A quick glimps at my candles thus far. New containers are still out in the car I will post a pix of those when I get back from Curves. Gotta get a move on here I need to loosen up.

Hey Cindy, how do you pour your candles to come out so even. I have made a few in the past years, and they always seem to sink in, or bubble up! Bet your place smells soooo good!

WOW great candles.

I'd forgotten, Randall took today off, so....

well I was going to write we'll be running around doing his list stuff all day, but I can hear a business conference call going on downstairs! wonder if they've conned him into working again? They did that all morning last Wednesday, and some Saturday. working from home has its disadvantages! We actually have to leave town for them not to impose. He has so much unused vacation he loses, he's not working but 10 days in December as it is. All because he ends up working anyway. He ended up taking his laptop with him on vacation and working six hours one morning. we didn't get but six hours in NYC as a result.

(((((((he's giving me Australian irises for Christmas!!!!))))))))

yeah, Cindy, how do you pour to get even like that? or is it a certain kind of wax?

I work with 100% soy, which is a low heat melt so the wax is like luke warm when I pour. Sometimes I have to reheat the tops to smooth them out. Right now I'm making Chococlate Raspberry Roll. At night when I'm done I close the door, in the mornings it's like walking into a candle shop.

Jaye, (I think this is the right thread!) Medicare pays for my shoes, and you can get them as wide as you need them! You get a new pair every year, I'm on my third pair! I really like them, get lots of compliments, and they feel good on my feet! Since you're diabetic, you can get them, too!
