These guys were on my wall next to the garage door this morning.

This guy looks like a lacewing, but the wings aren't sheer enough. I thought the color was pretty cool.

I like the pattern on this big moth. Kinda plain but different at the same time.

Crissy, those are awesome shots! I love tha swallowtails. Just beautiful, even the moths. I don't get that many all at once. I think they wanted to welcome you back outside.

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

This one is really cool! I don't know what he is, but reminds me of sherbet.

I think they did too Celia. For 3 or 4 days now I have walked down to the mailbox, but yesterday was the first day I felt like sitting outside. I went out early this morning and found the 3 sitting on the wall.

And this in my closet!

Do you have a macro setting on your camera?

Good Morning!!

Crissy, So glad to see you back.
Oh what lovely garden photos...The one you entitled Pretty! Is AWSOM. Looks like a framer to me.

You all, I have been so busy, as you know I have been on the run and the animals have chowed everything in site! Still love them...So decided to let nature run its course, when I get to it I get to it, LOL all in Judetime.
Well now hands on hips here! Some one doesn't care for my wild flowers and called our Village about my unsightly weeds. Sooo LOL yep we got citation from the village. Heavy sigh, i got to get out there now and take care of the problem.
Don't know about anyone else but i happen to love the wild flowers! But relunctantly i now have to get rid of the last bit of color. The thing that bothers me most is that they are native to the area! Mostly gifts from nature, since i did not plant them, Birds planted them...All my own plantings have been devoured and trampled by nature (deer/racoons, bunnies)
...Gosh, I have a half of day today and you can guess what Ill be doing this afternoon. But at least it is a beautiful day.

Enjoy the weekend if i don't get a chance to come back and visit.

Oh heck, I don't know. It's one of those little cheap Sony Cyber Shot's I got at Best Buy. It's a 7.2 megapixel, it works alright but I liked my Kodak better. OMG I thought I had gotten rid of the runs but NNOOOOOOOOO! I'm wondering if I'll ever be normal again.

ROTFLOL You'll get over that. The antibiotics need to get out of your system. You'll be good as new before you know it.

HI, JUDY!!! How was the concert?

(Zone 7a)

Crissy, does your camera have a little wheel on the top somewhere that you can turn? If it does, does it have a flower on it?

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

I certainly hope so! LOL Today's the 8th, that means that my 40 something Hot Check Girls have a month to book their rooms for the fall Hot Check Conference in Fayetteville and I'm not there to give them the proper notification! Plus I have an agenda to do, I have to get them shirts made, arrange and book 3 speakers, my boss is taking care of the game, plus still handle all of their bank balancing issues, and when I left I was 3 behind in that, and that takes awhile to fix. All of that makes me tired. Maybe I should get off of this and go watch some tv. I have to pay bills today too YUK.

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

Um, let me see...

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

Ok, the flower isn't on the wheel on top, it's on the back of the camera where you push the left, right, forward, back.

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

I turned it on and took a picture but it didn't make it any different. What does that do?

(Zone 7a)

It should let you take closer pics of things. Like your butterflies and flowers.

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

Oh, I just turned it on and took a picture of sleeping Tiga in the closet and it didn't change anything. I'll have to try it but I'm going to wait until the sun moves, it's blasting the front porch right now.

(Zone 7a)

Okay.

Hi Celia...OMG the concert was awsom...

Last concert on Sunday the Scorpions!! woohoo.

Crissy...if there is a macro setting on your camera. it will be a button, mine is a flower...you push that and it will allow you to take shots at 2 feet. You will have to give it a little push of the button to put it in focus.

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

LOL there's not any butterflies out there right now, it's all wasps! Yikes! LOL
I'm getting hungry... I can't have what I want... grrrrrr

(Zone 7a)

Oh! I LOVE the Scorpions. I am sooooooooo jealous! LOL We don't get good stuff here. The closest venue for the good onesis DENVER, CO!!!!

(Zone 7a)

Should I make a new thread for us?

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

I want to go to a concert, I saw the Scorpions back in the early '90's. Sacramento had just started enforcing a "noise ban," the other two bands playing with them, I think it was White Snake and Mr. Big, ignored the new law, but the Scorpions didn't. They played so quiet you could talk in a normal voice over them. It was bad. Great performance, but not near loud enough.

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

I guess so lol I didn't think about making a new thread, probably should, we are probably over 200 posts by now.

(Zone 7a)

Okay, time to move. We went here...
