Hello lovely peeps!

I'm going to be MIA this weekend, cuz my DH & I are going camping!!! yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!! We're leaving tomorrow after work, so I may be posting during the day.....but certainly not until Sun night or Monday...
We haven't been camping since 2005, in Manitoba, tenting...
We have an inflatable bed (deep one, cuz this lady doesn't get up from a hard ground in the morning!), and we're getting a serviced lot with electricity. This means Coffee in the morning, and we have a mini fridge which is coming with us too :-)
We're taking our telescope so we can finally see the out-of-city stars ^_^

Talked to Kim the other day, yikes,didn't know she had 2 cats now...yay for her. Also, saw she jumped in to say hey, Gosh she has been one busy girl, just praying she stays safe out there, people are nuts while driving in the rain...Was so good to chat for a few.

Got her little one signed up for preschool today, he starts on Monday. He liked it and wanted to stay! It is always good when the little ones Like School....she said to tell you all she is thinking of you and misses everyone.

Can you smell the rain? We got rain for about 5 minutes here this morning. It started about 5:30, and now it is so humid!The yard is nice and muddy, so I will be mopping today, wether I wanted to or not! LOL

Thanks LK - I'll surely enjoy our camping ^_^ I got a pleasant surprise this am - my boss said "take off a couple of hours early - you've worked extra hours without pay..." Well, he's right - I enjoy working for him, and he knows how hard I work, too ^_^ Guess I'll head out @ 2pm today.........

Overwinter coleus......wish I could. It's def an annual here. I'll be bringing my coleus inside. I love the burgundy leaves! My pale green one didn't even survive the summer, but the ivy next to it did! (go figure, eh? the ivy was a new plant too, and I thought the coleus was as hardy as a weed LOL)
