You can plant them in a small trash can and as they grow just put more potting soil on them. when they grow some more just keep adding soil and pretty soon you are going to have a can full of taters. Be sure to drill drainage holes in that Trashcan too.

Yes that works because you only put a small amount in to start and they grow up and the taters down so you add more soil as needed by the end of the season the can is full and there is a bushel bag of taters!!

I see I'm not the only one who never sleeps! I want to try the taters in a trash can this year. We'll see. I don't seem to have enough time for my life. Ever have that problem? 6 weeks until I can plant outside without danger of frost. Do I have my seeds started? NO Do I have last years old stuff cleaned up? NO Do I have my lasagna beds built? NO Have I transplanted my roses, hydrangeas. NO What kind of gardener am I? I think I'm a Dave's gardener. LOL

Still walking with you RRM. Love your cedar tree. I have a small one someone must have planted when it was very small. It's in an odd place. My mom hid treasures in an old cedar tree when she was a little girl on the family farm. We went and found them one summer. Pretty cool.

Thank God!!! Our girl s back. Yeah!!! Mekos. Hugs and nuzzles and nuzzles and hugs. The babies are all so glad to see you. Where's the mojitos and the sammitches, Charley and the Longear Tribe been waitying for their Grand leader.
We peoples are so glad to see you too. It hasn't been the same.

Im doing the HAPPY dance. I can't believe I got in the computer! I got alltell internet and where my computer is sitting, it won't pick up the signal- or wouldn't but for some reason it did today so I'm trying to get some of my info out while I have access, it could go off at any time till I can get the room rearranged. I apologize everyone for this mess, I had no idea it would be like this. The day the internet went out cought me by surprise and all my info was still inside here. Without service I couldn't get to it.
So HELLO everyone, Mojitos and turkey sammiches to all and big hugs and apples for my Charlie. I have sure missed you all and I'll get this fixed as soon as I can. Love you guys.

Yay Mekos so glad to see you back. Hurry up and get things fixed up so you can come and tell us all the news. Like how the baby is doing now etc.

Baby will be here Monday. The Dr.s all are in shock they didn't have to take her before now. (but we know God) She will be a month early but GOD willing, it will be here Monday for sure. Thanks for all the prayers, I'll be back soon.

ok I said from the email I got yesterday she would be awhile yet but I guess it was sooner than I thought, LOL Glad to see you back mekos, sure did miss you. Hey who is it that is having a baby? I think I got lost one that one.
