Then, I dug down through the mass of shredded paper... and let me tell you, these people believe heavily in shredded paper... and what did I find?
Remember the GATOR I went nuts over back when we had the "Cute Critter" swap? Well... I got me one now!!!!
It's concrete, and is painted and sealed to withstand the weather... and I've already found him a place of honor in the new garden... although, I'll probably move him in the spring to the lower level... he is just screaming for a more "lakey" type atmosphere.

ISN'T he adorable? I'M LOVING HIM SO MUCH !!!

Stacey, I know this was your idea... but I have to know how to get in touch with this "Backyard Bonanza" people... they really know how to pack a special present.

Well, I got a bill, a couple pieces of junk mail, and another AARP card... but I don't think that's what you expected me to find, RIGHT?

Nope... it must be the CUTEST card from "Fairy Farts" you wanted me to find. LOL.... it's so cute.
On the outside of the card it has a picture of a little frog who is quite embarrased and sweating, it says "I really hope you like this birthday card"
And on the inside it says "Somebody farted in the card shop and I could only hold my breath long enough to grab this one"

And she listed all my sistahs and neices that contributed to make this one very special birthday...

Thanks again for the thoughts and hugs. They came back just a few minutes ago and asked to "hang out" and take showers, I asked you gonna stay or this just a pit stop. Well I dont know, knew then it was just to take a shower and she said what your my mom, I then just said NO. I did ask if they were gonna come back to sleep and she said well yes we have no where else to stay. I just told her she was not going to use me anymore. Yes Punk boy was still in the car. I hate doing this to him but she has got to stop.

Tina... maybe that's just what she needed to rattle her enough to think about what she's doing. I do hope so... for her son's sake, and yours.

One of my daughters found the fabric I am using at her local Wal Mart and she is bringing it to me tomorrow. I dont have it at my Wal Mart, this I bought in Missouri!!!!!!!!!!! Would LOVE to go back to Missouri but not to buy fabric :) HUGGGGGGGGGGGGGSSSSSSSSSSSS Shelia!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is good people and I am so glad she came over here.

Hi All just a quick drop in this evening just too tired to type and I have to be up to meet my mom at walmart by 830 in teh am... Shes buying the turkey and other items for thanksgiving so Im meeting here half way between her house and mine for alittle shopping time and so she can see the kids..

Had a bad day today and need to get some sleep to sort everything out in my head.. Everyone take care and I will try to get back on tomorrow after the football game I have decided to NOT miss nomatter what happens..

This group had bar b que tonight. Son is camping so it was girls night out!! What a blast--the 2 smallest girls really kept us on our toes for sure.

Interesting about the gall stones--yes they can form again after years and years but my surgeon told me that is why they usually enlarge the duct during surgery so they can pass. Still painful!! Ow wee!!

Oh no worries hun, they are already purchased, my daughter Jess has a good wal mart that had the fabric and she will bring them in the morning, her and I and mom will make quilt blocks tomorrow until the auction tomorrow evening.
