HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MARION!!!! And many mooooooooooore .............
Here's a pretty male Diana Fritillary just for you.
♥Sweet Interruption♥ 23
no one even noticed I named the chicks after all the pestering:(
Ahhh, that is a sigh of relief to hear about Jojo for sure.
Tia, Tina, Whatever hope you have wadding boot out there.
It is breezy here today but so far no rain and it has been predicted since Tuesday.
Oh Debra-that pic is BEAUTIFUL!!!
Oh my Debra, how pretty. I am working on getting butterflies here. Have some but one can never have to many for sure. Thank you.
Yeap I noticed you name the chicks!! Good job Tinky. Thank you for your very kind words from the bottom of my heart!!!!
I love it!!! Keep the paper towels nothing wrong with a little "doggie juice" get it when I see my son's lab!!!
Stacey, I noticed too Batman and Toot good choices.
giggle .... you might change your mind if Woody ever slurped you. His tongue is so long it wraps around his muzzle and leave slobber rings across his face.
OH, send the towels then!! LOL
LOL-kinda like to slobber of the dog in Turner & Hooch Debra??
I was just wondering if anyone had noticed the names is all-as soon as I saw the balck one I thought of "I am Batman" and knew it had to be!! Kathy said when she first got them Mike wanted to name them Ying, Yang, Ding, Dong and Ding-a-ling! I laughed do hard as I could just imagine her yelling those out in her yard!! And you knew one would be named a name!! SO Tooty!!
Auntie M-that is how I feel.....kinda like HP-"He who must not be named" is like thoe ones that are underserving of a little ink....and you are wonderful and hate that some had to make your Bday known forever as 911....
I know Tink but I can't let the acts of some people influence or effect me forever. I just have to remember those that lost their lives and celebrate when I feel like it. Just some years are worse. Beside, I DID have the day first!!! LOL
We must go forward but ever keeping our guard up.
((((((((HUGS))))))), XXXXXXKISSESXXXXX, and *******TOOTS****** Auntie M;)
(((((( HUGS ))))))) Marion... yes, it was your day first...
Cute names Stacey... Batman and Tootie it too cute.
I would really like to be a fly on the wall watching Kathy call those names out too... good thing she has us sistahs to veto Michael's choices...huh?
I'm gone now to find some stuff we're going to need before the weekend...
BBL tonight.
I fell off the chair laughing at Woody!!! Oh God.. a tongue that wraps around his muzzle!!! Too funny!!!!
Keep us inform on Joey's whereabouts BJ. Stacey won't be the only one with ulcer.
Marion, you're right about not letting others' actions influence us. Just let it make us smarter ;)
Tina, Tia, I don't Care.. watch out for snakes please! Seems they always appear during flooding.
Echoing everyone here Cindy. Get out asap. Let your fears be heard on the news. Maybe some official will do something.
Well, If we could just win the lotto we would be out of here in a New York second. We look at property every weekend just can't fine what we need or want.
I am always watching out for snakes.
Well Ladies, I want to thank each and everyone for making this a very special day indeed. I love all the wishes and the love I feel here but alas, it is time to get my "act" together (hard thing for me) and put my agenda in my bag, grab my clothes and think about the drive to Gainesville.
Be safe everyone--DO NOT TAKE CHANCES!!!!
Be back on line maybe tomorrow not but Saturday.
Thanks again dear friends.
Have a safe trip
Safe travels, Marion!
One day last summer I was out weeding my front flower bed stood up to walk away LOW and Behold there was a snake coming right at me so I did not move and it climbed over my foot and across the yard he went. I just about peed my pants.
Auntie M-if you have boxes when you get homes, please post asap:) And make sure your camera is charged for pics!!
Cindy do I ever have a picture for you to see, or not to see. Its a snake on the ground among leaves so well camoflauged that iits hard to see him. I'll post after I figure out Larry's picture program.
And if any of you want something hardy and keep giving you flushes.. Serendipity.. hands down. It's on the 4th flush. This time no whites.. all pink!!
Jaye, my Brugs look like normal everyday run of the mill Brugs compared to your fluffy triples and quadruplet blooms! Just beautiful! And you say you don't like pastel. Ha!
Lolol.. you are right Deborah.. pastels only in the garden... got to correct that!!
My favorite color for brugs is white. Temple Goddess keeps on going for me too.
and Deborah, I've lost so many tags that now I can boast of beautiful NOIDS!! Lololol!!
Morning Joyce!
pssst... Deborah, I've modified my info ;)
Bear with me a minute I'm trying to figure out a link to this site it's a must see. It's funny and scary.

Cindy I would have done the other, would have had to change my pants. No way, I would be running the opposite way. I cam across a black snake a few weeks ago, I went screaming one way the snake slithered the other way. Good thing I dont have close neighbors or a preacher walking up my drive, he would have heard words that would make the devil blush.
I can imagine that Tina, Tia.. I don't care! I abhor snakes. Back home, I'll walk longer routes so I can avoid the snake charmer!!
Ok.. something to lighten up the moment. Sent by my best friend who went through Katrina and still finding humour with Gustav..

Well ladies, you have been very chatty today. Looks like everyone is prepared for Ike to hit. Please be careful!!!!
Jaye, BEAUTIFULL blooms, so pretty.
Now I don't remember what else I was going to say... Oh well...
Oh yeah, Batman and Tootie, nice names. I like them a lot, but we knew you would name one of them something like tootie!!! LOL
Cindy, I would call or email a national news station, like fox news, they love doing stories like that, and then the whole country can here what is going on, and you know the landlord would then be forced to do something about it.
back to more quilting.
Ladies, Thanks again for the socks and pillow, and candies. I will be gone till at least Friday night, maybe Saturday.
Linda Kay
Sending thoughts and prayers your way, Linda Kay.
Now they're saying that the storm will probably still be a CAT 1 when it reaches me... AND that the eye of the storm will be somewhere between Athens, TX and Corsicana, TX... which is ME too...
Can you believe... I called my son to tell him to pack a bag, and I'll come get him tomorrow... he didn't even know there was a storm... "... whose Ike?"... sheesh.
He doesn't watch the news, I guess... got to have a long talk with that boy.
Looks like Ike is going to wipe out all our gulf coast beaches... 10-15' swells expected ... 6-8' swells already reported in Fla and Ala...
Oh yes please have a long talk to your son. Tell him he got a whole bunch of Aunties too that will be fussing at him!!
BJ, I call my extended family in Houston. They're gonna stay put in their new home. Too afraid of looters. But they're in N. Houston, so it's not mandatory there.
Puhleez be safe. Call if somehow your cable went out. Don't want our niece to be making smoke signals all the way from MI do ya?
