I have not Bonnie....Mike, sibhuskylver (sp?) was supposed to send me a couple of brug cuttings for my one item but I haven't heard from him. I dmailed him last night. Clemmie baby just grab you an umbrella and let that wind go ahead and blow you clear to Texas! Maybe you will land in mine or Becky's yard, ROTF! Cheap travel!

Where is Mike? Hope he's doing okay.. MIKE- ya lurkin??? :) Karen, I want to to have Clemie at least a day or two... no muffin mix, thought I had an apple cinnamon one.... I have some Pillsbury cinnamon twists... thought maybe Debra and I would have a plant break with them this morning... but we can share with our hottie's. Made a big ole pot of HOMEMADE vegetable beef soup, so you may as well come over for lunch!

ooh, that sounds good B....Becky got me hungry for chili so I think I'm gonna make a big pot today and some cornbread. May even fry the cornbread in a cast iron skillet and make little cornbread pancakes...Oh my grandmammy used to make the best ones ♥

Becky, I couldn't help myself ordering more brugs! Oh my! Just potted a big one up and I mean big. I really couldn't resist the double orange can't remember the name. The price is good if you don't think about the potting soil and the monster containers and a place to put them! LOL.....what have I done. I need to start collecting minature plants instead of brugs and ee's!

Bonnie, I think one of my brugs has done the hanky panky without assistance. I have what were 4 blooms that are growing okra looking thing inside what would be the hollow shaft left from a bloom, are those seed pods?

I bought my 84 year old Mother a waterbed several years ago. The warmth really helps her from being so stiff and achy. I had one for years and then DH got one of the big foam mattresses. If you are hot blooded you don't want one of those either because they retain your body heat which is fine with me since I am cold blooded...

Friend bought a heater called Solar Comfort, they have been advertised around here for years. She and I have vaulted ceilings and the floor never stays warm. These use a lamp source for heat and will not cause a fire even if you lay something on top of it. They are not cheap but so far she loves it. They are suppose to be economical to run. She has only ran hers a couple of weeks. I am waiting for a longer report. She paid about $400 for it. There is also another called ComfortZone for about the same price.

The reason I wanted the blue ones so bad, is that my Mother loved blue flowers, and angels, so I am trying to make memorial garden next year to have her some blue flowers, and angels all around. She has been gone for more than 2 years now, and I think she will like the memorial garden in blue.

BRRR... kinda chili here this morning!! TY so much you sweeties that got me skeered last night.. cause we DID have a frost!! Our trees helped protect us right close to the house, but out in the open it was quite pretty... even though it disturbed me greatly!!..lol
Joyce.. I completely understand..lol... If I knew I would have a GH before long I would be going crazy!! So you have the foam... forget what it's called... been wanting to get one! We have the select Comfort.. and it doesn't seem to be working as well anymore... maybe I need to give it some more air..lol

Kim... don't you know you are missed when you don't come home?? We all have depression from time to time.. some of us worse than others... BUT we are here for each other, and when I have had my depressing moments.. ya'll rally around me and I feel like I have been "cocooned" by ya'll... loved and protected!!

Well.. I am going to brave the cold, and get out there and clean up around the area Lyle and his friends built the shed. We'll put on the roof.. the tin.. and put plastic on the sides!! Tonight... they are saying we will have a freeze... a FREEZE!!!!..... I know I will have to get all my plants in under cover... and today HAS to be the day!!..LOL... I'll be checking in though..lol... I just can't stay away

oh your welcome . i love my mom so much i dread the day something happens to her . she is getting older but not old lol . ive noticed her making things for me and doing things for me alot more because she wants me to have sentimental things and memories . when im with her i feel like im in a room with my self lol . i told her when she dies im digging up all her plants and bringing them here , ill probably have to buy the neighbors house to do that lol.

Bonnie I gave up on the Canna yesterday after fighting with two pot, those guys are bugger to get out. I still have the Calla, Dahlias and Cals out there too. I'm very excited for the A.L. pod.. it's still holding and I don't think she even knew she went to the basement.. found buds on Golden Lady! She's been a slow grower for me. TTYL

well.. it's a good thing I covered the brugs.. I got a lil frost damage on some of my plants, so I am in 4th gear!.. I started clearing the path to the shed..lol.. we let it grow up cause of the stumps.. I told you about it up there..lol... it's already starting to warm up, I had to pull my jacket off...but it's nice working weather.. this time of year gets me going.. as well as spring!! Had to take a break and check in.. Goin back out!!

Well my DD turned out to be a single. Nevertheless, it's beautiful. Happy gardening -- indoor -- to all. ^_^

ATTENTION:::!!!!!! My brug is almost opened! It smells sooooo good! It overpowerd the Kitty box last night! And that's tough to do when my BIG Kitty goes potty! It's in the living room, and my pc's in the kitchen dining area. and I got to smelling something different. I went and smelled of it, and WOW! I love it! When it fully opens, I'll post a pic!

Howdy hotties! Just got my chili made and setting down to rest a little while. Linda Kay here is a picture of my wrapped Brug, I know you've been wanting to see it. It wasn't rocket science for sure, I just slapped bubble wrap around it and tied with the stretchy green plant tie tape. We'll see!

No no Clemen, you could never be a witch.....maybe the witches little black cat? I told Bonnie last night I can't get over how pretty you are, such beautiful eyes and the skin of an 18 year old! Your hubby must be very proud of you ^_^

Oh I wonder how Bonnie and Donna's day went???? Don't you just know they had a blast? I sure can't wait until we have the Hottie RU....Something to look forward to this long winter. With all my yardwork chores finished for the winter, I find myself not knowing what to do with myself today. I sure don't want to be domestic goddessing.....hehe!

Doe I am not sure hon, I am just being the guinnea pig for us. No, I did not add Christmas lights to any of them, because the original poster on the Brug forum did not. Just wrapped them up.

LK I am making the cook book in DNL format, which is an excellent, clear to read e-book format. You will all have to download a free reader, which is safe and non-invasive to your computer to read it. You can easily print recipes from it this way too.

Where do I find the download. Let us know when you have it ready. Thanks
