Of all place that should carry them, GNC should have them... but I found mine at a local mom & pop health food store near where I live... I also hear that Sam's has them...

My minerals have a lemon flavor... and not very sweet... but palatable... I take it straight too... like I do my tequila, except I like my tequila chilled and dressed...

Depends on the mood how the tequila flows....LOL

I was surprised that they didn't have it. The girl that was working there might have been new. I don't drink Tequila anymore. That worm was baad! lol

I don't hardy drink at all,maybe a 2 or 3 times a year ,but when I do that's my favorite.I even like Tequila Rose,Margaritas...........

BTW, I sent Kel to get a bottle of colloidal minerals at a certain health food store, Saturday, and he brought back a bottle called "Mineral Rich."
It has B 12, Biotin, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Manganese, Chromium and Potassium and it's $30 for a 32 oz. bottle.
I had stayed in the truck as my foot was hurting too bad, and didn't check it till we got home.
Didn't get angry with him, see I'm one of those that think everything has a reason. Took it Saturday.. hit the sack on time and no extra Lyrica. Took it again yesterday, even after the afternoon crash, I went to bed as 'normal'. Think I'll stick to this and see whether it will improve my energy level. So far, this afternoon, I've been active.

Oh yeah Cody, my ex is bringing us a sack of crawfish when he comes. He called a little while ago, and said he'll be getting me some Tasso, the real andouille sausage and some good boudin!

Judy, you haven't taste good crawfish till you get them from the Basin in Louisiana. Don't waste time over the small ones.. we always get the jumbo size :D
I can eat a whole 25 pound sack by myself. When I first came to Louisiana, my ex SIL made me helped peel about 4 sacks of dem crawfish. Learnt to peel real fast!

I have a problem with crawfish, but the only ones I've had were not cleaned at a crawfish festival in California, and the Chinese buffet, which they don't look very tempting there. I need to go to Louisiana and have me some crawfish lol!
