I hear ya, Jim...discovered cussing at the grass didn't slow it down any...grin
GYPSIES, CAMPS AND LEAVES
My wife won't let me cuss any more or I'd try it. Well, not out loud any how. Lost half my vocabulary.
lol Jim....I ask the grass nicely so I don't have to mow as often
I saw the raindrops down yer way this morning on the weather. Sure could use that rain up here, I'm going to have to water the beds!
Is it just Buffalo, or haven't they been able to accurately predict the weather anywhere? I don't pay much attention to the long range forecast - it always changes.
Trina - that looks like Squidwart's bald, green head.
Hi all,
Jim that was a heart warming story.
Don't want to complain but have to cause otherwise I will kill someone so Sorry.
My 3 yr old GS started running a fever if 103.2 and wouldn't come down so the sitte called son at work. He picked him up and took him to one of those clinics that are suppose to get you right in. After waiting 10 min while the girl finished her personal phone call she asked for his insurance and when he gave it to her she said we don't take that here you'll have to go somewher else.
He called me I told him to take him to ER. I was working and couldn't leave so sent my mom to meet him at ER. His temp was 104 when he got there.
Trust me when my feet finally get back on the ground there will be an administrator not happy to see me.
Received call fwe min ago temp is down and they took cultures. Think it is a virus and great grandma is bringing him home with her so son can go to work tomorrow.
Better now Thanks
I thought it did too...but seriously what is it?
Hey Smiley, I don't know what a Squidward is but I was one once. Had crazy hair night at Awana's. I didn't have any hair to color, so spray painted my head green. Kinda liked it but Jo made me wash it out. Thought it would be an attention getter while preaching my Sunday morning message.
there's been alot of that going around JJ
It is hell raising time, jjs. Mess with me but not my babies.
Jim I have to go out and mow, but if you miss doing it I'll let you do it for me. LOL
Think I have to make that Mrs. Wages HOT salsa. You may be getting Xmas present!!
LOL Jim
Send me some tomatoes with it and I'll have Jo whip up a batch. Hey, I forgot, I'll have ripe tomatoes for Christmas, that is, if I can keep the white flies from killing my plants. Got a bunch of blooms stqrting on them.
If it wasn't so far to your house, I'd come mow for you. Provided you got a good mower. I'm a John Deere man myself. However, I would like to try one of those zero radius mowers.
They have even had a couple of cases of H1N1 in the schools in his county. Could have at least said we don't take that ins. you'll have to pay cash. instead of go somewhere else.
Jim GS jj goes to awana loves it. It is a great program for kids.
That is a seed pod, Trina. You can leave it if you so choose, but it will not breed true and does sap energy from the plant.
Pam, I am with you...damn the Doc-in-a-box. So sorry the little one is sick. Hope he gets well soon.
Mine is a Toro and it is zero radius as in push mower.
We do have a John Deere we got from my mom after we got her a new mower. DH got it running but the gate to the backyard isn't big enough for it to go through. hehe
So it mows the neighbors yard and I push ours because its my DH said my flowers make it an obstacle course.
what does that mean....it'll make more iris but probably not the same as the parent plant?
I think you just lost a mower man when you said push. I could probably get the JD through the gate. Use to put the combine with a thirteen ft. header through a twelve foot gate. Couldn't be much more trouble.
Yup, that is what it means. The irises you get may or may not be of any value bloom-wise.
okay. I'd just never seen one do that before
Looks like we have run up the numbers here pretty well...guess it is time to seek a new green pasture for our camp.

See ya all at the new stomping grounds....Rocks, corn and caravans
