Judy, no painting the tiles, they stay plain, although it doesn't look like it the band of mini tiles really picks up the maroon in the cupboards and even has a touch of blue which will draw in the counter top...

Worked till 4:30, Anne dropped in, couldn't even visit with her but she's here to the week so one night we'll have a good visit...dropped of Noah at the hockey rink, was a practice, real game at 4:10 tomorrow, went to the hospital..OMG the baby is 'beautiful' full head of black hair, could almost use curlers...of course who forgot her camera, they come home tomorrow so I'll stop by one night and take some to share...then quick trip to Home Depot for window trim and more tile adhesive then back to arena till 7:30...of course, almost home and Kyle reminded me that Janet gave hime $20.00 to take out their dog as they are away until late tomorrow night so had to make a detour so he could bring the dog for a run...got home at 7:30..wow...Greg said when he called, everything doesn't have to get done in one day mom...guess he's right!

we ordered pizza from next door, Kyle just picked it up..had contemplated finishing the tile over the window but you know, I'm just too tired, that's when I'll screw things up if I try doing it tonight...Greg just telephone and said if they aren't too late at the party they'll pick the kids up but I know it will be tomorrow...never worry about Greg and parties, he doesn't even take a drink, never ever wanted to so he's the d.d. but I do worry that others on the road may be impaired...

Yes Carol, your tiling is beautiful..loved the look, think I mentioned then that I had tiles in back shed waiting for me to get ambitious..lol..was just looking at my pretty curtains thinking that now that I have cannister set with black/maroon, might be nice to find material to do new curtains..but not tomorrow..

Deborah, no, not touching the cupboards, they were here when I bought the place, not good looking so I took the sander to them and found all the colors when sanding that they once were...will have to do..kind of matches my french country look..

Look at the people enjoying themselves Carol..pretty lady your friend..is she the one you go swimming with...so, you are trying to get some of those plants adopted out???
I would have to say that today was the most beautiful day we've had all summer, not humid, warm and sunny and such a nice feel to it...

Bernie came over, I had to run to Greg's get window trim done (of course he has a large chop saw that does an excellent job) BELONGS here not there, oh well...he has a few more pieces to cut he says..so Bernie/Charlene said they'd be back after they met someone, then I left for town, no Bernie/Charlene so I must have missed them..so now I have to wait the week for him to find time to come back..my fault..all will get done with time...

So it's pizza then bedtime..tired out..so hope you all kept to your 'plan' for the day and enjoyed every minute of it...me, I just can't stick to a plan..once day I'll learn a lesson won't I???

Victoria Harbour, ON

Carol, love the lantern...amazing what we find at garage sales...were 4 in town, one down the street looked pretty good but with buying the saw and then all the extra's for the kitchen I just passed right on by...

Did you manage to find anything else at the festival? my goodness, I came a week too early didn't I???

Victoria Harbour, ON

Meant to add, yes I am still in 'pain' but sitting doesn't make it go away..maybe using it will unjar it..called, kill or cure...I'm my own worse enemy as my boys would say..

Better get upstairs, boys are calling, pizza getting cold..

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

Betty, you are amazing. I don't know where you get all of your energy but I want some! Please Share. Nice kitchen, btw!

I love that candle holder! I used to burn candles all the time, but since we moved I can't find any of them. They're either in the attic or were stolen from the storage shed at his aunt's house.

Oh went to DH company picnic today at the local amusement park in Hot Springs, they even fed us some wanna be hamburgers, soggy fried chicken legs, and mayonnaisey potato salad. What's funny is all of the people who work with him and are nice, friendly people were there, so I got to meet some people. The ones who are lazy, lie on their time cards, and his boss weren't there, we didn't see them anyway. We mainly hung out at the wave pool, keeping DH out of the water is extremely difficult. I wanted to go walk over by the rides to see who else was there but Dave didn't want to. So we went over to the waterslides and sat with the guy who trained Dave for a little while, then left at about 1:30ish. We then went to Wal Mart to do our grocery shopping, then back home, put the groceries away, I fried a chicken, and now I am wiped out. Dave wants to go out tonight, which I supposed I can manage just as long as I can sit the whole time, my legs and feet are aching from the walking up and down stairs. Oh heck, walking in general LOL!

I need a bath to relieve some of this, but I'm a little sunburned and I love hot, hot baths, so I better take a shower instead.

