The pattern goes K1P1-twice, Inc 1 st on next st. Knit to last 6 sts, Inc 1 st in next st, K1P1, twice
K1 P1, means to knit one stitch, pearl one stitch, and repeat.
Inc, means in increase, or add one stitch. Then knit all the way across to the last 6 stitches, then add on more stitch, then knit one stitch, then pearl one stitch.
Hope this helps?
Knit is when you bring the yarn toward you, and pearl means to bring the yarn to the back.

Morning Cindy, you have the day to your self!!!
Have a good one.
LK
Well, I found you guys haha, Ive been through all the new rooms and guess what I ended up back silloy huh!!!!
Yea I know what the K1 and P1 mean but its the M1P that I don't get.
Cindy I did ask your mom and she wasn't sure so I sent her a copy of the pattern, she should get it today.
I am here. Thank you all so much for your smoke and prayers. After they took Mom by ambulance to Sycamore and said they would transfer her to MVH for the surgery, Dad called back and said not to come. She is on Plavix and they would have to wait for a week before surgery, so he said to go to bed. So went to bed shortly after midnight. Couldn't fall asleep...finally did and at 2:30 Dad called and said she would be in surgery within the hour. So I hopped out of bed, threw on clothes and hightailed it to the hospital. Got there at 3:08, saw Mom at 3:15 and she was off to surgery at 3:30. I asked why they weren't waiting because of the Plavix and Dad said she was too bad to wait. They had 6 units of blood standing by for her for the surgery. They told Dad she had a 50/50 chance of not making it off the table. Said she would probably have to have a colostomy. Told us to expect a 2-4 hours surgery. At 5:30 they came out and said she was still in surgery. At 6:15 the surgeon came out and said that everything went well. They didn't have to use any blood. She had a herniated small bowel that ruptured. They removed about 12 inches of that small bowel. She didn't have to have the colostomy. They used about 3 layers to put everything back "up". Plus closed up her vagina. They took her from recovery to ICU and at 8:45 we were able to see her. She has a tube down her nose. The surgeon said that her bowels would be sluggish for around 3 days. She was groggy, but talked to us. We told her to sleep and we'd be back later.
Dad got lost trying to get to Miami Valley from Sycamore. Said he got off 75 to 35 and couldn't find the hospital. He said he stopped 4 times for directions. The last time, he said the guy gave him very good directions, and he was somewhere on Stroop...do not ask me how he got to Stroop from 35....:o( I made him follow me when we left the hospital, so I hope he can find it when he goes back in the daylight.
Anyway, thanks again for all your prayers...they were powerful and we're so grateful
Thank God for answered prayers. Still praying for a speedy recovery.
Sounds like you all need some sleep.
Please keep us posted.

Well, my 2009 swap buddy (Kim the Exotic) just keeps on giving... just like the energizer bunny.
Yesterday (I didn't check the mail yesterday, so I just found it) I got a rather large envelope from her with a BUNCH of wildflower seeds... YIPPIE... now I've got something I can plant NOW...
These seeds are from American Meadows, and what a wonderful place to get them from... because we all know how fresh their seeds are... but also they are the biggest contributor of the beautification of most of our freeway landscapes across the country.
I'm so excited... she sent me a mix of red, white, and blue wildflower seeds that all should be blooming at the same time... and what better time for them to bloom but at the 4th of July.
She also sent me 6 (count them, SIX) packages of Forget-Me-Not seeds... that's enough for the entire border around my pink and purple bed... now, how did she know?
THEN, I got a 1/4 package of MIXED wildflower seeds, which is exactly enough to fill that area between my gardenias and the herb bed. Again, how did she know?
What excites me about wildflowers is that they reseed themselves... and this mix is absolutely wonderful... all my favorites.
Auntie Cookie-so glad to hear your mom is doing well-I watched a special on falling cervix and it is way more common than you would think...
Tante Jaye-shame on you staying up all night!!LOL You are one heck of a partier!!LOL
Wooo Hooo! What a way to start your garden day! Wish they would be blooming for the girls week-end. Bj, don't work too hard!
LK

I'm here LK. I'm multitasking and getting ready to go to Wally World for b-day card for grandson we are going for pizza and cake to celebrate his b-day and to hear all about his trip to DC
Heellllllllllllllloooooooooooooooooooooo! Just wanted to pop in on this busy day and let ya'll know that I'm still alive and trying to catch up. I don't want to be busy anymore!
Went to see Jeff Dunham last night, he was awesome and his opener, The Guitar Guy, was equally as funny and kept coming back on stage for different parts of the show. Saw Peanut and Achmed The Dead Terrorist. Way funny!
man I must be old because I don't know who any of those people are, lol.
He's all over

Break time...
Doing fine, LK... just raked out the front beds and found my Daylilies already coming up... isn't it too early for those? I don't remember seeing them until about April last year.
I just also dug a little bed (two of them) at the edge the deck that Don built last summer to grow some moon flower vines mixed with some sweet peas.
Don glued the ramp pieces for one of the sides of the bridge... now he has to wait 48 hours... so, he's busy now digging out the canoe that sank in our channel, some 3 years ago... but while the lake is down, and before the spring rains start... hes wearing himself out trying to dig it out.
Wasn't our canoe, it just floated up here, and sank... it's ours now, though.
We're delivering Mike and Kristi to the church in Canton this evening to spend the weekend... so, I've hit Don up to take me to the best Steak House in the area while we're there... seems like everytime a good steak house opens close to us, they don't stay in business very long. Actually, most of the restaurants that open up here lately don't do well. The ones that have been here for eons do very well... must be a "who you know" thing.
Ok... back to work.
BJ, you enjoy your steak and night out with Don! Good luck on the canoe.
Cindy, you enjoy your night out and pizza with your grandson.
Jeff Dunham is so funny. We have seen him on tv several time, and just laugh so hard!
More laundry to do, so I will be back later.
LK
BJ, about daffs, the deeper you plant them, the longer to bloom. The longer they stay in one place and mustiply, the fewer blooms you'll get, and smaller, till they finally quit blooming! Just divide every year or so!
I have daffs up and some kind of lillies, too! Two kinds!
Hello Audrey, how are you doing? Feeling better I hope!
LK
Audrey... some of the daffs are ones Cindy sent me last fall, and they've been in the ground since then... they're about 8" tall. the others are some I transplanted early this week from the front bed when they were about 2" tall... and now they're about 6" tall... so, guess they're not doing too bad... I got one little tiny sorry yellow bloom today.
Took us both, but we got the canoe out of the water and up on the lower level of our yard... but there it sits until Don gets Mike to help him bring it up any further... cause I'm plum pooped.
Don thinks he can bang all the dents out of that canoe and make it usable... sheesh... all he needs is another project.
Drill some holes in it and make a HUGE planter out of it.
LOL
That would be different!
LK
Hmmmm... now, there's an idea... you just gave me an idea.
I just got a heat mat, pot maker and some rootrainers. I odered them from Lees Valley I love that place. Will be ordering more goodies from them ^_^
Cindy, do you have web iste for them?
LK
Oh Dear me and my BIG mouth, lol. I have seen some boats turned into planters. Some are made of fiberglass and is hard to dispose of. My mom had one in her backyard that my brother was going to fix up. I don't know why she never did that. My late husbands cut it up into pieces and little by little we would put it in the garbage can.

Thanks.
How are you enjoying your day alone?
