LOL talk about a 'bold' statement ^_^

Perchance is there a prize for Ms/Mr Congeniality? Just a thought ^_^

I love seeing so many people entering! The more different people that enter, the more diverse the selection! So much can be learned by observing others' composition and vantage point! It sure makes it hard to choose during the voting process, but that's half the fun!!!

I hope EVERONE enters. I luv to see from different places and perspectives and mostly what people cherish.

I can't decide, still no answer to my Q.

I'm not sure I totally understand the problem you're having--if you want to enter another photo in that same category there's a link to let you do that, or if you want to go back to the beginning with all the categories you can click the back arrow on your browser until you get back to the main page. Or most browsers have a feature where you can display the whole list of pages you can go back to and pick the one you want to go to if you want to save yourself time rather than clicking back through everything (on my Mac with Safari, you click and hold the back arrow to see the list, but it might work different on the Windows browsers)

I don't understand the problem either. After I enter an image, I get a page with these three choices, they all work fine:

* Add another entry.
* View your entries.
* Back to the contest main page.

I think I know what tillysrat means. After you enter your two photos, it doesn't say * Back to the contest main page. All it says is * Add another entry. * View your entries. I had the same thing happen, but I just would hit my back button to go back to the main page.

I can't wait to see everyones pictures! It seems like F O R E V E R before we will be able to. lol

It does feel like forever to wait now. I WTE to see everyone's pics.

Will the pictures be anonymous for the voting? (just curious!)

Buying votes? I am apalled. No, in my case, I may mail ooey-gooeg double fudge brownies to people who vote for my pics but I would NEVER buy votes. Hey, it's just little old baker me winking at my friends across the miles.

Anyone who wants to buy my votes with chocolate is welcome to try! Creekwalker, I know what you mean. I just keep going backward, too. I'm used to it. "One step forward, two steps backward." I'm trying to be patient and not enter them all at once. I have a bunch I moved to a disk that I need to look at. I think I have mug shots of every plant in my immediate vicinity and then some! They are not all good pictures by any means.

Creek, You are right, But when I hit my back button, I get that page, that
the Wed site is gone but if I hit the forward button puts me back where I was. I have to exit and state over.
So Frustrated.

Try hitting your back button a few more times, it'll take you back to the main page after a few clicks (how many depends on if you entered 2 pics or just one in that particular category)

O great. First I lose any chance for votes for Ms. Congeniality and now Tily has figured out the techie glitzes. And of course roybird the photoqueen is all over this. And of course I'm a blithering idiot and have been popping in encouraging a whole bunch to enter from different forums. sigh I'm done like dinner. HELLO EVERYONE vote for the challenged photos; those would be mine. Note to self: next year don't be so exuberant.

Computer skills? I am the worst with that. Some photo queen! I went out with my camera this morning, no tripod, no monopod and spent most of my time (which was limited because I had to go teach a class) trying to get a shot of this beautiful, big magpie. It was just teasing me; moving constantly and looking over it's shoulder laughing at me trying to keep up. The only clear shot I got was one when it flew to a branch directly overhead. Not a flattering angle, I must say!

Butterflies tease me like that. With birds, I generally figure I don't have a chance at a good shot to start with, although I did "stalk" a few shorebirds recently and got a lot of rump shots for my trouble.

Too funny critter ^_^ I don't even go there with the birds anymore . I've waited and waited to get good shots and theyre never polite enough to sit still. Even Bert my challenged bluejay is usually too flitty. I could get a good shot of his stunned mode after he crash lands but I think that would be rude of me.

I was watching a dragonfly tease one of my cats, but they wouldn't stay still enough to even try, and how do you catch a cats head that swiveling so fast to watch it, was funny.

OK, time to scour the hard disc to find suitable files. But I do love the photo contest. Where can I find the contest's categories. I tried to find them but got nowhere.
