But im still in Maine and obviously in the snow belt line...but not realy considered so. Could of fooled those of us who live here. I was thinking a little farther south, like maybe 500-1000 miles south.

It was a chilly 34 degrees when I got up this morning....its 39 now (9AM)

41 and sunny but windy.

Rain is gone and sunny blue skies here too. Light breeze and 42 degrees. Wish it would stay like this but its gonna get cold for the weekend.

Pixie - just add a few miles to that, and we'll be winter neighbors!!! LOL

It actually got quite nice here today. If I had been home instead of work it would have been a gardening day! But the COLD is coming.

Very nice here but too windy for me to garden.

Blah day so far. No wind, no sun, no rain. We managed on getting another burn pile done yesterday by the noon start time. That leaves me at the moment without any brush laying about. I think I will wait to start whacking again until we get a nice sunny day as I am not feeling inspired. My other chores today are even less appealing, so perhaps I will just work on spring planting ideas and do nothing productive, something but fun. Still working on my shrub list. Cold on the way. Patti

It's a whopping 17 here and snowing and blowing. Guess when you live about 45 minutes from notorious Buffalo, NY I should expect it. I've been cruising the net for plants for a distraction.
