I have lots of felt but not in the right colors. I think that would be a boring project. No what we should do is add to these or redorate. You don't have to new ones every year.

My mom left and is home safely. Her little dog is even getting used to the ride. So I decided to have a little chat with Rick about "The Girls" arrrrrrrrrrr, lol. I told him my mom was absolutly appalled at the way April acted, and how discussting it was the way she wolfed down the food then got sick and had to run for the bathroom. But that didn't stop her from eating. She sat back down at the table filled her plate again with eggs bisquits and gravy. I told him Valerie had no business going into our bathroom to get more tp without asking. Come to find out he was a little upset with her too. I told him the next time they come up they will abide by our rules or go right back out the door. If not I will leave and he can spend the time with them. I also told him that if that happens our relationship will come to an end because I won't put up with it. I told him I really would like for our families to get togather but not if April is going to act like that. She needs to grow up and show respect.

I am here! I did sleep late today as my knee just wouldn't let me settle down. Deborah, I am crying all over again seeing the pictures and what I missed!! Careful I don't ruin your monitors Sistahs!! That will have to go down as one of my worst days of 2008. You and Judy just don't know what a hard decision that was for me to make but I knew I had to or be in more trouble with the knee---and hip!!

Linda Kay, the knee is locking again today but most of the swelling has gone down. You can bet I will be on the phone first thing tomorrow trying to get an appointment with an Orthopedic doctor here. If not will call my one in Gainesville and schedule a visit and maybe he can do the referral to get in up here.

Marion since I have never been on a cruise I don't really know where to start. Do we have anybody with Travel Agent experience here ??

You ladies would hav a wonderful time on a cruiise for sure.. I would love to think we would be able to attend but thats not fore seeable in our near future.. I went with my mom on a cruise when I was about 13 and had the best time ever.. Havent been since ut we keep saying we will someday.. I think the last time I heard you could go for 3 days 4 nights (i think, that always confused me) for around 300 maybe less.. Does anyone have Triple A?? Thats a free service they offer with membership (trip planning, maps, routing the whole nine yards).. I have alittle time on my hands I would gladely look into it with some basic information if everyone thinks they can figure out a rough time frame, where they want to go and where they want to leave from..

I enjoy finding deals.. When Christina was flying in her boyfriend from TX I got her a one way flight for less than the bus fare.. Just one of my usless talents...LOL

How about New Years Eve next year ?? Gives us a year to save up.

Well what a weekend...LOL If my body didn't kill me before it sure is now... I caught a cold from the kids then we went over sons house to play this game... I said sure we will be in bed by 10... Yeah right I was up till 4am and out of his house by 9am...LOL Has anyone ever played or heard of Guitar Hero for xbox 360??? Well it is this game you plug into the tv and you are now the person playing the Guitar... Looks simple but is not....LOL Oh Kim, Dave said he is getting you butt over there and we are going to groove when you come... Get a few drinks into us and we will rock...LOLOL

"My youngest daughter is being taken to Vanderbilt in Nashville for her tooth/ears. She has a tooth trying to come through the bone, and her ears are bleeding and pus is coming out. She's been in severe pain since before Christmas. She doesn't have insurance and to pull the tooth will take an oral surgeon. Her friend who works with her is taking her. I can't go. I don't have the money. She's a bad risk for surgery. She weighs almost 500 lbs. is diabetic , highblood pressure and sleep apnea. The last time she was put to sleep she quit breathing. We need your prayers, this is my good daughter. I don't know why her sister didn't take her"

Donna, saving money is a talent I need desperately!!! I think the only time I saved was at Joann's after Christmas. I tend to do lots of impulse buying, and Kel is soooooo tolerant :(

Thanks for the prayers my personal family's stuff went off without a hitch.....travels were safe and sound.

HOWEVER we had major 'extended' family drama throughout the week. I will share later SERIOUSLY I need to write a television show so they can make a movie.

I won a bird feeder for my deck and some 'gourment' feed at the dirty santa thing......SO excited!!

Sorry I ran away I was primering Tonys room since they went to stay at my friend Christinas house for the night and part of the day tomorrow. She decided since she was off work and they were out of school she wanted to visit.. They are out of school all week and she knew I had a ton of projects to get done.. Good thing to because the fumes are horrible even with the window open and ceiling fan on high.. WHEEWWW STINKS BAD! Im seeing double.....lol

Max is steady working on the bathroom now that I closed the rm off and the fumes are not going in there.. He was in there but they ran him out. He was supposed to work tonight but it got anceled so he doesnt have to be in until 7am..

Kids are vacationing until tomorrow night with Christina so I will be making my rounds othe house and yard.. Be nice to give them my full attention for a few hours.. Its like therapy for me really. I swear Gardening is good for the soul..

As for port of cruise there are Miami, Port Canaceral, and here... Well there was one here , they sshut it down and now I think it is re-opening this year.. Something about a new instalation comming in or something I will have to check.. Thats just here in Florida..

Well Im gonna go help Max out a bit now that my head stopped spinning..

Well, ladies... Don had quite an interesting day at work tonight in Waco. The broadcast truck caught on fire. Was the first time in his 35 years of broadcast television that he's ever failed to go on air. Well, actually, they made air time... but he had to shut it down to do a bubble gum patch job... was off the air about 1/2 an hour... would have been less time, but nobody had any bolt cutters so he could secure the wires that needed to be replaced.
So, now they're sending him on to Houston to do a game tomorrow. The guy that was scheduled to do it isn't seasoned enough to handle the problem. And guess what... I didn't pack Don a bag... he's going to wear the the same grungy clothes he wore today.

Oh no BJ! I think you had better start packing Don a bag just in case........ I know he will be happy when he gets to return home now for sure.

I finally finished my elf hat--well atleast had a picture taken of the hat so if I can find it I will post tonight.

Quiet day today--watched "The Duchess" tonight and I really enjoyed it! The costumes were incredible--oh what woman had to put up with in that time period. Thank goodness for slacks!!

Well I have a baby sitting job in the morning at 7:15 so I guess I need to go to bed so as to be well rested. I sure will need it.