Hi guys I am a grandma again for the second time in 19 days. She is so chubby!

You guys are all in my thoughts.

Cordele, GA(Zone 8a)

Congratulations on the second go around! Wow, cousins will grow up together!

Carol, great find! I love iron work anything especially candle holders! Will you take $8 for it? just kidding, but I don't blame you one bit for grabbing that treasure up!

Crissy, does seem like a nice outing despite the ugly grub. Give me a water park and I'm chillin'.

Betty, did the grands spend the night with you tonight?

I haven't gotten much at all acomplished this week. I hide my aniexties playing on all my swap threads joking with my sistahs. Husband learned he may need surgery to locate an unknown internal bleeding. But his appointment with the surgeon isn't until Oct 13. Seems that they could see him earlier? What if he reaally has something wrong and now it's too late? Praying hard is helping both of us and I'd appreciate if y'all could still think of us often.

Newcastle, ON(Zone 5a)

Congrats again dawn..what fun to have two wee ones to spoil.
And Betty..finally you will have a little girl to "gussy up"..You will enjoy spoiling her.

Glad you gals approve of my yard sale purchase..
The lady who had the sale had the most glorious garden..old fashioned home with a white picket fence..She had a wonderful huge perennial turtlehead plant that I have not had. Will have to put that on my list for next year.

Cord..that does seem like along time to wait...will keep you both in my thoughts.

Enjoy your Sunday everyone,

Got to show you an old photo I came across..this is my daughter CIndy and the family dog Fred. Taken about 1974.

Cheers,
Carol

Waky waky you guys, time to get up and at it..lol..we'll some of us..not as energetic this morning..looking at what remains to be done and yuk, but sooner I start sooner I can clean the mess I've made...

Boys are still sleeping, Noah has breathing problems, heard him up 3 or 4 times trying to clear his throat and nose, before he went to bed I put on a mister with vicks to try and help..poor kid..so closed their door, let them sleep, saw is outside so maybe my messing around won't wake them..

Dawn, how wonderful, another grandchild, now you really are a 'grandma'...you'll have to share photo's..how close to you will this grandchild live??? will have to agree if both live close by they'll be such great friends as well as cousins..how is the job going?

Crissy, sounds as though the picnic was a success even though the food not the greatest...in Wasaga Beach we have a water park near the Lake, so much fun to go to...however this year they closed it down for the season as they are upgrading and everything wasn't finished, so the boys missed their outings..Melanie's company has their picnic there every year as well, plus grandma usually brings them once or twice.. did you end up going out last night??? from your post I gather you lost some 'treasures' while storing you things..how sad..good excuse to go out shopping though...lol

Carol, love the photo..isn't it fun to go through old photo's..I'm not there yet, can't seem to bring myself to do so, too many memories..makes me sad..but one day..

OMG for YOU to say the lady had a beautiful garden is something, I would think you don't find many that impress you...I'm still going on and on about your gardens to everyone or anyone who will listen to me...

Deborah I'm so sorry to hear your hubby is not doing well..I'd say that's a long time when you are bleeding internally...will be adding you both to my prayers...what brought on his being concerned??? could it be bleeding ulcers???now what would happen if he went to emerge and said he's not feeling well and has been told he has internal bleeding surely they can't send him home??? wouldn't that be worth trying....no wonder you are both worrying...

Can hear that someone is up, best I go make them breakfast...pizza was a long time ago...lol

Will be back when I deserve a break..

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

The emergency room is a good idea, especially if you don't know what's bleeding.

Oh our bestest neighbors just went walking down the street, they're from Buffalo, NY. They are so cute, they're walking with their I-Pods and talking at the same time, so they're talking real loud and it's echoing off of the trees and hills lol! They don't even know it!

I guess his company moves the picnic around every year, this was the first time at the amusement park. I found out last night that Dave's best friend and his wife went but we didn't see them because they were in the area of the rides and roller coasters. I guess when they built the amusement park it was just rides, they added the water park a couple of years ago. The Lazy River and a couple of kid areas in the water park were closed, we missed the Lazy River, that's usually where we end up.

Congrats with the new grandbaby! That's something I'll never have, unless I decide to get pregnant right now, which we don't want to do.

