My only sun bed. Getting started. :) Hopefully there will be alot more filling in shortly.
Blooming in May
well Debin no wonder I like ya so much! LOL We are Algonquin in our neck of the woods of upstate NY....
I figured French would come into play with you up at the edge of Cannada.
hopefully I'm not repeating this one, but 'Snow Queen ' hibiscus
Trop: The Liaisons are beautiful! I love the color of the Night Ruler, too.
if that's blackberry lily, it is supposed to have spots i think.
anometheca is freesia, but thanks for your help, diehrd :) I do have blackberry lilies, I like them
oh i didnt see that lol
I don't do chemicals..why does that sound so funny?
lol....I didn't think about it....ahem, wasn't trying to sound like an organic snob
haha organic snob! lol
Some of those "organics" are a little snobby.
As my grandmother who lived on a farm from the 20's on would say, "why on earth would you want to do that?." LOL. Granny is a big fan of new labor saving stuff. My favorite was her comments on using cloth diapers. LOL. Well she had 7 kids and saw a cloth diaper or two, big fan of modern throw away diapers.
Granny is a not a tree hugger. D*** fox is eating my ducks, someone go kill that thing.
lol...snobs...sorry I'm too good for a coaster...
so did you chemical folks see anything on the anometheca that looks familiar? I think the spots look cool, but if it's indicating a problem, I'd like to fix it.
great pics, Iris!
Thanks tropicanna!
Trop, it doesn't have to be a chemical burn; I noticed a water droplet on the petals. Some flowers and leaves will burn if the plant gets splashed at just the right time, like midday when it is hot, hot, hot. The droplets act like little magnifying glasses and fry anything underneath.
thank you ardesia, I was looking for that answer. ;) That was what I was hoping since I do mist when it's really hot now..not quite time to put the shade on the GH yet but it does get hot.
looks cool though, wonder if I could do that again....
IRIS: Nice photos! You have some great stuff blooming!
Iris you a pro? Those pictures look great more pro quality.
DebinSC~Thankyou! I got some others that I'd like to add when I have time, Busy making a tier garden and just haven't had much time for photos.
CoreHHI, Thankyou! No, No pro here, But it makes me feel good for you to say it looks pro quality, Thanks so much!
