OHHH Divinity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My auntie used to make it for us every Christmas when we were kids....mom never made it that I can remember, and I never learned how as we moved away when I was about ten......so if ya ever need anyone to share divinity with you ya know who to call!!

Joey talked to us at Kathy's house on Sunday... she's fine, and getting her computer re-set up in her computer room... putting her house back together... and housing in laws up from La getting away from the storm... she'll be back with us as soon as she can.

but she better hurry... I'm volunteering her for things she should know about.

I'll bring the seasoning for Jaye if you can't find it BJ. Plenty of it here plus Everglades Seasonings. Will all the seafood--you can forget the butter tarts. I feel a party coming on for sure!! Poor Don!! We'll have to bring something really nice for him to put up with all this group.

I'll also bring the can opener--that's my speciality.

You seem to be overlooking my speciality is the can opener.

Mine too... so, I need to find a really good way to re purpose tin can lids... saving them for something ....

At one point my mother took tin can kids cut them into stars, punched holes in them and made Christmas ornaments out of them.....of course this was after the kids grew up and most of us had the sense to know the edges were a bit sharp!

Oh but with the new can openers they have now, you can get nice smooth edges. Hummm, thinking process starting into action. Need to check and see if DD has taken the trash out yet. LOL

I kinda like the plant markers you make with them... bend the fork tines to hold the lid... write your plant name on it... and stick the handle in the ground...