Nilwood, IL(Zone 5b)

Cord, My prayers are with you and your DH,but should they let something like that go that long? Hi all Hope you have a good day. Congrats on the little one. HUGS BEV

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. He had a doctor do the "glove" but nothing could be determined. His doctor scheduled him with a surgeon for a colonscopy (sp) to determine where the bleeding is coming from. We are praying for answers on what to do next.

Crozet, VA

Greetings all. I missed reading for a couple of days and then skipped a little bit when I came back on. I did see that Dawn is grandma again. Congratulations on both of these sweet girls. You are in for the joy of your life.
Debbie, so sorry to hear that your hubby has something going on. I hope that they find it and that treatment is not too bad for it. I believe that if the docs were concerned, they would have scheduled this appointment sooner. Try to remain calm as you wait. Ask Betty how she has been so patient over the last several months that they have been running tests on her and we still don't know what is going yet.

I am sitting down taking a break from the kitchen. Well, actually I am finished in the kitchen other than running dish washer after dinner later. I spent a couple of hours dicing up veggies for a toss salad and also dicing up onion and celery for a seafood salad that we love.

Yes Betty, I am doing really well recovering from the surgery. Not much pain at all now. I started feeling better about Wednesday. Until then, I knew that I had something done. And yes, we are planning to spend a week in Atlantic City New Jersey during mid-October. I sure hope that I am feeling better than I did at the beach. One of the days while up there we will visit my niece at her home. On another day, I want John to take me over in to New York City for the day. They have a couple of hours long cruises that goes around Manhatten Island, and I want to do that again. The tour guide points out all the different sections of the City. I will try to find some sort of store that we don't have here and maybe buy some gifts there. I am using this trip as a Christmas buying week. Christmas will be here before we know it.

Gosh, time sure flies as a person get older. I can hardly keep up. Anyways, just wanted to say howdy to everyone. Thanks to all who continue to post, I love reading about everyone's activities. Have a good rest of the day.

Ruby

Think everyone should have a colonoscopy..just had one, thought it frightening but when I got back to my room I questioned as to when it was going to be done...worse part..drinking the yukky stuff...

Earned a break, leaving to go to Town, knew yesterday after using all the adhesive Greg gave me that when I purchased a small one should have bought a large container, now back to town for grout and adhesive..

Project is coming along marvellously, should make a nice improvement, but as with everyday, my day just goes in every direction...

Dear cousin Linda who I was raised l ike so we're more like sisters, kept telling me about a project she wanted to show me, now this girl never does crafts..we laughted about her showing me a craft..so unusual..anyway she came armed with craft supplies, now here I am cutting more tiles, trying to get my project done, had to wash off and clean the tile cutter so that I could play crafts...

So we did a quick craft, actually it does not show as being as pretty as it is and we do need a few more Christmas mini bulbs to decorate the greenery but I certainly wasn't going through all those Christmas boxes looking for some, will pick up a few things and finish the project later...but the idea is interesting and took no more than 15 minutes...of course you need the glass box drilled for lights (you know the type we did last year with bows on them...)

Quick post off to Midland, oh yes, forgot, Suzanne called and my nephew is home today to see his 'niece' born Friday and he goes to University in Toronto and needs 2 pairs of jeans shortened, so my plan IS, and believe me it's only MY plan, lol..to pick up materials, finish tile over the door, clean up my mess then do the pants...would imagine that by then it will be bedtime...

I have enjoyed just a titch of this beautiful day each time I go outside to cut tile and when I brought Linda for a walk through the gardens..nice visit ..even burnt the garbage in the back pit..so all was not lost...

Off I go..

Oh here's a picture of my favorite cousin...Linda...

Our 15 minute product...so laughing, she had to go feed MIL in nursing home, but dropped into the 3 - $$$$ stores to see if Christmas things are out, and yes, Dolorama she says has all the little people to decorate the project...wants me to go ASAP, holly smolly I'm only one person, can't do EVERYthing, will save some for tomorrow...lol

bye for now..

Gita, get that plant moved, frost is just around the corner...

Crissy, we'll have you sewing and doing crafts in no time at all..lol

Nice decoration there Betty. I wasn't around last Christmas, so I am interested in hearing what you all did with the lights and Christmas ribbon last year.

Thanks.

Wow...Thats really cool!

I am sitting here laughing. Steve got home and So had soup and sandwiches. Sabrina, taking sign language for school. She has to teach us signs for homework. ROFLOL...just got quizzed and i actually taught her a few she didn't remember! Now dads turn and oh boy is he funny. Ought to be a short conversation That is our test we have to have a conversation...LOL, he is stuck on the alphabet! heheh, cant waiti to say hello how are you?

