Hi Michele!!!!
Visit to Pirl's Garden
woo hoo... post #2... going big time now!!!!
I am soooo proud!!!
I have looked all over their garden... if she burried herself she did a good job... nothing today... so I kept Cocoa inside... now I feel like I can never loose sight of him... I have hope... Cocoa came back after 3 days wondering around... my mom said if she likes the food she will come back! well, she better have a sense of direction... can't believe that 2 days ago I was playing with her... so sad...
I miss her... anyway, thanks for all your good wishes... you guys are the best!
poor baby... hope for a speedy return
Dear Nestle, come home. Cocoa and Kassia miss you terribly. There'll be a nice snack waiting for you.
Hi Michele!! Welcome to the NE Forum!
Harper
Hi MIchele, did you get your bounty planted??
Hi Michelle, nice to see ya!
Welcome Michele! Any news, Kass?
Good to see you posting, Michelle.
Wow! I'm impressed, JoAnn. I knew it had to bloom well for someone so I'm glad you like it.
Kassia - keep thinking positive thoughts.
Hi Michele!
Kassia I hope Cocoa is OK.....maybe he/ she found a mate??
Nothing yet... she still among the missing :( Cocoa seems to be ok, his neck looks better and he ate ok this morning... that poor turtle has been through so much... lost almost all his tail, (yes, Nestle bit him really bad more than once!) runned away and came back 3 days later - he was soooo dry and skinny... but bounced back and shed all the 2 upper layers of shells... now has a neck bite...
I think Cocoa and I are meant to be together... today I touched him and he did not run away... maybe he is like my dod Nino - wants to be the only one... but in Nino's case, he doesn't have a chance ! Lilly is my owner! she took me away from him...
thanks everyone!!!

Kaleem
Welcome Kaleem.
Do you have pictures of your garden?
Yay, Michele!! Nice to "see" you again! Welcome!!
Kassia - I'm feeling hopeful that Nestle will still come back - especially if Cocoa went awol for 3 days once!
Jo Anne - Chocolate Cherry Dream is gorgeous! I am in the market for a pretty bright purple daylily for a certain spot in the garden. That one is tempting even though it's not technically purple.
Glad you enjoyed the pics, Kaleem.
Very nice pics, Nance! Welcome, Kaleem!!
Hope Michele finds her way back to the thread.... we will see... if not I will d-mail it to her again
Good idea, Allison! We don't want to lose her!! LOL
I know when I first started on here... I was lost
Who isn't??? LOL
But now when you post you're automatically notified when a new post is made so Michelle shouldn't have the "where was I" blues.
very true
Gumlla, You are in Pakistan now or the US? In either case your plants are beautiful. Leave it to Pirl to help any gardener along!
Kaleem! Your Caladiums are very showey.Good luck with your move.
Louise The Choc Cherry Drm is really more red brown with no blue to make it purple. Mine is exactly like the catalog on the Merittas(sp) website.
Love those caladiums and the bromeliads, Kaleem! You're going to be busy!
Beautiful caladiums and the bromeliads, Kaleem and Welcome!!
Glad to see the Caladiums looking so happy, Kaleem. All of your plants seem to be thriving. I bet your wife will be thrilled with the move but not the packing!
Love those caladiums!!!
Good luck with the move.
Just in case anyone doesn't know (I had to ask him to find out) gumlla means container in Urdu and Kaleem is an expert at growing plants in containers.
Very nice, Kaleem!
Wonderful, Kaleem!
Pirl has so enriched the lives of many with her generosity. Myself included.
Are those Copper King lilies Pirl?
African Queen, JoAnn.
Hopefully no leeches in that bed, Pirl!
