That stinks!!

Well, it was my plan to flush the one we had left, who killed all the other fish we had before.
Then start all over with some community fish who can get along.

BUT NOOOO, Don wouldn't have it... said he's not going to be flushing "Spotty"... it's cruel.

IT'S A FISH.... who can't get along with others...

SHEESH...

But I backed off and he bought 6 BIG expensive cyclids and Spotty is already chasing them around the tank and snipping at their tails and fins... UGH

I got "Scales of Justice" for that fish, for sure.

I'm just going to stay out of it... and when the new fish start floating to the top, and all we have left is "Spotty" again... Then Don will have to admit that "I"M RIGHT"... I don't get to be right very often... so, I'm looking forward to it.

No, Spotty isn't a beta... he's an African Cyclid... some are aggressive, and some aren't... this one is just mean.

That smaple must have jumped in the box and stowed away the day I was packing it up... I got just a glimpse of him that day, and then haven't seen him again since... now I know where he went.

(waving ) Morning Glory! well, tomorrow's Oct. 1st, the day by which I like to have all my irises in the ground, and from the looks of things, it's going to be an early frost. Am I ready?

Heck NO. Still planting like mad. picked up 1 ton of compost yesterday in my new truck - it complained a bit , but worked just fine. got 1/4 ton spread on the old front bed I harvested. Got to go get 1/2 more spread before taking Randall for his doctor's appt. at 11. So love you all -

I'm 5 pages behind on reading. But feeling better and cant wait to get outside! Someone save me a pastry and some hot spicy tea for later - I've got to wait on these darn thyroid pills a bit longer before I can eat.
