Thought I'd start the weekend out with a new thread..
Tummy keepig me awake so finally I've decided to get up and at it..can always nap later today if I get tired..Think I'll give the family room/woodwork shop and craft room a good clean..that ought to keep me busy for most of the day..did clear out a little area near all the birdfeeders lol but the snow is so very deep that I'm sinking almost to waist..so guess there goes that idea but I can enjoy the front deck..maybe a bit of 'tanning' included in my day today...
Liz, SIL has been sending me photo's as we works on the proto-type..thought it might give your DH some ideas! The workshop will include all necessary materials..think the actual piece will be cut and put together to decorate..did I say that the 3' will be $80.00 and the 4' $100. - now that's for the worshop day..but boy my DB will have mega work ahead..SIL Charlene is hoping to have hers done this weekend so she can show those interested in attending a visual to show them...wish you were closer..there would be no need for you to go through the trouble to cutting..lol
Jeannine did you finish all of your gardening projects before the rain? You still have painting inside to keep you busy this weekend if it does rain..
It's even too early for me to listen to the news to see what kind of day they have predicted for today..hope no rain because Greg and family are northward bound for the weekend by ski-doo's..
As for Kyle, gradually his sight will worsen..they are hoping though that they can strengthen his eyesight so he will be able to drive until more damage is done...let's hope..what a gabber he is..I'm starting to think it's family related..starting with Aunt Muriel right down the line...lol
Gillian, such a mix of feelings when family who visit leave..you'll be homesick for a bit but glad that you can get back into a routine..
Gita, just love you secret pal gift..someone must have been listening to your post on making sachets..you are correct though, they are much too pretty to cut up..
Must go back to previous thread to see who I've missed..off for coffee and toast..a quick look around at what needs tidying up before I start my 'playday'...
Judy am sure as always you've a zillion things planned for the weekend..some probably involve Steve...
Best/Worse/What did I learn today? Pt.36 Visit with Friends
Greetings All - I have had an extremely busy week and the ones coming up promise to be about the same. Vickie and others who are keeping up with my organizing campaign - The Pro Organizer came on Thursday morning. We walked from room to room and surveyed the problem spots. She then gave me hints/tips on how to better handle the items in that area. I took notes and made a list of the things I will be needing, such as drawer organizers and plastic bins for under sinks. I was expremely satisfied with the session. She will be coming back when it warms up a bit more for us to tackle the outside shed.
Vickie, if you have a particular project that you are having troubles getting started with, let me know and I
will be your cheer leader.
Sharron, so very glad to hear that you are feeling better. Please don't over do now honey. Yes, this flu took the life of a childhood friend of mine this week. Nasty, nasty. Knock on wood, no one in this household has had it. I sure hope that it stays away.
Doccat, welcome. I have been coming here for a couple of months and truly love it. Sharron mentioned the Secret Pal Gift Exchange that we are doing and that has been loads of fun. Yes, this seems to be a very tight group, but surprisingly they welcome new folks. I do regard Mid Atlantic Gardening Forum as my "home" though. That is the only forum that visited for the first couple of years that I was here. I am really glad that I ventured out though.
Hello to everyone, didn't make notes to each person, but for those who always include me in your messages, thank you very much for doing so. Most of what I have going on today and tomorrow involve either straightening the house, or hopefully getting outside later this morning and enjoying weeding, planting or something along the gardening lines. Oh yeah, might use the chipper/shredder to eat up some of the twigs and things laying around.
I hope that everyone will have a good weekend.
Ruby
morning all,
betty, dh says i should send you the pattern i have for the light house now its locating it....
the pic you showed looks alot easier.
boy the dogs are barking up and down the street racoons must be out on the prowl again, oh my it just started pouring a very heavy rain, you should see the water comming out the drain pipes dont know where it came from, hope it is only a short rain storm!
ground should be nice to work with, umm i hope this is temporary weather?
oh lol as for judy no steve can have her all day today, i need her to grip to tomorrow by text messaging lol.
gilli, so nice you had a great visit with the family, oh i bet sonora is so excited no school! now did you cook that fish you caught? how do you prepare that kind of fish?
ruby, you are getting things done in a remarkable amount of time ! wow so happy for you

Kind of slow getting a start this morning Liz. I have watered some of my houseplants but still have a lot to do. I am not feeling so great this morning actually. Hope it isn't anything much. I just made myself a cup of hot tea and am hoping that it will give a little pick me up. I think that I could lay back down and sleep for a while and I might just do it after my son leaves for work in about an hour. Maybe sleep for a while and then get up and try again. ha-ha
Yep, I hope that everyone will enjoy their weekend too.
