Garden Photos - Part 35

southern willamette , OR(Zone 7a)

I'm sure that you would find a place! your garden has been looking terrific. So I know that you could arrange them somehow. Now, if only the time to plant them all!!

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Thats the wrong picture. I photo in stages of a painting
this is the final result.

that one is lovely! I'm thinking that the friend in florida is getting the better end of the deal. I love cirrus! I have one that doesn't seem to mind my neglect and still blooms on occasion.

Bill, to reply to a comment from why back to threads ago. Thanks for the comments on the Mountain shots! For certain though, you must have a bunch of your own. You should post them, or a link. I saw the ones of the plants and fungi from your last trip.... those were definitely interesting!

It's good to keep track of your work JoAnne. I have to do that sometimes to know that I'm getting something done! lol sad but true. do you have a Cirrus (sp?)? Do let us know how your surgery went as soon as you feel like getting back on the computer!!! I must be off and get some sleep for a few.

Good luck with the surgery, Jo Anne. Nice painting. Shelly, I had those on some of my DL's last year.

I dont have a cirrus(Ive seen it spelled two dif. ways)
I'm not sure I want one.
The one the photos were taken from ,takes up a whole room.
I doubt I could manage it.
Thanks for the compliments guys .

redchic, no, the Japanese Knotweed is not mine. It's at a park in Plymouth. I know it's very invasive and hard to get rid of.

BTW, the growths on your daylily scapes are called proliferations, or prolifs for short. They are actual baby plantlets like you would see on a spider plant. You can cut them off and root them in water. They will be clones of the parent.

ge, nice painting. My mother always did a lot of painting. I have, too, in the past, but no time for quite a few years now.

Very nice, Bill. Like the Shirazz and the sedum. Your 'B' plant looks like a ligularia, but not Brit-Marie, since that one has real dark foliage.

Sorry you have to have surgery, Jo Ann---Hope you will be walking better soon! Another beauty of a watercolor---lucky friend! Everyone has posted such great photos---my gardens look awful right now--not much blooming---I did order 2 DL's today---Cherry Valentine---supposed to be shade tolerant--we'll see! Have to go get my pointer's nails clipped--wish I could get her teeth clipped after she grabbed a bird this morn!
