Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

or just save all your unwanted and frustrateds and send them to me LOL

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

I looked at 2 comprehensive lists of basil cultivars and there wasn't anything similar to that name.

However, I came across something really cool. Do you have these over there?

Aloe polyphylla, spiral aloe

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Trina, I just knew you would be popping in sooner or later!!!

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

There are a few so far that are not even close to our Zones.

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

of course! Spiral aloe...that sounds neat.....I like water spider orchids they're neat looking!

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Moon, btw, can you give me an idea of how many seeds are in your packages? I don't want to open them yet.

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

like what tell me tell me! I'm such a pest

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

what did you get, what did you get, tell me. tell. PLEASE????? LOL

Keaau, HI

A good way to find out what the plant is, is to grow it, then show the plant here, when it gets big enough to ID.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Gee, Venice, I don't remember exactly how many, but would imagine for anything perennial, since your space is small, there would be maybe 5 to a dozen, and annuals maybe 20+ so you would have extra starts.....sorry I can't be more exact but I truly did not count, just sorta eyed out enough for a couple or three plantings.

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Yes, your are a pest. And I was talking to Dave!!! You are getting just a little annoying. I will let you know when I have decided about the seeds I don't want. Just cooll it! Little girl, I WILL let you know!!! Promise! How can I ever forget about you!

So do you have names for all your plants now???

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

I will let Trina grow that one and then she can tell you what it looks like! That is one more that goes in your envelope!!!

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Trina, I have 4 packets saved for you so far and I am only through the B's. Also, I haven't even added my seeds to the list! Don't worry you will get more than you even want!!!!

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

My dear little Trina, are you ok? I guess I was a bit harsh. Honestly, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings.

Keaau, HI

Here is the fruit of Passiflora edulis f. Flavicarpa, Yellow Liliko'i.

I fell asleep...LOL I just wanted to know what you got...that dosen't mean I want it

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

what's it taste like Dave?

(Zone 5b)

omigosh Venice you're cracking me up....how liong does it take to grow a juniper anyway?
soup's on! anybody up for tomato soup with a crusty wheat bread?

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Dave, you really aren't going to eat that, are you? It looks pretty yucky!

Lynnie, I suppose it would take about 20 years to grow a juniper. Is that about right? lol

Keaau, HI

Tart and sweet! Very high in vitamin-C. Seeds will be ready soon.

Kenmore, NY(Zone 6a)

sounds good Lynnie. we dip grilled cheese sammies in tomato soup over here. I made chili, but haven't eaten yet. Cincinnati style - elbow mac in the bottom, then chili, then grated cheddar. DH grew up on it that way, his mom spent her teens in Cinci.

Trina, before you print, check your printing prefs and put it on quick print, or quick draft, or whatever the option is. Uses less ink and you can't even tell.

better go check that chili!

(Zone 5b)

Venice I thought you meant my soup *grin*

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

What does it taste like? Citrus?

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Lynnie, no way. I would really like to eat some of your dinner! Don't tell JJ, but I just make regular chili without pasta.

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

actually that kind of fruit sounds good to me but then again I like mangos, starfruit, kiwi

Keaau, HI

Tastes like Passionfruit!

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

LOL Make'aka!

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

who knew I'd have to get so organized just to garden!!!!

(Zone 5b)

yeah I love grilled cheese & tomato soup, I also like wild rice in my soup, thought I had some but I'm out :( so it's soup & garlic cheesebread. Got the crusty loaf at an artisan bakery while shoe shopping....coffee for a buck there and it was really good! Beats st*rbucks any day! ;) also scored a chocolate tart which I may eat first if my husband doesn't get home soon....my car stalled out on the highway, barely managed to pull over & my sister freaked out so I sprung for the tarts.

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

I have 2 sprouts coming up on some of them that I started, maybe I'll get some fruit this year...doubtful but maybe

(Zone 5b)

I can't imagine starting a juniper from seed....I truly don't have that kind of patience...

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

I like to make grilled cheese with turkey bacon in it after it is fried. Then dip that in spaghetti sauce! Oh my! Wonderful!

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Trina, not only so organized but so much work and a lot of time!!!!

(Zone 5b)

I saw a show about chili in Cincinnati...I guess I'm too much of a purist to put pasta in the chili...or too Italian? I don't like meat sauce, either, I like CHILI with meat, but spaghetti sauce WITHOUT meat because I want the sauce & the meat to speak for themselves...yeah I'm way too picky lol

(Zone 5b)

Trina can handle it, she's much more patient than me I bet....
Venice throw an egg over easy on that sandwich & I'm in *grin*

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Lynnie, that's how I like mine! Just a little meat in chili and no meat in spaghetti!!!

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Cajun connection checking in....we eat our chili over rice Smiley. Yeah, you are way too picky Lynnie....grin, just being agreeable (lol)

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Sorry but I don't like cheese with my egg unless it is in an omlet.

I have to go run some errands.

Be back later!

Keaau, HI

Doesn't anyone eat Chili over Rice?

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

We do Dave...it is the Cajun thing to do....grin
