you can also put a dab of glue on both pieces under his beard, if you want it to look more like a hood.

Still at it aren't you all...did a workshop with the santa's yesterday..bit tired this morning but mega things to do..rested last night so that was a plus..yes Trisha I've 8 poured, perhaps today I'll get the other 4 poured..andddd
you did say you were painting your own right?

Well, picked up mega boxes in town yesterday, all sitting there waiting for something Christmas to be put inside..then they can look pretty under the treee...
