FAMILY, FRIENDS AND GYPSIES
Awww venice, I was teaching one of my clients that song. He loved to sing.
OK, headed out now for upper Wisconsin. No snow or rain here yet.
Catch you all later ^_^
Boy I am a stuffed piggy.
Venice there was a little snow mixed in. Has stopped raining but wind is hard and cold!
Kassy drive safe and enjoy your visit.
Moon remembered food at neighbors, Thanks.
Time to pack up food for my elderly friends. Duck is almost done.
Enjoy day everyone. The light show is getting closer!!
JJ, how could I forget your light show! My tummy is full. I might run out and look in some stores for a while. See you later!
Hi again everyone, glad you all seem to be having a good day.
Thankyou for the kind wishes you've sent me.
Dave, your photos are beautiful, here's an English rainbow, for all my new friends.
Hope they show " The Wizard Of Oz " for you.It's on here at Christmas,or at least it seems like it has been every Christmas of my life so far:}
Joy
Happy Thanksgiving my Gypsi buds!!!! I thought I had some cute stories to tell ya but I can't beat the monkey one Linney lol. Venice love the mooing turkeys. Kassy be careful on your trip. Joy hope you are enjoying this beautiful day its getting cold here. Jim sounds like your belly is gonna be full by the end of the day for sure. Dave I thought my preparations were detailed wow you've got me beat. Hi Moon I'm not cooking again until Christmas lol. JJ I'm ready for the light show. Smiley I ask 7 yr old grandson what he had to be thankful for today, he cocked his head and pondered a minute and then said HAM. lol Dixie must be standing gaurd over the poos today and Seed we wouldn't be complete without you Rachael and Trina. Hugs to you all
Joy! Beautiful rainbow!!!
Flowers, hi there! I like ham also and I had it today!
I was out and thought for sure I would miss the lighting cermony because it was 95% dark. I hope JJ doesn't have any problems. I think she tested everything earlier.
Just joking about eating the coyote, Venice. Those things stink so bad it is terrible.
Don't know if it is legal to shoot them here, Kassy. Since there wasn't a game warden around to ask, I just popped him. It's not illigal if you don't get caught.
Jo's about ready for dinner tomorrow. I sure am glad I'm not preaching Sunday. I'd probably have to preach on glutteny.
Got any suggestions for the Jacks, Lynnie?
Not to many problems other than a couple things blew over so I have to put in new bulbs, but its to cold right now. Fingers ar freezing from taking these.
Lights, camera , post
JJ, your lights look awesome, even if blurry.
'Over the Rainbow' was the first song DD ever sung, at 2 weeks. Cooed along with the whole song. I thought it was my imagination until she stopped when the song was over.
WOW! I wish I could see that live, JJ.
Thanks smiley,
Son brought me back my old tree so going to decorate it next to outside fireplace on porch. Put a new light in Mrs. Claus and before I could take a pic wind blew her over again.
Hope he gets the stands on my wooden ones for the porch soon. The plastic ones won't stand up there.
Yes Moon took me until 11:48 but I got it done. He even cheated. Hung around the kitchen after dinner last night so I couldn't finish..
Well I have to make a plan for my morning shopping. Think I am going to bed soon and get up after midnight and see if I can get it done online before store opens.
Hope everyone had a great day.
JJ, love your lights!!! Wow, you can hardly get everything in one shot because you have so many things! Maybe on a day that isn't so windy you can just take small bits at a time. Like just your porch, then the right side by the reindeer and santa, and the left side. All your things are soooo cool!
Ok this is how you can copy a picture from the Internet and post it.
Find a picture you like.
Put cursor over it.
Right click mouse.
Select 'Save As'.
In the window choose place in your computer where you want to put it.
(I like to just put it on the Desktop so it is easy to find. You can change it later.)
At the very bottom of window, select JPEG.
Rename your file right above JPEG.
Then 'Save'.
Minimize your Internet screen to the bottom and you can see your file on the Desktop.
Now make a post and add that file like a regular photo. That should be it!
JJ just popped back in to see your light show. That looks great! You did a terrific job and love your spirit. Thanks Venice for the info I didn't know how to do that, always just copy and paste. I'ts been a long few days and I'm hitting the bed. But fun and got lots of love from kids and grandkids. Will catch you all tomorrow. Oh Jim maybe you can use the coyote meat to bait the deer so you can have vinicent next time, sure that is illegal too. lol good night.
