Oh Thunder she is beautiful ..thank you for sharing..when will she get to come home and how long after she is home will you be able to stay..know you said you had a week off?

Joyce just called, they are just passing Hamilton, would imagine they will be here by 8:00pm or so

Gives me time to play in the gardens..things are starting to bloom!

Well, I'm back from my interview at the University - it went Fantabulously!!
answered all their questions with stellar answers, and afterwards when I asked them what, about my qualifications, they found was a "fit" with the position, one of the ladies said "Your resume pretty well 'ticked off' all our requirements and then some!'. She said they will be calling Tues or Wed with the Next Step, but they also know I'm interviewing on Tues, so said "if they offer you the position on the spot, please let us know" then she said "I don't want to prejudice you against the other job, but if you want an 'employment home' then this other one is a "floater" position, and I don't think you'd like it".
hmmmm is she already fighting over me? lol btw - they don't call it HR anymore - it's "Talent Acquisition". I guess HR is payroll and such, whereas these people are doing hiring/firing...

Bravo Susan....just the boost you needed to hear. ...I hope you wind up in a position to choose where you want to work. (HUGS)

that would be nice, eh? This one is an EA position that I just interviewed for... they hadn't said so prior, but it looks like it is, after all. Just so I don't have to manage his inbox..... oh, and it's a GUY I'd be working for.... so much did not want to work for a woman...... last 5 were women and it was a disaster!! Each and every time......

lol I wouldn't hear that quickly, LK! I know that my interviewer today said it was possible, but really, they usually do more than one interview - would have to meet the boss, f'instance.
No, I couldn't have a job, I'm sure, for another week or so.
I'm good with that, cuz it means they, and I, have a chance to think about the "fit"

Momma and baby doing very well ^_^ as you could see by pic. daddy was there !!! He should have the next few days off, then have to go to work on Mon. we will stay until Tuesday afternoon. Meg's Momma should be arriving Tues eve, I am hoping she will stay a week. Levi has 10 days off starting the 29th, if nothing "comes up" that he has to attend to for work... gives Momma a little more than three weeks with help. she had a c-section, so she certainly will not be able to pick Malena up, and I foresee her (Malena) wanting to be picked up and cuddled.....that's what I am here for....
