Don't like dogs getting into things they shouldn't.....I think one of the best deterrents would be shotgun with a load of rock salt, one for the dog, second barrel for the owner of the dog.....wouldn't kill em but would give them a long painful time to think about it......that's grandpa did with kids stealing his watermelons!!

Afternoon BSF! I am here, but not feeling too well. Too many pain pills are making me sick to my tummy. Just popping in to say hello.

Linda Kay, oh sweetie do take care and tell the doc if you can't get the right pain meds to work for you. Don';t want you to be in any pain.

Pain meds do work, I got up at about 3:00 am, and took one, then again about 7:30am. I just took one too many! I just need to let it flush out of my sysytem.

You may want to eat a saltine cracker just before you take one. May help with the upset stomach. A saltine cracker was my grannies favorite remedy for when taking meds.

Stacey, just think what would have happened it you had put the pizzas IN the oven. You'd be scrapping out that oven before Thanksgiving and washing the soot off the walls.
But must say I love my gas oven. Things just didn't taste right when I was cooking on electric. But it is all what you first get used to.

Remember when I left the eggs on and they exploded all over the kitchen and celing-I apparantly have issues getting side tracked-like today-haven't eaten all day cept for 2 oreos-been crafting all day long and cleaning my little crafty area and on the puter which means tomorrow is laundry, cleaning out the garage, cleaning the lving room and dining room, bathrooms, making lasagne in the am and all my other crappola I gotta do:(

Guess it's okay for me to say what Cathy has. She has pneumonia. On respiratory support at home and taking respiratory exercises 4 times a day. Then one of her knees is giving her serious issues too.

You get side tracked Tink? Not you? I remember one time my hubby was fixing breakfast and had eggs in our blender. Trying to be a little helpful (was very preggers and not feeling to well) I turned the blender on. No top!!! Good thing I was pregnant as he watched the eggs drip from the ceiling. What a mess!!

Well the day today wasnt nearly as bad as yesterday and thank you again for alowwing me to vent a bit. Today was the break I needed and a friend came over to spend the day. I met my mom this morning for picking up some turkey day items and she ended up getting Tristen a new caot, hat & gloves.. Then she bought Tony a new pair of shoes as well as teh groceries I forgot when I went yesterday. She kept telling me not to worry about it and it was the only way she could help.. Bless her she really has helped through all of this when she can and I hope my kids remember how close we really are when they get older.

I got word that the tree stnads will have their trees in by tuesday and walmarts & Targets tuesday! Thats great news and I have one or possibly 2 pre-orders. Going to ask my sister if I can set a few up at the barbershop for sale too since she is tehre all day and sometimes her husband sells firewood out of the parking lot. Maybe even offer her a small profit for allowing me to since here business is slow.. Maybe Flyers in teh neighborhood that she is taking orders.. Got the brain rolling copies are cheap...

My friend came over and requested a few hours of my time for baking goodies and teaching her to make the fleece blanket. So she made a nice big blanket and bought me enough material to make 2 baby sized blankets that I am going to work on tonight. We made rice Krispy treats , peanut butter cookies, rasbery miracle cake, white cupcakes with vanilla frosting and sprinkles.. She is soooo sweet and tegh afternoon was just what I needed. Now Im crashing from all the sugar though.... lol Also now she wants to make sets to sell.. LOL I told her if she invested in the first few I would could work it out.. She also bought a necklace and bracelet set I made a few nights ago..

Too many Irons in the fire sitting on the back burner.. Just need to get everything moving fast..

OO and this is what my sister brought me for my birthday.. She even came over and brought it to the house which she never does.. Makes me wonder if my mom told her what was happening even though I asked her not to.. We arent the closest of sisters, never have been and probably never will be. Just to exactly opposite types of people..

Nice to see her trying again for a change since I havent really spoke with her since Tonys issues and when I left the shop it wasnt on the best terms..

It's called silk binding. It's tricky to work with especially when having to miter corners. You usally want the widest, easier to work with.

Yeah Even though we never got along it was nice to spend time for a change... I think we will be better off now that everything is out in the open about how we both feel. My mind hasnt been changed but she has seen the error in what happened.