Congratulations Dawn!

Oh MY GOSH...Gave my neighbor some Cherry wood for smoking his sausage. Well yesterday he smoked and oh my gosh, I got a container of potaoes with all kinds of veggies and smoked sausage, it melted in my mouth, just wonderfully tasty! LOL, The kids had wendy's and so we all ate great...Thats why I didn't go to Ves for dinner.

Deborah, I've been keeping your honey in my prayers. I hope they find out whats up.

Ok back to talking with my hands.

Victoria Harbour, ON

What a wonderful thing to learn Judy, sign language..maybe more of us should take it up..adult learning!

Aline and Joanne came over for 15 minutes..Aline wanted to show her my rhubbarb leaves...back to work, Ann dropped in for 1/2 hr. she and Mike are staying up this week, got invited to their cottage for Sat. night dinner next week, Harold McIntyre..he sang at Grand Old Opre, opened here for George Jones, Conway etc. who is coming up for the weekend, knew I'd want to see Harold and Juliette..so that is on my calendar..love them both..love when he takes his guitar out..lol...

Ann no sooner left that Bernice called over and wanted to know if I'd like to go to church B.B.Q...had to say no, you should see what I look like...

Had back deck to wash off as I did all my cutting outside, then watered the flower beds, wiped down lawn furniture and now I'm zonked...so wanted to grout everything but you know I'm just too tired and besides, window trim is cut, painted white, needs another coat so I'll wait..picked a grout maybe 3 shades darker than the tiles...then the little tiles, the saleman told me they should be sprayed so that the grout comes off easier..Greg purchased spray for his so just maybe I can have some...

As I was typing my friend Elizabeth from Ireland called, love gabbing on MSN with her but I have such difficulty understanding her over the telephone..she leaves for Turkey in 2 weeks, wanted to tell me her puppy won a 1st. at the show ... she was soooo excited...

Ruby, I'm so hoping you enjoy your trip to Atlantic City and won't the N.Y. City be a treat..I've done most of the eastern states and have enjoyed visiting them but I've never been to New York City itself..so want to though...I'll have to enjoy through your photo's and description...

Ruby, I so wish I lived closer, could have some of that yummy meal tonight, instead I've a t.v. dinner out and although it's not the greatest, it should fill me up..could go over to Greg's but just too tired..

Guess you are all tired of hearing me go on about being 'tired' right..lol..self inflicted..oh well, everyone else went to Paul's yesterday for a party and they are suffering from hang-overs, at least mine is self inflicted project mania...

Thought I'd type a post...show you a photo of what I got done, did on both sides of door and over door..now remember it's not done nor is the trim done so it's not very exciting but I've accomplished much...

A bath, hem 2 pairs of jeans and calling it a night..

Hope you enjoyed your day...

Meant to tell you, did say 'no' to something..lady called and really want a big 'rose' floorcloth that she saw I had done and wanted one for her daughters 50th birthday..felt bad but just had to say 'no' so that's a start...

Newcastle, ON(Zone 5a)

Tile job looks great betty..

Judy..what a great thing for Breenie to learn sign language. Did you know it before?

Sheila and I went shopping today..we car pool to save gas..LOL
We both needed to go to the shopping centre.
few things on sale. So..passed a yard sale..stopped and got this mirror for free!..So I took it out to the garden and put it under the trees in the Hosta garden.
I bought three old Richard Simmons tapes Sweatin' to the Oldies too...all three for a dollar.

Doing a load of washing, never say die, Carol OMG you got that for "FREE" doesn't it look lovely in that spot..I so love that I visited, now when you talk of areas or I see a specific area you are posting photo of I know exactly where it is...

Wow, one time I had the same tapes, sure wouldn't mind finding them and dancing to the oldies to get fit..

back upstairs, fighting doing the 2 pairs of jeans, probably would have had them done now if I wouldn't procrastinate...

Hi!!
Well with heavy sigh, it's Sunday night already! yow, almost Monday...
LOL, and the BEAT GOES ON, LA di La di DA DI DA...anyone know that song??

LIZ>>>know that song?

Carol, I love your new mirrow and now, new room. It is really a wonderful piece to your little room. I really like your new little lantern piece as well...Smiling at your placement to.