Ruby
I would love to be a Secret Pal! LOL That light house is lovely. Clever folk! We finished our worm bin yesterday and added the little wigglers. I peeked this morning and they've all gotten under the shredded paper, hopefully they'll like their new home and want to raise lots of little worms.....:) DH let me help and I ended up with a blister from using his "grown up" drill, but it was fun! I'm a little intimidated by power equipment and decided that was enough of that, so he's showing me how to use some of these boy toys. LOL
Both of us are feeling better this morning, thank goodness. This flu stuff is miserable. The sun is shining and it's suppose to be 60 today. I'm hoping we can finish putting together my seed starting racks today. I want to get out and check on things in the yard, see if I can make yet another to do list....LOL DS and DIL are suppose to be up tomorrow bringing the Troy back. He borrowed it to till up his little garden. Along with a 2 big trash cans of finished compost. He's moving some young cherry trees and his isn't composted enough to suit him. Following me around in the garden all those years ago sunk in more than I realized. I sent him home with some veggie seeds, especially the kolrabi, which he loves. He's very interested in the vermicomposting deal. He's my fisherman and sometimes has been in danger of being thrown overboard by the rest of us who ain't catchin nuthin! LOL My DIL is as girly as it gets, but she does love to fish and will bait her own hook......which is saying something. I absolutely adore her, she has been just the thing for him and they make a great couple. He's about 6'2" and skinny as a rail and she's about 4'10" and tiny, tiny. Only woman I have ever in my life been shopping with who wears a size 1 and has to try it on, because it may be too big. B-----............LOL Wonderful addition to our lives :)
LOL Doc..size 1 OMG, can remember being that small many/many years ago..even kept an evening gown to remind me of it..now, well lets say I'm pleasantly plumb..
Worms, yuk, not my thing, they are squirmy just like snakes..I'd never make a good fisherman..boys used to fish off the dock and ask me to help them, but they had to learn right from scratch because no way could I hold one..so congrats to you for being able to..you keep playing with the tools, not much different than an egg beater..lol
60 degrees, what I wouldn't give..I've gotten so much accomplished (how can you not when you get up at 3am)
TimBrr just delivered the wood I ordered yesterday, Greg just arrived with Sophie for the weekend..poor Sailor/Missy and Riley aren't the least bit pleased..
Working along on my stained glass .. doing a piece here and there..that way I'm enjoying it and it's not overwhelming..
Ruby, thanks for the reminder..better water that one poor sucker..hate to see it die after just over a week..but, must tell you the 2 geraniums I've wintered are growing in leaps and bounds..was going to put them in the living room but think bad spirits are abound in the rest of the house..better leave them where they are until it's time for outside..
Your organizer Ruby sounds as though she's mega ideas..sure was worth the $$$ having her come over...
Liz, I can see Judy sitting there with cel phone on her lap just waiting for you tomorrow to call..hope you purchased the earplugs..perhaps being such a solemn occasion they'll be QUIET, deep in thought! What are the odds of that happening... Any further work on the windchime..
I glued all those birdfeeders together this morning and clued in the tablespoons, even had to go steal out of my cutlery drawer..now to wait till it bonds and add the bottom support..
Well, have Sophie tied up outside until she settles then I can bring her in..she's adorable but BIG!
I've a dusting cloth in hand, always tend to gravitate to the computer while passing by..must get back to dusting..
Drop in later...
Here's Sophie asking to come in...
Sweet fur babies.
Just as I was getting up from computer heard a knock at the door...a couple of friends delivered some paints..Carol who passed away a year ago Thanksgiving also taught in her home..DH gave me 3 boxes and says there is a lot more if I want it..shucks, here I was cleaning and going to get rid of stuff and now I get 3 more boxes ...lol..endless...all new paints and a box of books so now I get to take the box upstairs and sit and look at all the pretty things I might want to do...
Ruby, I'll be needing your organizer..
oh my betty wow you'll never have to buy paint again lol
hot dog now i know what to do with the spoon peices i saved from the spoon pendants and the spoon windchime that wuvie inspired!!
sophie is soooo cute got a good chuckle at the cat..
oh im going to buy bark collars for all first one to get out of place gets zapped !
