I will be 60 in May and PROUD of it!!! And I feel pretty good for an old broad too, lol but could do without the ache and pains after a hard days work in the gardens. Today my cousin and I tore down the old chicken coop.

These are pictures of the whole garden area (maybe) I may put a pool where the old chicken coop was, of course I have to put up a pool for Harlee. She keeps trying to get in the pond that I just cleaned and refilled. last picture is where I am going to make Asparagus bed.

I got onto my computer!!!!!! The other day I had to restart it (windows updates) and forgot my *^()_@## password......... I was Lost....... so I used my husband's laptop and it had *Issues* beyond belief - 10x slower than it was supposed to be, because it had a trojan and it got ahold of Bob's laptop and made it lag, put up websites I'd never heard of, wouldn't let me play videos, etc etc etc.
Well, just got off the phone with tech support (3 1/2 hours) and they not only cleaned out Bob's laptop, but "pushed" a windows file to me and walked me through installing a password reset on my own computer (took 10 min!), so Here I Am, on my own computer, and Bob's laptop is Fixed!! whew...........
I love tech support.................. sending his supervisor an email Thanking Him!!

Garth Brooks is going to be here in CA March 27, 28, 29 tickets went on sale early this morning for $64, by 3:00 this afternoon the price jumped to $169 What a rip off!!! He heard that they sold out by 5:00 so he extended the concert one more night......Wonder if he knows that the tickets tripled in price when he was all about keep prices down and keeping scalpers away, hmmmm

That is why we don't go to concerts anymore. I hate it that the scalpers get the tickets first, and jack up the price.

Last time i saw Garth Brooks. i stood in line in the CA heat for 10 hrs . The tickets were 20.00.

Tom and i went to dinner at a local restaurant. Made Tom breakfast in bed. We watched Grease last night and Savannah too. We sang all through the movie. She didn't run away LOL
Austin has basketball today uhg..... drizzleing snow out. kinda cold today.

Thought I could get away without seeing the cardiologist because the cath came back fine. No such luck, I called and asked if I had to see him. A couple hours later I got a call that he wants to see me on Feb. 23rd. Maybe I'll find out something I need to know.

Hot weather continues and that doesn't make me happy. Maybe I can find some small pots for my son to start some seedlings. I'm glad he likes to garden, but taking some lumber to build a trellis for girlfriend. Termits have gotten into some lumber so he is clearing that out. Wonder when we will be able to get rid of all this junk.

Took a break from one of my Outlander booiks to read Invisible by James Patterson. I have 10 days to finish it and since I had to wait in line to get it on my kindle I thought I better read it. I'm finding it very interesting.

When mom and I were watching the news about all the snow that New England is getting, I said to her "Those poor people, and here we are in California begging for snow" Our temps are in the mid 70's, when we should be getting lots of rain and snow. The last time California received a good amount of snow....145 inches was in 1982. If we had a storm like that now our lakes would over flow. My niece said that soon California will be all desert...Boy I sure hope not, lol

Well just our luck!!! We have not heard anything back from the tree guy since dropped off some dry wood for us. Mom has called him several times and goes str8 to his voice message. So I guess it's back to square one, and I'm sure we won't get it done for the price that was quoted to us the first time.

Sue, you did read Invisible because I remember you saying you just finished it. I had to wait for a long time before it became available on my kindle. Had to borrow it from the library. Soon as I finish it I'm back to the Outlander series.

Cindy I hope your SIL starts eating and taking his meds. I know how frustrating it is when they won't eat anything. My DH was skin and bones and that really scares me to hear this. I'll pray for him as I know he can get better if he tries.

Better get my day going as I plan on accomplishing some work.

I do too, Pegi, Have not heard from my daughter (our relationship is a little strained at the moment) although she calls my mom every now and then. Not even a Happy Valentine's day from her :(

Just got back from walking Harlee around the park, nice and warm, so warm Harlee had to jump in the creek. Lots of guys playing disc golf, had to keep an eye out in case I needed to duck real quick lol

Guess I will start work in front part of yard today. Lots of little Grape Hyacinth all over lol. Have some Tulips coming up in flower pots anxious to see them as they are all shades of Lavender and Purples :)

My mom lol all this time she was calling the wrong phone number for the tree guy and this guy called and said "Boy you are really upset with someone", lol My brother and I have both told her to chill that Travis was probably busy. poor guy has been working every day to catch up because of the storm we had last weekend. So we are good to go he will be here on the 23rd whoopee!!!

oh my. Cindy glad it all got worked out.
we had two tree's crack and are hanging in the woods. Not a real problem. Ash Borer Beetle does the damage. Tree's become weak and end up breaking with strong winds.

I'm anxious to get that tree done, back yard is on hold until then. I really need to get started out front the weed are taking over. My cousin has been helping me but she's not here everyday and I need help everyday, lol. Mom does a little but tires really easy.

I never did care for SNL, I did see a show here and there when someone I liked would be on other than that it just didn't turn me on, lol.

Not a show I ever cared to watch either Cindy. Saw one or two in the beginning and was enough for me. But then I'm not a huge fan of most TV.

Oh how frustrating. You'd think in this day they'd be able to figure things out. How many new conditions can there be after all. It's so hard when something takes over your life. Actually it holds your life captive, rules just about every facet of it. You have to plan everything around what is happening to you. So sorry sure hope something turns up.

I've seen the gi doctors, they did 2 colonoscopies and put the camera down my throat. all we can do is wait for the next round of pains. that should be in about 2 weeks.
