Debbie you is a bad girl..lol,

Congrats to Sharon and Inuk. Wonderful end to his illustrious career.
I agree, he is such a beautiful dog!
Congrats to Sharon! Huge accomplishment winning the National!
First day back at work since pups. I'm exhausted already. Don't think much is going to get done. Will run home at lunch time to check on everyone.
Thanks on behalf of Sharon..Inuk has won this prestigious level 6 times, as well her having 2 more dogs following his footsteps has made her happy!
Deb, lucky you working so close to home that you can run hope to check..
Likely Bar is on her way home with Norm..
Lindakay, how is Todd, he went back to work today right?
wow - for him to be holding a Pileated woodpecker! Beautiful bird. Did you hear anything from the DNR?
Barb - glad that Stacy can look after you & Norm. Take as much time as you want/need.
Betty - take it easy, and see what you can do for the pain. Glad that gravol & sleep helped.
Saw Susan off at the airport yesterday. With flight delays, and driving to & from airport, she spent 13 hours travelling! Yikes! Looking forward to her return in 4 months, for 2 weeks. Christmas & camping - who could ask for more, in one trip?!?!
Flight delays make for a long day! I hope you enjoyed her visit. How is your knee doing?
Todd did go back to work today. As he had the stroke at work, he has lots of paperwork to do, for workers comp.
Barb, how did Norm make the trip home?
Bet Todd is tired out tonight Lindakay..does he work straight days??
Even though he wasn't hurt at work he still has to fill all the papers?
Glad you had a nice visit with Susan..bet you are both planning another visit right?
Kept myself busy all day and can't see anything I've done..
Doing inventory on all the kits I made the know where I'm at and not give one to the gals that is meant for me.
Sneezing and chilled, off for a hot bath then eat..made Joyce's roast yesterday with mashed taters and peas, likely do me all week.
Not hard to get colds with this kind of weather.. Did you all have sunshine in your neck of the woods
Norm made the trip home and is completely wiped out. Between the two of us, we are not in the best of shape. But we will get through it and all will get done when it should be. Stacy picked up his prescriptions and did a bit of food shopping for me. We didn't try to do much of that before because we weren't sure what kind of diet he would be on. Now I know and can plan better. She will check in on us in the morning and we will make a plan for going forward. It was all I could do tonight just to feed us and get his meds straightened out. Now I'm on the breathing machine before we hit the hay....
I so want to thank all of you for your support through this adventure. I'm so grateful just knowing you are there.
Glad to hear he is home. It will take time to heal, just take it one day at a time.
Todd works a straight 8 hour day. He did pretty good. They told him no workers comp unless he could prove his job caused the strokes.
That trip home is exhausting. I barely made it to my recliner. Best I could do after that was occasional trip to bathroom which is basically around the back of my chair. It'll take time to heal, that's a huge assault on your body. Day by day it will get better. Barb, don't you over do. Your daughter is there to help, let her. You'll have plenty of time to take over later.
I'm so lucky Karen to have our daughter so close by. She is my legs as well as Norm's right now. She has done any errands we needed and has been here to help with Norm. She was here last night and again already this morning. We are in good hands. I do as much as I am able and then she takes over.... I am grateful though that she does let me decide when I can't do anything more instead of just taking over. I need to know I'm helping if you know what I mean.
Today is a rest day until pain pill time and then he will walk. Baby steps as we go along. I hope to give the sweaters I made to the girls next door today. I took a picture and will post when I download the camera.
~~~waving to all and prayers for any in need.
Take care of you too Barb.
Betty...what do you mean I am trouble? That remark was really....out of left field! (ducking and running) Where are you today?
Barb, you have a wonderful daughter. So happy she takes your cue as to what is needed. AND I hope you are behaving and not over doing it.
Waving to all.....I am trying to attack some dust bunnies that seem to be multiplying before I get to them all.
In bed, I is tsick tsick..head pounding,mega toothaches, have no teeth. Lol
On the couch sipping neocitrin, sneezing etc..so cozy under my fleece blankie..
Trying to doze off, have to make sure I set alarm for 9pm as a great movie trying to get 2 people in love who were separated in New Orleans..Sooo want to watch it
You know Barb what you can and can't do as long as you don't try and realize you can't before you find out you can't
Hmmm wonders if better tarts taste good with neocitrin?? Sweet and sour treat
Teeth hurt? Sinus sign...might need antibiotic for relief. Dont mess around if not better by morning
Will do..have some meds I'll try
Oh Betty - I feel so bad for you. Please take the meds and I hope they will made you feel so much better. Warm liquids help too. I love tea with honey and a shot of whiskey when called for.....
Neocitrin not working, maybe hot toddy..off to see if I've honey
I hope you are feeling better soon Betty.
How are you doing this morning Betty? Had you on my mind first thing.
Norm had a pretty good night. Finds it better sleeping in the recliner rather than the bed. We are finding out what works and what doesn't as we go along. He is being a great patient.
Glad to hear he is doing good.
I slept in the recliner for about 2 weeks when I had my hip surgery.
Betty, please call the Dr. and get the proper meds for your cold. You have had too many sickness' lately, your body is worn down.