In answer to your question. Yes I learned sign language at age 9. We had neighbors who were Deaf. Years wnet on and I was able to use again at Misericorda, very basic. again at another job where an employee was deaf, we were friends...I had the Our Father said in sign language at our wedding. My friend at work was in attendence. And now..funny but some of the Language is fluent and the simple one I have forgotten.

Pacifica, CA

Worked this weekend so didn't get much else done. But sure enjoyed reading what the rest of you were up to.

Have to run to town this morning but hope to be back unless I am outside trying to catchup. Missed the good weather this weekend. Hope we get a couple of more days of it I'm ready to work outside!

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

Nice tile Betty! It looks good against the cabinets.

Got another busy busy day ahead of me so I'll be back later on this evening, unless I get a reprieve in the middle of the day. Oh I got to get my ducks in a row first.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Morning all, Sunshine day out there, think we're getting Indian Summer or is it too soon..

Left home at 6am this morning as Suzanne had to drive Brian and Meagan back to their apartment in the city, kids were sleeping on the way in, wanted to do same but thought someone ought to keep Suzanne awake...

Here's photo of Ariana..and mom Danielle...

Victoria Harbour, ON

So it's the start of another week, will not say I'm tired otherwise one of you will clobber me...tomorrow I'll drive in on my own and pick up the saw and that's about all I have planned other than picking one night to grout and another to put trim on..then project complete...

Brother Bernie's birthday today a young 59..I'm parked about 1 mile from his house so will drop in to wish him regards of the day...won't sing..it would be off key!!!

Brought in 15 santa heads to paint and my crochet blanket so if I get bored, something here to entertain me..

Sharon just msn'd me, another of her dogs had 3 males/3 females - 3 females spoken for..last birthing now for a few years...

Liz, wonderful that the roof will finally be done, know you've been doing temp fixes on it for a few years now..your weeks vacation is over and back to work you go...did you miss it at all? doubt it..lol - though it is nice to have a job...

Vicki, once you've worked the weekend, do they give you additional days off or do your days off rotate...lots to do outside, would imagine your weather is much as ours..anticipating frost, much too early..

Another baby photo..

Look at those poor rinkly hands, this was taken 1 hr. after her birth, what can one expect!!! Suzanne is certainly on a 'high' first grandchild...nice to see and I'm especially excited because I'll spoil her for sure...

Kyle called me last night all excited..because he's in Cadet's he got to go to airport for plane ride yesterday afternoon, as he was the last flight up Melanie and brother Noah got to go as well..poor dad was grouting the kitchen and changing electrical fixtures..that was his fun weekend..

Said it was time for him to put away the 'Foxy Lady' shortly, told him most likely I wanted to go out one more time on our Thanksgiving weekend mid Oct. providing weather co-operates..hate to have her back into the yard, takes up sooo much room...

Forgot to say, those imitation wasps nests seem to be doing the trick..no new nests being built..should pick up another 2, say each covers 200 sq.ft. so another 2 would just about do the entire yard...

Jim - new employee started today, nice enough fellow..said he met me about 20 years ago, came to the house both in summer/boating and winter/snowmobiling with Paul..don't recognize him but it has been a long time...

Crissy, hope your day isn't as hectic as you think it will be..take time to enjoy lunch, maybe a walk..look who'se talking..

Linda Kay, how are your feet, when do you get the stitches out..

Deborah, how is hubby feeling? said some prayers which included you...

Shar..yard back to normal? Can imagine just how frightening this storm must have been for you..

Well, best I get at something..maybe that something could be a nap..

Calvert City, KY(Zone 7a)

Beautiful baby girl, Betty....and won't she be spoiled rotten?

My yard is good, still very dry, but this bloom surprised me late yesterday. It is hanging on to the limb of one of the ficus trees that were potted and blew helter skelter off my deck and out into the yard. I can't believe the moonflower survived. It has another bud that will open tonight I think.

Thumbnail by Sharran
Victoria Harbour, ON

Amazing Shar what these delicate plants can withstand, guess it's much like human beings...how has the 'art gallery' progressing, would imagine you are working on a 'fall' showing?

Are the relatives back into their own homes?

Yes, I for one will be on the must 'spoil list'...first thing Suzanne said both Danielle and Jason said, 'won't Aunt Betty be tickled pink' and that she is...