Kassy, pretty photo with trees and gray behind them!
How far north did you go?
One more thing about copying and putting an Internet photo here.
Sometimes you can click on the photo you picked to give you a larger photo. Click on the 'full image.'
Thanks flowers, venice and kassy.
Kassy I'll buzz right over and do that. Then you can come to my house and take pictures that aren't blurry. Deal??
No cats here, just dog and couple grandkids. But I love that movie.
Venice thanks for the instructions.
Cach ya all tomorrow if I survive.
Got to get to bed have to be up by 2 to hit the highway to town.
Night, sweet dreams
jjsgramma, I adored your light up! Very beautiful and I am like Kassy as well, I have not even thought about decorating yet.....please come and decorate for me too;-)
Dave and Joy , I sure enjoyed viewing the pic's from both of your neighborhood's. Please keep posting them.
Hope everyone has had a tremendous and "filling" Thanksgiving day. I sure did and have NO desire to even look or smell food for a while.
I'm about an hour north of where I live.
BF and daughter his daughter are going hunting again tomorrow afternoon.
Daves picture of his citrus that I took will show you were I am.
Sorry Dave for taking your picture.
And thank you Dave for not hiding Wisconsin there.^_^
Cranberries are grown through the northern part of the United States. The major production areas are New Jersey, Massachusetts, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin^_^ and the Canadian provinces of British Columbia and Quebec.
Rachel, I had pizza...........LOL
We will be having ours on saturday

JJ, you are certainly a die-hard shopper!!! Going to bed now and getting up at 2AM??? Well, I sure hope you get some super bargains! When you get back, tell us about what you got and who you ran down to get to the register! LOL Have a safe trip!
My aunt just called me to say she had Transient Global Amnesia (TGA) on Monday. My cousin is a nurse so she made sure she had a whole battery of tests, blood, urine, heart, veins, and all kinds of scans of her brain. Fortunately, they all came out perfectly. She had 5 hours where she can't remember anything. The doctor told her that she is just doing to much for a 90 year old! She IS very active especially for her age. But other than that, she is just fine.!
Enjoyed the pictures jjs. I'm glad you all had a good Thanksgiving.
Morning all! How is everyone today? I have to work.
where are you Smiley? My new fuzzy socks are SO warm, I love them!
Coffee's on! Who wants coffee & leftover pie?
Good Morning everyone.
JJ, what a great job....everything looks so happy and festive. I knew you wouldn't let DH win...grin good on you.Be careful out there today.
So glad everyone had a nice Turkey day...full tummies and happy hearts are the order of the day.
Venice, hope all is well with your aunt. That had to be scary for her.
Great pics Joy and Dave. Hi Rachel, Jim and Joy.
And so, the countdown to Christmas begins...27 shopping days....
Moon, only 27 days?? I'm not ready! not even started!
Kassy, that's a great picture of the trees and the moon. I love it. On the other side of Dave's orange is Barrie, Ontario. That's where 1 of my bro's live. I can see the "B" for Buffalo, but I'm off the map.
Good luck on the shopping, JJ. Hope you give us a story or 2 of your escapades.
Good morning Venice, Lynnie, Jim, Rachel, Flowers, Joy and everyone else.
I haven't really started either, just sort of getting ideas for the kids and grandkids...then the rest of Jim's family...a couple tokens for friends and that will be it. Jordan and I are pulling everything out of the toy closet and figuring what he might want to keep, give to his half-brother, and the rest is going to GW. Everyone felt so sorry for him because of his situation, that over the years he got so much stuff despite protests and pleas from us. The other day, while poking in the closet for something he ran across a couple board games that had never been opened. The indulgence is really sinful....what kid needs in excess of 70 gifts? And that was nearly every year...we tried to explain he would rather their time throughout the year, but never seemed to work out that way.
yes.. time... the greatest gift.
I'm such a sap. I still have a lot of my kids toys. Can't bear to part with them, they each hold special memories. Of course, the legos and barbies will never leave the house, my grandkids will play with them.
Good morning all. Kassy send me some warm air!!! I was 24 here this morning. Brrr.