Oh my, oh my..........you hit the jackpot.........drooling over the paints!!!
Well, well...look at all that paint! Wow, I am simply amazed.
Beleive it or not, I am not awake yet...Neice and nephew took me out last night.
They came home from their errand with my nephew...what a nice surprise.
So, extra energy running around. Don't think there has been a moments peace.
3 boys 12,11,and 10 been up all night...I am going to be demanding they take a nap!
You all, are cute...DH not here this weekend. He is busy at the house. Building my laundry area! Oh my gosh at last I will be able to leave stuff there...Can't imagin jumping in car and going without baggage.
LOL, Liz, c-phone all charged up and rarin to txt. As far today...Might be a perfect movie day. Have a popcorn maker sooo, give them each a bowl and watch some shows...LOL maybe they'll falll asleep.
sighs..doesn't sound too promising at the moment.
So I'll be back in a bit,,,
you all have a good afternoon.
Dawn writes:
Well I have already been introduced to cathy who I assume is doc, but welcome girl. This is a great group.
I loved it Shar and I would call it religeous or spiritual whichever it means to each one of us. I am a Christian so I really liked it but I don't try to shove my beliefs on anyone and don't judge anyone for what they believe either, we have our own will and this is not the place to discuss it anyway, but it is very sweet Shar, like a poem.
Laura I must have skimmed something because I don't know what you were talking about with the loose lips thing! lol
It is easy to do accidently in this group. lol
Man it is cold and windy. That sucks. Bad gardening weather.
It is a good day to garden since Greg is waiting in a bad mood for a bus to arrive with a car door he bid on, on Ebay and no one from Greyhound apparently knows anything and the office where it will be dropped off is closed, so if the bus arrives off scedule he is hosed and the door will be gone for sure in that part of town.
He said he was going to be an SOB today and for me not to wait for it with him. Ok! Forwarned is forarmed, I say.
Dawn, I'd stay out of his way...men and their toys..sorry it's not a gardening day for you..
I'm cleaning corners, about 4 working rooms...the more room you have for arts/crafts/woodworking/stained glass etc. the more you collect or others collect for you..lol
Back is starting to ache so guess I've been on my feet too long..Sophie and my furries have all settled to each their own area..come upstairs/some downstairs...so all it well..should be taking her out for a walk..will give me a break...
Ruby/Ruby where are you...you got me in this MESS! lol
all that talk of cleaning/clutter..only thing I'm not throwing away..seems I'm collecting...
A friend dropped in for tea - all of 20 minutes..had a little gift for me..a puppy plant holder..now all I need is a plant..might go artificial...
So I'm off, will check in on all of you later..
1st. area..all books/supplies in a neat row..till the first time I use them...
Another area organized by color..doing good..only problem is there are about another 12 containers full of paint..started to put some away before I realized the girls who paint Monday's organize the paints they need for their project and put them into boxes ready for the next time they paint..oh/oh..must have put about 20 bottles away before I realized it..shucks..
So now onward to organizing the pattern packets..always into boxes then they sit on shelving..time to put them back into respective boxes...
Figure that spring will be here next weekend or weekend after and I'll want to play outside..so it stands to reasion to work/clean/tidy up and I'll be ready...lol
So what have you been up to..
Amazing Betty!! Look at all that paint. LOL thought I had alot. 1 drawer. About how long will it last?
I mean with all your workshops your group must go through quite a bit.
haha right now my table is starting to look worked on.
Today is just kind of a lazy day. Kids are quiet, Melissa napping...so I have been watching tv and embroidering.
Cold out today.
Pretty gifts from SP Gita. Wow-you did alot of work in the yard. I was tempted to work out but lol that faded quickly at the thought of searching for my gloves.
Cathy, I am glad to hear you feeling better. ..LOL Liz set me straight on the pups, I was thinking your dogs were those little tiny terriors.
Anyway how cool to have a worm farm. You gardens will love them. haha, but you already know that.
huh?? Loose lips??? I'm lost.
wow...the sun is finally coming through...cloudy day.
loose lips??? hmmmm not sure either.... memory isnt so good lately.
all so busy...
my goodness betty that is a lot of paint.
the doilies are just lovely.. what a lovely SP you have!
welcome doc.. nice to have you on board the firendship train! we travel all over the world from america to canada and onto australia and much more in between. Betty keeps us on track and all the gals arrive just at the right time with the right gift or hugs or encouragement. we are forever on the go and go with each other where ever life takes us but we travel the tracks together.

