I'm in trouble again.....

http://store.lilies.ca/ is the seller for all these beautifull DDs
scicciarella Nice haul, or truck load! I love visiting that place north of Huntsville. I bought a couple of DL's for the cottage there. They have amazing lilies too. I wish I could take them across the border. I will probably wander up there this summer. The first time I went there, I was sure I was lost. Patti
well let me know maybe I ll go with you love the place
actually we had my van storage area of 4by4by8 feet and it was over flowing
hahahahah man it took me three days to plants them all
That is a long drive for you, if you live where I think Metcalfe is. Near Ottawa? I am trying to figure out when we will be at the cottage this year. My mom will be 94 in March, but I assume she will be out paddling her canoe on the lake in July and Aug. Patti
Wow what a nice bunch of DLs Mona. Your garden is going to be spectacular this summer. I can't wait for all the pics. It is hard to pick a fav, but I was drawn to the pic of 'Startle'. I do not recall if you said or not, but are they all in a garden together or spread around all over in different beds?
ngam, I agree with 'Startle' but love the look of 'Sweet Hot Chocolate' too.
I ordered from Mason's Hollow
Athyrium filix-femia 'Frizelliae' (Tatting Fern)
Athyrium filix-femia 'Plumosum Axminster'
Athyrium 'ocean's fury' 11.00
Dryopteris filix-mas 'Parsley'
Astilbe crispa 'Perkeo'
Tricyrtis 'ohsumiensis'
Corydalis Ex Dufu Temple
Monardia bradburiana 'Snowbird'
Leptodermis oblonga ( I can't remember what this is this morning???)
Dicentra 'gold heart'

Cornus stolonifera 'Silver and Gold'
Hakonachloa macra 'Beni Kazi'
Now I have enter them in my journal. Patti
Nice order patti - will have to take a look at those choices some are not familiar to me
I'm drooling .... don't make me do it!
my friend live in parry sound I usually pop in there sometimes over the summer, so if you let me know when you are going to be around I will come down for a week end and we can go to the garden center
scicciarella, That sounds like fun. We are in Dwight Bay. We are usually up in late July, but may come in early Aug. this year.
ngam, thanks for the picture. I adore geraniums. There is another on my now started "Wha Spreadsheet" He made me do it. I am going to try to order it. Called 'Dragon Heart' Patti http://www.songsparrow.com/2009/plantdetails.cfm?ID=3057&type=SUN,&pagetype=plantdetails
Patti that's not fair, another good one on the wish list, I like the name of it too, but it will have to wait for next year. I have sent the last order for this year in finally. Select seeds order, it is mostly plants this time except for the cosmos seeds. First time ordering plants from them so it is not too large but there is only so much trimming you can do. LOL. Mostly filler plants or plants for pots.
Here it is: Calibrachoa 'Superbells Plum'
Coleus 'Cameroon'
Delphinium 'Royal Aspirations'
Feverfew 'Virgo'
Lantana 'Irene'
Lantana 'Red Spread'
Poppy 'Lauren's Grape'
Cosmos 'Rose Bonbon'
see ladies I do learn I posted the names of each DD hahahhahah
ngam, do you have trouble with Lantana and white fly or is it just me? I so love poppies, but just seem to kill them. I am still ordering stuff. Me bad. We have just axed a trip to Europe in the fall. So I can spare a few more dollars that will go towards plants. Patti
with perennial poppies I start them on location and I rake the soil nice sow on surface of soil and use a plastic dome so the birds wont eat the seeds and check to keep moist I use a spray bottle it takes about two weeks and up they come
scicciarella, No wonder I fail ! You are a mother hen to yours and I am absent parent. I will just have to enjoy your pictures. Patti
lol some of mine will bloom this summer if I remember right or I didnt get the seem mixed up I should have red, white, lavender and peach I hope they all survive the winter its been extremely cold
Patti that is too bad about your trip, but good for the garden budget. Looked over at Avant and now have the white geranium 'St Ola' on the wish list too. Good in dry shade gets me without much trying and a pretty flower doesn't hurt either. I will be interested to hear how you like the Beni Kaz grass too.
