What have you ordered for spring 2009 - Part II

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

'Miss Lucy' is a beautiful lily. Your picture is gorgeous.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Oh wow all these gorgeous lilies. How am I supposed to resist these? That yellow and I already have Garden Party on the really need someday list. That super duper fluffer nutter lily, well my goodness. Not fair you guys, I was doing so good lately not ordering stuff.
Oh sure I'm typing away and post then another can't resist it picture shows up. Yikes my list is getting too long for the little spaces I have left. Maybe more of DH's grass will disappear.

O the doubles are so prettiful. Are they scented?

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

They are scented like orientals, but maybe not quite as strong.

Oh dear, my goal wasn't to get you out shopping, it was just to put color into a winter day, like you all did for me ;)

What temptation are you talking about Pat?

See...Pixie does this to you...you have these things show up in the spring that you ordered in your sleep. The photos are imprinted in your mind, leaving you no choice but to get one or two or three ^_^

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Can I play? I have some luvly pics from the summer.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Lovely!!!!! I'd take a few cups of that "Hot Chocolate".

LOL Mags, you know you wanted that little lily from the start.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Of course you can play D-Nut I look forward to it!! lol

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

See what happens when you talk about lily ordering...it brings up all sorts of fond summer memories.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

NOT FAIR! That 'Tropical Isle', come on...really, how is anyone supposed to stay strong after seeing that? Well maybe something will die and a space will open up.LOL

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

just remember the red devils

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Oh I hate them. I already moved most of my lilies to one area so I can grab and squish them every morning. I do admit to enjoying sending them to a higher plane. One far away from my lilies. :)

I have all kinds of lillies and no bettles lol but my sister has them down the street

Thomaston, CT

Too tempting! Lilies do me in---I've never ordered a double, but seeing that pink one---well---I just might!

Mona in Metcalfe, ON(Zone 5a)

miss lucy is huge and beautifull I just love it I have three now started with one two years ago and this year I should have five or six stems with up to five flowers on each

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Here are a couple of lilies that stood out for me in 2008. 'Monte Negro'

The chipmunks ate these. It's the only thing I know of that they ate. They were in a pot on the deck.

I guess, as an apology, they planted these.

ooohhh, mouthwatering pictures. I love that NOID pixie, with just a dusting of speckles makes it quite charming. I actually like that more than the tangos. 'Calgary Tower' is always a delight!

What a cute sunflower! The only way I'd get one to look that good is if a bird planted it.

How about some speckles?

'Calgary Tower' was new for me last year and I think its going to be one of my favs

It has really nice flower form, doesn't it? The petals are wider and curve back a bit. It's really quite splendid.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

I'm really impressed. It preformed really well in diffused late evening sun and popped against the light peach fence. I will get more of these for sure.

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

I bought one last fall. I'm hoping it looks half as great as yours does.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

I'm sure it will magnolialover. Pics please. I put in a bunch of new asiatics this fall and my new passion is LA hybrids so I sorta lost my mind and ordered a bunch of them too. I had to make a new lily patch to fit them all in ^_^

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

I can't keep up with you guys, but I am having a wonderful time trying. I like the chippy's payback too venu. So now Miss Lucy is added to the list. Something better bite the dust or DH's grass could be in jeopardy again. Ha!
Here you go, old Vivaldi