They went home yesterday and have had so much company that I'll wait more towards the end of the week before visiting..

Calvert City, KY(Zone 7a)

The gallery is fine, and getting ready for a fall showing which will be hung on October 13, I think.....there have been 2 shows this summer, and they were quite successful. The upcoming show will be in conjunction with the County Arts Commission and include the work of a variety of artistic endeavors. That will be fun.

Relatives went home last Monday when we realized I would be with out power indefinitely. Actually mine came on after 85 hours, and theirs came on the next day, so all is well with them. I still have only 1 bell pepper, 1 small pkg of green onions, and a bag of apples...oh, cheese, too...in my fridge.

I went to my first KY DG RU this past weekend, It was very fun, and I came home with lots of fun gifts, AND 2 beautiful daylilies. There are pictures if you go to the Round UP Photos and click on the Prizer Point RU which should be at the top of the list. Here is a group photo...

Shar, names please..lol...bet you do know them..any more photo's...is there anyone in the photo we'd know???

Calvert City, KY(Zone 7a)

Go to communities, and find Round Up and Round Up photos in the list of forums....Easy to find the one for KY it will be the thread close to the top of the list.

Anyway....this photo:

Top left is Postmandug,

Paul is in middleback and in front of him in yellow is wife Stacey (Floridian)

Next to Stacey on right in blue shirt is NanuBunny, husband is behind her.

To left again in lavender is Floweringchild, not sure of man next...

Then Ms. Robin is beside Nanubunny, who has beautiful white hair and a denim shirt on.

OK, back to left...directly in front of Flowering Child is Roadrunner, beside her is Terry in black shirt,

Beside Terry is Defoecat, beside her is me holding up the south end of Melody's dog Carly.

With her arm draped over my shoulder is Just meLisa.

Holding Carly the dog is Melody with Keith her husband in green shirt

Now beside Keith, starting down steps on right...oops can't remember the man in blue shirt, but next is Howie and Gardenwife.

On left bottom, oops again, don't know cause she came late, has on the bluish shirt.

Next going up the steps is Todd with baby Sawyer and wife who is Iris on DG,

Beside Iris is Elena and beside sweet Elena is Melody's mom YOYO.

Behind baby Sawyer is...duh, can't remember but he has wonderful tomatoes

Then there is Robert and Esther, she goes by Esther on DG

CountryGardens was there with his wife...
And some were sort of in and out.
It was a really fun time. There is a thread of photos as I said....
I hope you can make heads or tails out of the names, and think it is fairly correct.

Very nice people.

Glenview, IL

Oh My what a Beautiful Baby girl...Congratulations Aunti Betty,Know you are just grinning away, I can so see you spoiling that little girl.

Shar, Nice to you. Oh I am so glad you went to your first RU. Looked at all the photo's You all had a great day! So glad you got to meet Bonnie,
Did you meet Dusty too?

So sweet to see your Moon flower made it through Hurricane Ike.
Hows the writing going?

Well, quiet day at the office, half over thank goodness.

Calvert City, KY(Zone 7a)

Dusty lives in northern Ohio, so no, didn't get to see her. that would have been fun, though.
Actually it was a great 3 days, but most people left pretty early yesterday morning. Keith, Melody's husband played guitar, so all Saturday afternoon we were serenaded by various groups of pickers and singers. A fun time.

We also made a sort of reverse design on denim.....using clorox, then vinegar in the sunlight.
It was a very neat project, will send you a photo of my denim vest when I get it out of the dryer.

Calvert City, KY(Zone 7a)

Here is the vest I sun/cloroxed/vinegared....

I always enjoy doing this, and think I will do some jeans for Ashley for Christmas...

Cute, cute baby!

Nice pic of the KY RU Sharon! Thanks for the names too ☺

Wow, that vest is neat, I love how it blends in perfectly with the rest of the blue. Almost a tie-die sort of look.

Hi everyone. I am new to this thread but I wanted to show Sharron a picture of my moonflowers. They are so tough that this one is growing in the crack of my patio floor. Cat guided me over to the Brugsmansia (sp ?) thread and have been hanging out alot over there until I went on vacation last week. The Ladies over there tell me my moonflowers are actually called Datura's. Guess it depends in what part of the country you live in. Congrats to the young mother and baby.

This is my granddaughter Amiyah and one of the moonflowers growing underneath my patio table.
