To be honest...they are almost violet. I wish I could capture the true color.

Sophie makes this chittter sound with her teeth/throat. Trying to mimic, I chitter back and then we cuddle. Of course this is when DH is gone because otherwise he has her! She also HAS to preen DH & I everyday.. no dirty humans holding the white bunny! lol
I must try chittering with my wife.
grooms/clean means to preen.

Pixie are all ok? Worried about the ice storms your way. Is Bubba all snuggled in too? O dear if they've lost power we may not hear for a while.
I was wondering the same thing. We got buckets of rain from this system. DH is concerned about sump pump. So far, so good.

Sophie is fine as is Bubba bunny! He came out after the storm and hopped right up my ramp to the mudroom door! ^_^ He was very hungry!!! lol

Sophie? no, she was not scared as Brian had her glued to his chest. lol
Bubba was a bit jumpy but he let me pet him while he ate.

Those photos are strikingly beautiful, Pixie, but I know the devastation that ice storms can bring. I am glad you all are OK.
Such a relief to know Bubba made it through the storm ok, and that all of you are doing ok. That's pretty exciting that Bubba let you pet him as he ate. What progress you're making!! When will he be posing for the camera????

I'm picturing Bubba following Sophie's lead.....sitting in Brian's recliner with his legs crossed and nibbling a great big carrot in his mouth.....
Bubba won't eat anything but pellet rabbit food and timothy hay. No carrots, lettuce, strings....nothing. Well, a few of my plants have been nibbled on. lol
Oh, in that case, he should be popping a few pellets in his mouth, sort of like mixed nuts......LOL
Hee hee he Really though, kinda of a farmers dream come true...a rabbit that doesn't want your veggies!
Bubba cannot be a wild bunny if he is into junk food and not eating his veggies.
lol! He was waiting for me this morning at the bottom of the ramp. The ramp is near my kitchen window so when I get up in the morning to put coffee on he knows. I have to put the light on to make the coffee because it's still dark and I think he see's it and that's his cue. I make coffee then throw on a pair of boots and a coat over my Tinkerbell jammies and out the door I go.
Today is Orryanna's first Birthday......Brian said her BD gift will NOT be a little white bunny! I laughed so hard I almost peed my pants. He's never giving her up now. ^_^
Maybe he is saving the bunny for Christmas? LOL
