Where do you get these beauties? I think it's time to break down and get some next year. Did you start the seeds indoors?

Upstate, NY(Zone 5a)

Thom the glads remind me of candy corn!! Love them!
Victor the NOID tea and callicarpa look BEAUTIFUL together!

So many other beautiful pictures it is hard to comment on them all!! Lovely

Upstate, NY(Zone 5a)

There is such a thing as hardy glads!?!? I gotta get me some of those! I have so much to learn!!

Port Washington, NY(Zone 7a)

Hi Victor, thing's are going well here. Sorry, I'm just getting back to you, my father came down from Mass. for a visit this weekend. He's the one that gave me the gardening bug so a lot of time was spent poking around outside when the weather allowed this weekend. The baby will be one month old on Friday. She's doing great and we all seem to be adjusting to lack of sleep as best as we can!

Can't believe fall is pretty much upon us. Here's some purple Asters opening up.

Celeste, I just ordered and planted that about a month ago!

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Oh lucky you! I've been tempted to order it but I keep telling myself no more plants!

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

Well, I have a shady area that I have been trying to get it to think it's sunnier than it is, and everything I planted there likes more sun, so this summer I decided to make it happier with just shade plants. I've started to remove most of my sun plants, and in their place have this new hydrangea. I saw it in a catalog, and it is the perfect size and color. I can't remember where I ordered it from, but the vendor is fabulous!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I have been eying that for years but have heard that it does not do very well (sorry Deb!). Debbie (rcn) tried it a few times and had no success. And she owns a nursery. Let us know how it works, Deb. Good luck.

Those MG's look real nice. If they don't re-seed I would be interested. I pulled up many Star of Yelta just this AM! Been seven or eight years since I planted it.

Here is a yellow leaf caryopteris.
