldg., so the tenants don't seem to care. I've seen the trash guys stand up on their rig to pick them ! LOL
WAY COOL house, Irwells !
I like the people who take pictures of gardens when they travel.
I am looking for pictures from different Canadian Gardens:
Hatley Parl National Historic site in Victoria BC
Abkhasi Garden in Victoria BC
Rockway Gardens in Kitchener Ontario
Parkwooh in Oshawa Ontario
Reader Rock Garden in Calgary
Honeywood Nursery in Sask.
If you are willing to share...
There are DGer's who have been to gardens in BC.They posted last year.
Cant remember who,too many,I get confused.
That was Butchart Gardens in Vancouver. I was there in '94, pre digital cameras.
Maybe try asking in the Canadian Forum http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/f/tradeeh/all/
