Hi all !!! Liz Scotty and Powder are as ornery as ever. Yes Judy I am going to work out in the yard and gardens today. Went out and looking for things coming up and found my whole waterfall in the fish pond. Not going to have it anymore. I am going to put a fountain in the middle so critters can't ruin that. HUGS BEV
good morning everyone..going to post in mini posts, computer has shut down 4 times, thought if I copied and pasted I'd be ok..nope, forgot you lose everything when it shuts down...sooooo
Bev, have you ever seen anyone so contented with life? How Powder has grown..omg sorry to hear about your pond, I have the spray on my pump, you can change it to do various things.
Will be without a computer at some point today, was just purchased so they are going to exchange it for us..Paul need to take it to the city, has appts. this morning so just might get most of the day in before I'm off the system..just know I'll have withdrawals...
Tubby, made something similar to the planter but larger scale, changed the dimensions so that I could purchase a plastic liner, looked pretty in the garden..I'm sure once you start making them everyone will want one..lol..so start by making 10..that should keep you out of mischielf...love the old lady joke..
Good morning ya'll! Can't stay long, going to clean my desk, it's a mess and I can't handle it anymore!
The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass. Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

sorry, just don't want to lose all I've written as I did earlier a few times..
Grandma always said that was the hardest part of growing old, having her family, friends and then her own children die before she did..no one to talk about old times..because she raised me and we were so close even after I married I thought that when she died I'd never get over it..but when the time came I took a different outlook to her death...
What a lady, she had seen so much in a century (shy of 6 months), what things she could recall..she still enjoyed everyone, could walk, look after herself..would I have wanted her to live longer, yes, but longer may have meant needing to be fed, clothes, bedridden...she wen't out like the lady she was..I do miss her so but there is rarely a day she doesn't come to mind...her laughter, her strength..those are the things to remember, not her loss...
LindaKay, am hoping those hummers fly north..been missing them...
Judy, think the skunk must have seen Missy in her black/white fur and thought it was another skunk, she didn't spray..while I was outside you sure could smell her though..neighbor next door was out, here I was in my jammies looking as scruffy as can be putting seed in the feeders...we didn't talk long, but it's nice to be outside and seeing everyone out in the yards..am sure tonight and this weekend that's what will happen...we will be 2 degrees shy of breaking the record for hotest day on March 6th..there is a possibility of breaking it..let's hope..can't wait for 3pm..early out, got a list of to do's and stopping at the new garden decoration store is #1..
Bet a lot of you can see new growth peeping their heads out of the earth..I always get gung ho, minute snow is gone, I'm raking the leaves and clearing the gardens..read an article to say most of annuals will come back IF you leave them winterized till all chances of frost has gone..might try that this year...

WOMEN'S ASS SIZE STUDY
*There is a new study about women and how they feel about their butts
the results were pretty interesting:*
30% of women think their butt is too fat............
10% of women think their butt is too skinny......
The remaining 60% say they don't care, they love him,
he's a good man and they wouldn't trade him for the world.
HA HA HA HA LOL
I just did a quick scan to get caught up some. Has been a busy week here!
Regarding the squirrel feeders...and jars. I was at Super Walmart, and they have these big jars full of cheese balls and also one wit pretzels. They are a heavy duty plastic....wondering if those might work, and you can dump the "snacks" in zip lock baggies. I am wanting to make one of those feeders myself.
We went to a Chinese auction last night, and I tried to win two baskets full of gardening items, but no such luck. We won a pizza gift certificate instead! LOL
Betty, your sleepover with friends and trip with the boys sounds wonderful. What great memories you will all create. I lived in DC "way back" in 1978 to 1980. Worked down town, and I loved it. April is my favorite time when the Cherry blossoms are blooming and they have the kite flying at the Washington Monument grounds.
