Geez, I started out at 0° , the sun came up and I thought yippee it will warm up. Well that backfired!! It's now -2° .....must be the wind.

Oh, so much guilt I'm feeling here......But - as moral support for you all, I donned a sweater today when I went across the street for an impromptu tea party with a few neighbors.......it has cooled off nicely here! Hang on.......here's a shot I took this morning of our supper......

I have always loved the play of shadow.

Beautiful pic Al. Light fine steady snow here now, covering any tacky dirty snow. If you watch the Pats send off, what you see is what we got. Not much wind so not bad at 24 degrees.

Neat! I hate winters without snow cover cause I lose my borderline zone plants. The worst is when there's bare ground and weeks of below zero weather. I lose plants and even the ones from this zone take months to come back from the winter trauma.

Yes... I alluded to the dry effect with no snow in another thread, - no moisture.

Sorry, no flowers outside to take pics of, so I took a pic of the nicest thing I could find. (taken 1:30pm today). ☺
