Or any man dumb enough to cheat on Carrie Underwood.
Coffee Break # 45 - Hello October
What happened?
Her song.
Here's a tongue twister - try saying 'Recipe for telepathy' five times real fast.
Oh...don't know the song.
"Rethipe for tepethy."
The Brits made a video about cutting carbon emission that is about the sickest thing I have ever seen. I cannot even post a link here. In it, anyone who is unsure about doing their part is blown up and their guts fly all over - including young children by their teacher! Beyond disgusting. They must be taking lessons from the suicide bombers.
Seriously? what is wrong with people?
Yes. They are sick!
My Dad was a linemen for CMP here in central Maine, he eventually worked his way up to supervisor, completely self taught. He saw some horrible things on that job, the worst was when his friend fell into the river up North. They found him six months later at a dam down this way....approx. 40-60 miles of river from where he started.
Ugh. that's awful.
Wow! - and they're not even in the top ten!
Glad my stepson is no longer fishing those frigid Maine waters.
Yes....Mike was a gill netter when there were still lots of fish around, then he was an urchin diver....very dangerous....then finished as a lobsterman....he still sells clams, but that's tame compared to the rest!
Right the ocean is very tricky. I grew up next to Lake Michigan but fishing had really died out there.
Anyone know about gas/electric providers? Yow know how your main eletric or gas company has to let you know about other energy providers??? You still get billed by the main company but receive your energy from another provider? Any problems arising from switching? They called from one electric co and offered 5% discount to switch....idk
Anyone have any knowledge about this stuff?
i have seen those offers from time to time - have never switched because i did not feel comfortable with some company that could be gone tomorrow like an Enron
I've switched in the past. Back to the utility now. No problem with switching back so if they promise 5% lower, take it. Mine did 5% with gas for a couple of years, but then dropped it. I then went back.
Another report out linking obesity with other 'common illnesses' like colds. Obese kids are much more likely to be infected.
CT home invasion guy found guilty. Can't kill him fast enough for me.
He has a partner who needs to to be held accountable, too.
Partner's trial in Nov. So glad the CT has the death penalty, although if that is decided it will take years to get it done. Besides the killing I think the hell that he put the family through should be taken into consideration.
MA doesn't have one. Ordinarilly I agree with that, but not for a crime like this.
I bet we don't see him actually get it for years and years, if at all.
The Times Sq. scummer was also sentenced today - to life. I hate when they allow them to spew their hate at the sentencing.
wow Iris... did I misread your post.... after I read it again I see you are for the death penalty... glad I read it again
You can see why I don't like Google. Even the CEO looks creepy.
http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/technology/shanerichmond/100005766/eric-schmidt-getting-close-to-the-creepy-line/
Google stopped being a search engine a long, long, long time ago.
They collect personal information, relentlessly.
The creeps that videotaped that poor suicide victim at Rutgers will probably get "recruited" by Google or the Feds.
When I remember, I try to use Bing. Not that MS is that great either.
My Norton Security software comes with "Norton Safe Search."
For about $100 bucks, both laptops are fully protected, A to Z, or so I'm told. Since I don't know anything about computers, people reading this should look for better-informed info.
Best privacy protection is when your true ip address is hidden.
I'm glad folks feel the same about Hayes as I do....I'm not for rampant use of the death penalty, but this was beyond heinous, the mother had MS, the older girl had raised thousands for research, & the 11 year old was taking over for her sister when she went off to Dartmouth.......Hayes was caught leaving the house in the family's car, & confessed to the murders...I wish there was a limit on appeals...he needs to be executed speedily. The other trial won't start until next year, putting what's left of that family through hell again.....
Appeals should be limited to one state and one federal. Both should have to take place within some specified time.
just back from bottling beer - came home with my magnum esb, half a case of glacier esb (glacier hops makes for a sweet bitters), and another guy there agreed to swap a honey red ale for a magnum - with the case of pub ale my buddy brewed that is 4 different flavors - heaven:)
Cool.
This driver is truly a hero.

Yay! It's unfortunate he didn't get her sooner before she was assaulted but he saved her life at any rate. Hopefully she'll be able to heal from the trauma. :(
Yes.
A miracle, really.....