went to jcpenny earlier had a decent sale now off to the mall im going to let dh and his daughter go walking around...
shhhhhhhh... im going to ditch them and go have fun at macys im bad lol.
Hey! I have a question......
In my SP gift are includes 2 doilies (I know what to do with them) and the other 2 beautiful thingies--that look like you could hang them somewhere. They even have the little slits at the top you could run a narrow tension rod through. But--I don't know what these are made for????? They are much too narrow to be curtains for any window.
Please help me with ideas--as I really do like them, but I do not know where to use them....
I will post the picture one more time so you don't have to go back to #35.
Thanks, Gita
Gitagal, I can remember my Mother hanging those (she called them "runners?" in front of a long mirror. I still have some of those carefully packed away and since neither of my DILs are interested, I'm going to give them to my favorite niece, who loves these sort of things. They were either made by my grandmother, mother or my DH's grandmother. I know how to do the work, I just can't see it well enough anymore. LOL And it will make you talk to yourself.......LOL
Thanks, doccat--
I don't have any long mirrors.....
Any other suggestions?
Doors, long windows, maybe a shadow box?
Evening all, got tuckered out after organizing my woodworking/tool room, layed on the couch and knew what would happen, fell alseep..so now look at the time, I'm still tired, too late to order something from the restaurant and know I'll be up early again..oh well, sure there are other corners to clean..
Liz, OMG look at your yard..looks so cozy/comfy can I come sit...please/please...now we'll be in trouble you with unlimited tex service and Judy holding her cel phone...
Judy sounds as though you are having a quiet day..more embroidery - will it be on one of the baby blankets?
Laura, love the post..guess you are getting up and it's Sunday..what's planned for today? in my cleaning I found about 5 mini pelts of real fur, can't for the life of me know where they came from..too small for actual teddy bear..made me sad that someone skinned some poor little creature..I wouldn't have bought them ..folded them up again until I can come up with an idea..haven't made the cupboards in laundry room, maybe tomorrow..that' where I could possibly find leftover fur..know I have some, just where do I have some..enjoy today!
Gita they are beautiful, I'm with Doc, those are the standard places I've seen them, maybe you could fold them up nicely, put lace around them and set them on a dresser..I've some doilies in my tearoom and I've opened the draw ever so slightly and have them coming out of the drawer..looks pretty..I'm sure you'll come up with some idea...
Here's my pelts...any ideas..
I'n between this post, telephone rang, thought who'd call at this time of night..It was Jeff, he was meeting Oliver (kid who adopted me) and they were going out for late snack and drinks..lordy, I'm off to bed and they are starting off their evening..shows the difference in age..
Jeff said on Friday night he got a call from a man called Shane who worked at American Express with him years ago..when Jeff left he lost touch .. Jeff went over last night for a visit and said he was feeling ancient..Shane's smallest was now driving a car..said that he and Shane looked no older just a few grey hairs... tell me about it..so just wanted to check up on me..asked where Greg was, said he paid Greg $1,000 to have the snowmachine repaired that he hit a rock with a few weeks ago..you could hardly see any damage but when you borrow, you have to pay if damage happens..he needed an extra machine, loaned his and borrowed Melanie's..didn't seem upset about it! Said he made arrangements today to take his boys to some Island the 2nd week of April..offered to go and sit for him while he enjoys the nightlife....just what he needs, tagging mom along...
Doc isn't it nice to have 'memory pieces'..you should put them out..they used to do such delicate embroidery and I'm sure it was under poor lighting....you'll have to have a 'show and tell'
Time to bring the doggies in .. let them out for a few minutes...
Now this cutting room looks messy as #$%^ but I did tidy it up..need a large workshop..no I didn't paint that color on the wall..lol..infact I've been ripping off the drywall from time to time...Mike (Darlene's hubby) and Tom (Aline's hubby) will come this summer and completely redo this area on both sides of the view you are getting and making proper work space and storage bins..so that will be nice...
