Have any of you ever worked with suede? I used to have this great pair of handmade mid calf high lace up mossasins and I miss them so much that I thiought maybe if all works out I could put it in my project book for down the road...

I cant stand shoes but need somethingto cover my feet.. Heck Im digging glass out now after walking out with Max when he left...

looks like it got late fast and I better get to bed myself. Max just called to check in on us and I worked up a blanket and have a second one to do for a friend who wants to post them on her twins mommy site. Pictured below.. It takes about an hour to make but I loev them they are sooo soooffftttt..

Christina called and she loves her blanket. Another friend of hers stopped over and wants one just like hers but witha purple back and she said she will spread the word for christmas gifts.

Jaye the miracle cake .. I used to be a princess house rep and we sold what we called a miracle dish that is a 3 qt crystal casserole dish. Basically you use a moist supreme cake , 3 eggs and fresh rasberries. You mix them upo and pop it in the microwave for 10 minutes then when you let it cool you can flip it over on the lid for serving with ice cream or top it with frosting.. Turned out really good...

Yeah By the way we did win the game today. We played michigan our biggest rivalry and teh stadium was packed out.. Was a really good game... The kids were having a ball...

Well I better get moving myself . Max just called and is on his way home so I m gonna get a movie together and wait on him at the door.

Good night sistahs. Turned into a long day. Met DD and her bridesmaid to try on bridesmaid dresses then DD and I had dinner. Didn't get any thing done that I had planned on doing but it was nice to spend some time with her.

Oh, I did get the sewing machine fixed. It was the needle. I didn't have it inserted far enough. Duh! I had even changed the needle but didn't get it far enough either. That seems to be all it needed.

Deborah, that baby is coming sooner than I realized! Whoo Hoo! How exciting. Can't wait to see those photos.

Lk I actually just go get the fleece I want and cut them out by hand and start tying th knots. They have kits butthey are more expensive than just picking out the fleece you want. Takes about an hour for a smaller one and two 1/2 for one like Christinas.


Stacy I meantto tell you Thank You last night and for got. I recieved my card and wonderful little package of goodies in the mail yesterday. I really like the fridge magnet and the magnetic fridge notepad.. Mine is just about out of paper so it came just in time.. Thank You Sooo Much....

Good Morning ladies...
Well, I did go see the play last night with my son and DIL. It was a one act play of a Roman tragedy. NOT well done by a cast of high school students. I could really tell none of them were really into it. But, it was great to be there watching her on stage reading her lines off a scroll. She wasn't feeling good with a cold/sinus problem, but... the show must go on. Then we went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner after the play. Don called as we were leaving the high school auditorium, and said he got to leave work early, so he met us at the restaurant for dinner. I had Tortilla soup minus the veggies and meat... mostly broth and tortilla strips, and cheese. I told the waitress I couldn't have the "chunks" in it, and the cook actually dipped out just the broth. OMG... was the tastiest thing I've had in weeks.
HOWEVER, I tossed it this morning. BUT, was soooo worth it this time.

I did have the most wonderful birthday I can ever remember having... thanks to all my sistahs here oh DG... you're such a special group of ladies.

Debra... I don't even know what your talking about with the b'day thing on your home page. Did I miss something?

BJ sounds like you had a good time at the play. I miss doing those types of things and have been watching for the local college campus to put on a free show. I really wantto take the kids to one and see if they like it..

Kathy do be careful with that dog.. Had a guy here in town who had a dog attack his and he shot it and only wounded it. When all was sadi adn done he was charged with animal curelty.. I felt so bad for him, he wouldnt hurt a fly but the media mad him out to be a monster...

Hav eto call teh doctor in a minute.. Tristen was up and down all night last night with an ear ache. I tried sweet oil and it didnt help this time so I suppose I need to take her in..

I have a grandaughter due just any time now. She is my step daughter, I raised her since she was 8 so she is mine. I gotta get her a quilt made soon. I wont go to the hospital to see her, her mom and I do not see eye to eye and I do not want to have a scene at the hospital. CAN NOT wait until Pammy needs a babysitter for her. :)

I do not even know what they are going to name her yet. UGHHHHH!!!!
My niece is pregnant and due the 28th of April and if it is a girl her name will be Lilliann, My great grandmothers name was Lillian Savannah.

My grandmother got married Thursday, so I have a new grandpa. I have none left and only 1 grandma left.

I didnt have a name for my 2nd daughter till she was 24 hours old. And my 4th daughter was an OOPS. But she is one that gave me Punk Boy. God had a reason for her.
