"M", those are beautiful!
Best/Worse/What did I learn today?chat with friends new/old
Gorgeous "M"
Mine behind the pond were in bloom 3 weeks ago, yours are late blooming
Too bad they didn't flower longer
My orange blossom lost most of its beauty last few days, still can smell the sweetness though
Went to town then Rita dropped in, didn't have supper, think I will have fresh strawberries and call it din/din
Marilyn beautiful plant.
Betty so happy for you that Ann is coming around or at least thinking toward that.
Still very hot here and my sciatic is giving me fit. I am about to cave and go to the doctor.
Photo is of our neighborhood owls. I have a greenbelt right behind our home and these two have been here going on 5 years. They are up the sidewalk in the greenbelt about 1 1/2 houses. Have to keep the kitties inside but they do take care of the roof rats and pigeons. Weird observation, the hummers hang out in the tree with them.
Other photos are my plumeria starting to bloom. Queen of zone pushing is "I".
Be safe in the weird weather coming your way. Hugs, Sharon
Morning all
Sky is clearing so here is hoping it's a sunshine day!
Sharon, aren't they a spectacular looking duo, lucky you to have such a view of them.
You will have to post a photo of the plumeria once in full bloom
Now off you go to call the doctor this morning..so painful having sciatica..
Thank you about Ann, here is hoping she at least knows I'm letting her call slide..I hate these types of outbursts..done my share to act like nothing happened, we shall see
With all this rain gardens needs weeding, so overgrown with growth, should have some beauties showing soon
I'm pleased that my smoke tree did not die
good morning
M sure hope your feeling better today ? love the pics
Betty so pretty window.
Sharon hope the Dr can help you relieve some of that sciatica. sending a gentle hug.
Lk good to hear the shots are working out for you.
Debbie such a joy to see a wonderful family portrait. great idea. :)
today is cleaning day...
Sharon, I hope you call the Dr, to get some relief.
Love those dragonflies.
Almost done with windows for now
Had a small one, leftover scalloped glass so will do it today then clean up my mess and get back to quilting
Went out to the back shed, could see my arm for Mosquitos, sun is out, hoping by afternoon iit will dry up a tad and will keep them away so I can cut grass...with this rain you have to cut twice a week ..now to find my helper and have him week
Too funny when Rita got here last night she had just returned from the hairdressers, had color, foils and cut. $128 and $10.00 tip...she said ' you know, that would have paid Joe to cut and trim for an I tire month'. Lol. Couldn't bring myself to oay that much, guess I'm staying bray!
That is quite pricey to have your hair done. I color my hair myself.
She said what she thought she might do is one month at hairdressers and second at home herself..I really should call and book appt for a cut tomorrow
Think I will go do that now
I get my roots and highlights every 4 weeks. I'm sure glad I have a bartering system with my niece the hairdresser!
Love the garden pictures, M and Betty. Makes me think I should get outside with my camera too!
good morning,
thank you for the birthday wishes
lk happy belated birthday to you...
betty,
I just cant believe ann!
and yes it was a birthday gift from Kenny after the 2 years of hell at work then my granny passing away in jan. he knew I needed to get away and decompress.
now that the estate is wrapping up as well as probate, my mom is keeping our home and buying the money hungry side out, alas no more stress for us and now we can fix up the place and not worry about anything anymore.
as for my visit with judy, well she is packing up for her sister gathering in ohio so my turn to blabber lol
had a few days of nasty weather, but I only wanted to go to navy pier and china town
ive seen most of the attractions in Chicago.
had a wonderful visit and was finally able to relax.
first night was pouring I went outside to have my coffee but it was to wet so when I came in I kept hearing water like a waterfall? oh no judy has a waterfall running out of her air conditioner had to wake her to tell her judy you have a waterfall running out of your wall lol.
that bratty bird flo played nice with me then would bite me
so I thought maby if I shared 1 drops of beer with her, desperately hoping she would stop bitting me but that wasn't going to happen lol judy caught me oopps...
got to play with the big bird too so cute!
judy took a fall good greif flat on her face I was sleeping she was helping jake find his phone at night so when I saw her in the morning I thought the big bird bit her, but she has uneven pavement and tripped.
got scared one night out side darn deer was grunting in the yard had to go inside
then a darn raccoon was in the tree eating berries, oh went inside again
best part was watching the fire flies such a unique light show.
we did go to Wisconsin for fathers day steve took the kids out for a ride but we stayed back, judy and Julia were learning knitting.
so we all did take the boat out to go to dinner as it was getting dark we left only to have the boat die on us in the lake omg! a neighbor helped tow it back to the cottage , got to see a eagle too it was so cool,
I went to a cubs game at Wrigley field they lost but it was so much fun we were going to go to Stanley cup parade but watched it on tv thank god it was wall to wall people don't think I could of dealt with that many of a crowd.
well have to do laundry, so have a wonderful day.

Liz, my condolences, didn't realize granny had passed! So pleased to hear you will not have to move, big weight you were carrying all these past years.
Hug Kenny for me, how thoughtful sending you to Judy's
Next best thing would be for him to send you to my place not that you've seen all the sights of Chicago..guess Kenny hasn't been to excited about going seeing as Marilyn Monroe is no longer there and he can't stand under her skirt..Sooo laughing!
Here is hoping work settles down for you, perhaps you should be looking for another job.
oh its calmed down we finally got a manager and so much stress is gone off of me.
lol ya only Kenny would do that !
He is a keeper..Debbie and I had Sooo many laughs when we spent time with you both when visiting Judy and Steve..characters they are, heck where else could you go to get a 'get out of town' motorcycle convoy. Lol
Glad work will be less stressful, maybe you can visit with us more often, sure do miss you

So sorry to hear about your grandmother passing Liz. Sending prayers.
So glad you had a good time at Judy's place.
Suzanne dropped in for a visit, she looked a tad stronger.
What a long day even though I did keep busy
Waiting for 4:30 then out to cut grass before it rains, feels like it
Moved us over
