Ok Brenda, here is the package mom received she loves them.

mine came in yesterday and here they are. LOVE them mom and I say thank you so very much. Looking forward to another one after the holidays.

Subject: I have stopped fishing



Saturday morning I got up early, dressed quietly, made my lunch,
grabbed the dog, slipped quietly into the garage to hook the boat up
to the truck, and proceeded to back out into a torrential down pour.

The wind was blowing 50 mph. I pulled back into the garage, turned on
the radio, and discovered that the weather would be bad throughout the
day.

I went back into the house, quietly undressed, and slipped back into
bed. There I cuddled up to my wife's back, now with a different
anticipation, and whispered, 'The weather out there is terrible.'

My loving wife of 20 yrs replied, 'Can you believe my stupid husband
is out fishing in that?'

I still don't know to this day if she was joking, but I have stopped fishing.

Morning everyone. I made a fresh pot of coffee, so please help yourself.
Deborah, enjoy your new toy, but don't get too lost in your room, we like to see you pop in here once in a while. And please tell us when they find out if it is a boy or a girl???

LK, every thing is fine. i have beensick, but am feeling better. have a lot of chores to catch up on.

Kathy, dear, don't overdo it--you are more important than chores--besides they will be there tomorrow, the next day and so on, so forth. We don't need you with a relapse.

Oh my what a nice fabric selection Tia, Tina, Whatever!! The fat quarter swap was a really neat idea!! Sheeesh--don't want BJ getting a big head on us now do we? LOL

Deborah, come up for air--sewing is fun but you do need a break every now and then. I think!!

Oh, Tina I'm so glad you and your mom like the fabrics. AND, I can't wait to see what you send me... this is exciting.

BTW... for those of you who caught it... I had 3 (that's right, THREE) swap buddies... What ever you think of me for doing that, I'll just have to deal with it... you might call me greedy... the the truth is I MESSED UP.... Tina signed her and her mom up first thing... and when I went back to assign buddies, I just didn't go far enough back in my inbox to catch it... I just got too anxious, and didn't get careful... SOOOO.... I'm pleading stupidity, for the gazillionth time in my life.

Now, I'm going to peek at the website that Fairy Fingers posted...

Although I feel really really bad about leaving them out initially... that tiny "greedy bone" in my body is feeling satisfied now... I think I got triple the fun out of this one.

Hi Everyone!!

I'm enjoying lurking and listening, but you are all making me feel so good, I just had to tell you....Sunday night I saw gas for $1.87. That's not a typo....One of the stations I passed this morning had it for $1.89. So it was still coming down, but now that the election day is here, I hope it doesn't start going back up!

Your fabrics are all beautius...... ^_^

Most of us love fabrics, and even if we don't have a project for them now, it will come up in the future!!!

Deb, a hint from one sewer to another: Sew till you start making mistakes, then stop, have a cup of coffee, relax, and go back and do it over again! Works every time!

mmmmmmmm BJ I thought it was CRS syndrome...LOL

I second that LK on the fabric and finding uses for it just have to rebuild my stock yet LOL

I'm NOT having a good day... everything I touch is crumbling... and Don woke up a grouch... After I called him down on that, now he's being WAY to helpful...
I just want to start this morning all over again... Can I?

If you can go back to bed for 20+ min. I've found that can change my entire outlook on the day.

Oh that is not good. Go ahead BJ, back to bed for you for a restart! Maybe just go lay down, and read a book for a bit!
I have had days like that, I just go back to bed for about 30 minutes. Makes a world of difference! Maybe a nice hot shower?

Audrey that is what I do, when it starts going wrong I walk away and go back to it when i am more in tune. When I get to sewing it is like a man watching tv, no distractions and when there is I can mess up boiling water.

It's too quite today. I did one category on the photo contest, but I'm not really up to going through photos this morning; so you gals are causing me to play solitaire.

Yeap, back to bed BJ!!

Laura, sorry but solitaire is a good brain activity so just think how much smarter (as if you need to--LOL) be!!!