Shouldn't go to bed, I've all these pieces cut into project just waiting to be painted...not enough time in this lifetime..was joking the other day with Suzanne re not feeling well, I said 'you never know I might not be here this Christmas' to which she said, ' as soon as you know will you let me come and pick from all your equipment and projects..nice girl right...lol
Well it's off to bed..
Do hope you've enjoyed the day..did something special for yourself and a little something for someone else...
Night/night dear friends..
evening all,
betty, lol i know were going to get in trouble, i think eventually one of the dh's is going to get mad and put one of us on a airplane lol.
i like the multi color fur only thing that comes to mind is a hand bag or a leather type of moccasin.
oh thank you, you can come and sit in the yard, was just telling judy.. mama dove abandoned her two eggs two days ago dont know why she left, the oddest thing, so are you going to cook corned beef monday? oh boy i cant wait been looking foward to this all week!
now next to the fur, is that a wood stocking? it looks so cool like something to make? boy i sure do need to stay focused on one project at a time.
wow 1000.00 to fix the snomobile wow guess he did a little damage.
That is scary to kill someone elses expensive toy and have to pay. It is equally scary to lend it out and not know if they will repair it straight away.
I almost wrecked our friend borrowed Snowmobile in Co. about 15 years ago and I was freaking out but it was fine. I got it's skids on the road partly that had no snow and plowed my 10 year old(at the time) into a tree because she was on a tire tied to a rope and I made a wide turn and she didn't, right into a tree.
I got nervous laughter about All of it and she never lets me forget it, but I was scared. My one and only time on one. oops!
wow betty they are amazing!!!
gorgous!!
had a busy day, vry hot here at the moment.
need to do more house work but the weekend is over.... darn it.
well hi to all... have to go wash the work clothes!!
hugs...xxxxx
Morning, looks as though it will be a lovely day..off to town for Tim Horton coffee and banking..
Only woke up twice last night and then dozed right off..
Not sure what I'll get up to today, maybe focus on finishing stained glass..cooking a turkey roll for supper as the kids will all be here...that will about finish my weekend..
Althought it sounds like great damage to the snowmobile, it was but a belly pan and strut..a simple hitting a rock not visible will do it..Jeff needed the 2nd machine for a friend..Greg knows that if any damage occurs his brother will make it right...
Laura, when will your temps start cooling down..make me mad, you could have been wearing those lovely tops, they'll get there now just in time for your 'winter'..need better postal service..
Liz, tell hubby to buy that plane ticket ASAP, always room him for visitors..lol guess he'd kill me if he knew I went through my books and will have 2 projects for ME to work on next weekend..now I know sometimes you follow along, and I love it, but you can watch if you wish with the ohs and ahs until he says go ahead, get the wood...hmmm
One is a gazebo birdfeeder..it's adorable and one is a squirrel feeder (which is a must...) am off to town .. won't take me long and then I'll be sure to post my photo's of the 2 projects..
Dawn, you'll not get away with not viewing my wood projects..found a lovely water feature done with bricks..know you've pleanty of those..it's adorable..so will post it as well...
It's bad enough I'm keeping ME busy now I'm finding things to keep YOU busy!
Hey There Ladies - Betty, you don't need an organizer. It looks like you could give lessons on organizing yourself. You have a wonderful set up for your crafting area. Wonderful news of getting all the extra goodies from the deceased friend. I know, I know there have been times in my past when I needed to get rid of things and something such as this would happen to me also, someone bringing me goodies that I couldn't possibly not accept. ha-ha That is why I have a new set of dishes sitting on top of a book cabinet in spare room. Don't need them in the kitchen, but hey......I liked them and they were free.
Yes, I feel as though the dollars spent so far have been worth it. I put in an order the other day to Staple's Office Supply and Bed, Bath and Beyond for organizing desk drawers, mail file in kitchen and containers for flatware and such. Yep, gonna have this place looking good. Actually the looking good isn't as important to me as the functioning well is. I need to be able to have a buiness/legal file set up for one thing. I am tired of having to have duplicates made of paperwork that I can't find. I am tired of having things fall down when I move one thing in a closet and so forth and so on.
I am a collector at heart and if I see something that I like, I often think that nineteen more will look even better. ha-ha Anyway........
