No, no frisking on the way over....but as wound up as these ladies were....there may be frisking on the way back over. I honestly haven't laughed so hard as I did while I was with them today.

I heard you laughing from here. Guess that means being frisky is a lot better than being frisked!

oH too funny and sounds like you all had fun fun.. Ha being frisked...

Thinking of that old "happy days" show when Marianne and Howard would say "Are you feeling frisky Howard?" We lost Mr. C two weeks ago.....but those were great times/shows.

I didn't get any 911 distress calls last night...hopefully they are not sleeping in the car somewhere from being tossed out of the hotel. lol

Betty, I'm so glad that Stacey saw the thread and signed us both up. I loved the one we made last year and I think this one is even better. I gave the other one away but this one is for me! Can't wait to see them and get going.

Exhausted would not be the word..We left here Friday evening and didn't get to our hotel room until very close to midnight..I was so hoping they'd be tired out, nada, as soon as our bags were down I heard, 'let the shopping begin' so until 3:30 in the morning,then they were so wound up, like Debbie said, how we didn't get thrown out was beyond me..did think the attendant at the hotel saw what they might be up for and put us in an area that not many guests were given rooms...one would think that going to bed at 3:30 we wouldn't be up and at it at 6:30am but we were..ho hum, had breakfast and met Debbie at Christmas Tree Store at 9a.m. by noon all the packages had been sent..some had to be put into flat boxes but lots got sent in pkgs. I did with an entire roll of tape, so have fun girls cutting through it...

NOTICE/NOTICE was late Wednesday night when I finished packing up, think I forgot to put the paper design in the boxes for the project I sent tp you from me SOOOO underneath some of the name labels I slid the sheet of paper in just before adding the tape..so please be careful when you are going through the parcel..

So Friday we went until 11:00 pm, got in hotel room and they were at it again, NOT me, not my friend Rita, poor Rita, she needed sleep badly, me, took something for pain and slept right through their shannannigans....

Satuday morning up at 5:00 and out of the door bright and early, breakfast and didn't return until 10:30 last night..too tired to go out to eat so ordered pizza and wings..this morning we were up again at 6:30a.m. packing up, trying to compact everything..

Some receipt we kept, some we threw away..lol..

TAMARA, omg had your cheque and I ended up throwing it away with the receipts..garbage had already gone out before we started to look..drats!!!

When all was said and done, objects taken out of their boxes for easy packing, suitcase size ziplock bags that the girls virtually sat on to get rid of the hair, yikes, suction does work, we were ready to leave...

Had breakfast and headed for the border..OMG what we were claiming was $2,200 for all 4, virtually we figured there was about $3,350. worth of goodies that came back to our side of the border..

I managed to purchase 4 Christmas gifts..got myself some clothing and didn't go hog wild, but then, I'd been to Buffalo 2 weeks earlier and am going back again in another 2 or 3 weeks so I left most of the shopping to them..besides, I was in too much pain and too tired..think I walked and acted like a zombie, by last night I was FINISHED...

So we crossed no problem, nor was there a problem going over...we get to Toronto and someone mentioned GANZ, Janice and Stacey that was the shop that you guys that you might like to come over this year to purchase gifts..well it wasn't open Sundays' and thank the Lord BUT the outlet mall was so more shopping we did..just got home, it's going to be hot bath, sweep and wash my floors and call it a night..

Debbie, didn't find 1 thing at the craft show..imagine that, so disappointed..sooo it's into my books I go to find the project for my winter workshops although either next weekend or the next is the big Markham Craft show, about same size if not bigger than the Hamburg show..maybe it was because also none were into craft shows..

Calling it a night, so we'll gab tomorrow

Some of you should start getting your packages tomorrow or early week..

Just posted on the Best/Worse and What did I learn today thread...now it truly is off for my bath and bed..

Hi -- My kit just arrived on my doorstep. Yippeee. I mailed my payment (cash) last Tuesday so I hope it arrives there today or tomorrow. I'll keep my eye out for it.

This looks interesting and like a fun thing. Since I've not done one of your workshops before, I will probably have about a thousand questions. :-)
