Marion, Deborah, Kris... now, ya'll behave yourselves on the road trip... we don't want to have to come to Mississippi to bail you out of the pokey. We will, but we won't like it.

LK... no set time for going to the Rose Garden... Sometime between breakfast and supper... Not sure if Phyllis plans on coming back to my house, or just going on to her house from there... she has to work Monday. So, we'll probably make it in the early afternoon... the rose museum closes at 4 on Sunday.
Not to worry... I'll stay home with Stacey... I won't watch, but I will be here. Marion, you can go with the girls to see the roses. I can go anytime.

Best get ready for this dang court thing. UGH... I'm so NOT looking forward to this.

Morning All,

Well my evening alone with the dogs got ruined. Rick's overnight fishing trip didn't happen there were some problems with the boat.

Watched Dancing with the Stars and then the Bachlorett then conked out slept until 5:30 this morning.

Trisha, mom and I will be leaving on June 17 th to head to Oregon. My cousin's husband has alot of fishing trips planned plus we will be camping the week of the 22 to the 26th, I think. Plus we are thinking about a day trip with my neice who lives in Idaho we are going to meet half way somewhere. My cousin is checking that part out. You said that you are about 5 or 6 hours from Athena ,Oregon? When I get there and know more about our plans I can let you know maybe we can plan a half way meet somewhere.

I go for my 3 month weight in at Curves this morning. I know I've lost a couple of more pounds according to my mom's scales. But I go by the Curves scales. Well, more packing at least the weather has cooled of we are back down to the high 80's instead of the 100's. The racoon came again last night. I forgot to cover the pond. Don't know if he got any but he tried cuz the parrot feather was strung acoss the rocks.

I want to know who is going to host the next Memorial weekend getogather? I'm going to start saving my money now. Or is that something you will discuss when everyone is there?

Here I thought I had blown this last months weight loss, but noooooooooooooooo. From April 21 to today I have lost a total of 13 inches and 6.40 pounds ^_^. I just can't believe it because when we were in Carson City I ate lots and lots of good food, lol.

Ricky poo just got a call to go do some work under the table, so I have the day to myself to get things done. he informed me last night that his stepdaughter is coming for the hoilday weekend. He doesn't want his daughter to know that we are spiltting up until I'm completely moved out of here.

Well ladies, gotta get busy go to bank to take Rick's name off of my account and pick up some healthy food for me so.........................................

My gosh, dunno where the time is going, hours, minutes turn into days in absolutley no time!

Thought I better come out and let youall know I haven't gotten lost, just waysided with gardening out in the yards, went to the house and gardened some more...Love listening to the sounds of nature.

So, have been busy with housework, never ending and now there is this humungus bee in my basement so hightaled it back up the stairs, lol laundry will have to wait! yikes, it's madder then heck.

Now in between, Julia is done with school so computer time is freeeing up for me, yayaya.
Getting my house prepared for Jacobs graduation Party which is the week after I get back, so lots to do.

2 more days!!! and I 'm leaving on a jet plain... LOL, Steve was all in upset as he tripped over my bag, it's only been sitting there for what three weeks, thouyght it was for the trip to house, I am telling shoulda yep, but I busted out in laughter saying it was for my trip to BJ's, so he was in a tizzy that I wasn't packed for house, moping arouud thinking I didn't want to go which caused heavier laughter, hands on the hips I can pack for the house in 15 minutes flat, which I did on Friday the day we left! I was ready to hit the road by 1 but had to wait until he got home at 4:30, no need to panic...

So, I hope that all is well with everyone, been sending prayers for all, weather needed or not.

Thursday I was thinking about what I wanted to bring my sistah's got this brain storm, took all day to figure out how to go about it, and my fingers haven't stopped working since...And then was even a bigger brain storm for my RW&B buddy, so today went and got all the stuff to finish, everything...so I have been waysided from the gardens too....

Oh, I am so excited, my family can hardly wait to get me on the plane for all the happy chatter I've blabbed on and on, who's going, etc, to my very delight I found out Cedrick was gonna be there, so...of course had to tell everyone about that, roflol, they just roll there eyeballs and shake there heads...ohhhh, I am just loving all this excitement.

Don's been the busy little bee while I was gone this morning... finished his list, and started on mine... he was so proud of himself, I just couldn't be mad at him any more... I do think he's going to get it all done by Thursday, with Mike's help. Mike wants to do the bug spray when he comes home from school... so, Don saved that for him. Yesterday, he "terminated" the ants... was so cute, singing "die, sucker, die" all around the yard.

As for the Bee, get a glass or a canning jar and piece of cardboard or paper big enough to fit over the mouth....when he lands on something put the glass over the top of him and slide the cardboard in to seal the glass, carry it outside and let him go.... I had to that for this one in the coffee place we stopped at on our bike ride Sunday.....he sure was happy to get outside!

HI aall ...

Just checking in from my FIL house... Max is out picking up a part for the truck since we sprang a gas leak yesterday.. My MIL made sure we were able to get the parts and Max took me too look at our new car. His boss (my cousin) is giving it to us so we have something we all fit in... He said it needs work but it really is a beauty and will be comming home as soon as he finds the title.. Its a mid 90's model dodge intrepid and is in great shape.. The mechanic (its at the shop) started it right up and said teh whole top end of the engine is new but its tapping a bit on teh bottom -- luckily Max can fix it with some help from a uncle at the machine shop or a junk motor from salvage and he also said we can drive it for at least 2-3 months before needing any work since it is barley tapping.. Very pretty lil white car and teh inside is nice too.

I stopped back in at the nursery tent and asked if they had brought any apps in yet and to my surprise I got a interview right then and there., The young lady was very impressed with me (or so she acted) and said she would call me with a time and day to start within the next 2 days after they got everything settled for the week. She asked if I could work the holiday weekend and I said whenever you need me before 9 opm I WILL BE HERE... So keeping my fingers crossed she meant what she said..

Went to a garden club plant sale - auctio nlast night with my BIL and brought home a clump of Historic Tall Bearded Iris.. The Blooms are so dark purple they are almost black and smelled heavenly.. A few of them that I brought home hadnt bloomed but have stalks so I planted them straight away and am prayer that they will but Im told more than likely they wont with the transplant.. I bid up to $3.50 and got 6 rhizomes for that so I was very happy.. My BIL got a clump too... lol So I worked out a new bed just for iris today and hope when the dividing starts here I can find some more from generous gardeners.. I really love the older varities and feel like a part of history getting them.. ~ Sad I know but I couldnt grow them in Fl...

Trisha are you sure thats a Passion? It looks alot like a clematis.... Very pretty they are in bloom here too and have a very sweet sent but most of them I have seen are purple or blue/ white...

I hope you all have a great weekend in Dallas and do give extra Bear Huggs for me please.. I will be working doing whatever I can find to make the rent before the 6th but will be thinking of all of you..

Well, I’m going to start trying quit smoking today. I have a lot of hope this time. I might stumble, but I have good motivation. I’m not sure how often I’ll get on here. From past experience I might be sleeping a lot and need to distract myself, but I’ll try to get on and let you all know how it’s going.

I got part of my garden seeded and looks like things are coming up, still need to do the shady seeds, plant/seed the hose side (it gets basically no rain) and get my herb garden plated/seeded.

Also try to drink citrus fruit juices. That helps cut the cravings too.