Liz, I loved the look of your backyard too. I especially like the ladder with the pots and birdhouses on it. So cute. Hey, I shopped at a Macy's last September while on vacation in Cape Cod Massachusetts. I loved it, we don't have one nearby. Unless, Garden Girl is there one in Richmond???? I would drive that far to shop at one. What made my shopping so much fun was the folks we were visiting have a daughter who works there and she gave me her employee discount and some other store benefits. I bought lovely stuff for a little bit of money.
Oh yeah, the Secret Pal stuff is lots of fun. I loved the things that I received the first month from Cathy. So nice. I enjoy shopping for the goodies too.
Doccat, this is a very fun group and you will like it here. So many posts that I sometimes get a bit behind and miss some things. Speaking of loose, who has them? I too missed any reference to that.
Alright, my hubby has been speaking to me about taxes the whole time that I have trying to write this. Gonna scoot along, but will check in later today. Hello to Judy and all others that I missed speaking to.
Have a great day everyone.
Ruby
Ruby and those before me, think the reference to 'loose lips' was made because someone at work told something and that other employee went and blabbed..not any of us..that's for sure..lol
Just got back from banking and Timmy's and of course had to drop in to Home Depot..lordy, think I was the only one there..was picking up wood for the gazebo bird feeder and the squirrel birdfeeder and the salesman said why don't you check the 'cull' section we've just put out..the 'cull' section is when they cut wood for people and there are left overs..well, for $25.00 I've enough to do 2 gazebo feeders and 2 squirrel feeders..a must purchase wouldn't you say..
I might mark some of the wood up and then next weekend that will be less I have to do..it's a quite day and sitting at my craft table doing figures/angles etc. is relaxing..so off I go to take turkey out of the freezer, finish my coffee and start my 'official' day...
Ruby I try my best at keeping up with my chores..I'm the only one here so if I get behind I'd have no one else but myself to get angry with...as I live in my workrooms downstairs, seldom does the upstairs get dirty except for dust...when I cut wood down here in workshop then it seems to float upwards..so guess by tonight it will be dusting time...lol
Have fun with your taxes..yuk...I have yet another 3 weeks ..everythings organized for them and in place, just have to make appt.and have them done..I used to do them but I'd rather it be done by experts...
Must go, Joel Olsteens on and I can't miss him...not sure if it's his ministering or looking and listening to him..now where could I find an older vrsion of him..lol
You cutie!!!
Betty,
A couple of things popped in my mind looking at your furs....
The white one would be adorable as trim on a young girl's collar--maybe on one of those "neck things" you knit?
Don't know about the colored one. Soo "busy"! Maybe a cover on a small foot stool? Maybe a warm hat (lined, of course) for yourself?
Now--as far as any scraps you have left over from that, or the white one--sew them into a ball (maybe the size of a baseball), stuff them with something, put them on a heavy elastic cord and sew/glue 2 big moving eyes on it. Now you will have a weird, fun "pet" for some small kid--OR--you could use them to hang from the rear-view mirror of a car. Much like the furry dice people hang there. Kids could hang them from their bike handlebars.
You could start a new fad!!!
Did you ever go to the Dr. yet about your tummy aches??? What was the diagnosis?
I still read in your posts that you are "sending out" for dinners. Now...now.....behave!
Gita
Gita, yes I did go to the dr.'s..he thinks it's gallbladder and I've an appt. for cat scan on March 28th..as for take-out lol I hymned and hawed until it was to late to order..so I was a good girl and turkey in the oven for tonight..That's mega ideas for the furs...thanks
Marked out my gazebo birdfeeder...Missy joined me and is quite enthralled with the little dog plant holder that Flo gave me yesterday..guess with Sophie visiting she thinks it's yet another 'doggy' one more her size..
Went to use my scroll saw to cut out the entrance into the 6 pieces I have for each gazebo (12 in all) and for some reason it won't turn on..it's a commercial unit so I played with it and found it had a fuse..went to town for a fuse and hardware store didn't have any, went into Midland Home Depot - 2nd time today and they didn't have any but he checked the fuse and says it's fine...so, guess I'll have to wait for Greg to check if there is a motor for turning it on and off, if there is maybe he can order it for me..I'm just lost without that piece of equipment..so, guess I'm not meant to play with that feeder...will have lunch then examined the squirrel feeder, perhaps I can get it cut out..don't you hate it when a plan doesn't come together..I certainly do..was using a few choise words..close your ears!
Sophie and Sailor have adjusted to each other...I could keep Sophie forever, she's such a docile dog..so big and lovable...
